What a fun time we shared at Lovely Nails for our pedicures on Girls Day out. We had the full-service treatment pedicure and felt pampered. Our toes are beautiful and we had a lovely time! Thanks Ben & Rose for contributing to our fun day.

This is the first time I was 100% satisfied with a pedicure and acrylics. Tina was wonderful and took time to make sure they were perfect.

Went back 5 days later after getting an acrylic overlay to fix a couple chips, lady visibly angry I came in, very unprofessional. Also, I notice they only offer a select few wine and drinks.

My gel nails chipped already and I got them done on Sunday the 27th and now it’s the 30th….I expected better quality as gel manicures last two weeks. I live out of town so I can’t even have them fix it. Horrible experience and quality.

They use to be a great to get nails done. Gel nail polish doesnt even last a week.

I would always trust this place ... but since they had a new owner now is different... I made an appointment and they made me wait for 20 more minutes....since they never noticed there was an appointment... also I want to add my daughter, they told her to choose a color, so my experience that day the owner did my nails ... really bad attitude she hurt my fingers and try to argue with me !!! Also really left so unhappy since at the end when they finished with me said they dont have no more time for my daughter... I wouldnt go back any more ... I believe that a customer should feel happy and comfortable... I was going to pay for my child ... she left super upset too .My nail polish are not the pink color I chose ... its being a week and I hate it ... dislike that place now .. now I see more ppl complaining hope they change their attitude and put more attention!

My new waxing home, I just moved to Eastern WA was nervous finding new place BUT I’ve found! Tina was so fast yet efficient making the Brazilian not as painful her techniques are great!! Also she did a great job on a facial wax highly recommend! They even stayed open for me!)) 😁I’ll be back for some nails💄💅🏼

Told us it was 40 dollars and went to pay and now it was 44 dollars. Nails were terrible. Had bubbles and not enough nail polish to cover nails. They talked the whole time to each other instead of talki g to the customer also. Very rude place.

I love everything about this salon!They have an amazing selection of colors and use quality brands. They also have most colors in both gel and regular polish so you can get a matching mani/pedi without breaking the bank!!

I will not be going to this place again unfortunately. It was my second time going and It was the second time they disappointed me! I thought about giving them a second chance to make me change my mind but noo, I got a manicure with gel polish and The gel pealed off in two days. I was super upset, just not worth going there at all anymore.

The man messed up on my friends nails and had a poor attitude towards her the entire time. it isn’t professional to have poor costumer service towards a costumer. and he made her pay extra for both of our nails. waste of money and time

I have done my nails for years, I know good service when I see it. They weren’t very welcoming and rushed the entire process, the lady doing my nails cut through my finger filing my nail impatiently (it was only me and one other customer) there was no reason for rushing at all and so she continued to rush through and went over the same cut after knowing it was hurting she just briefly said ‘it’s ok, I promise don’t hurt’. Prices are good but NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Bad service. I pay good $$ for my nails, I’m not going to pay a business with bad attitude and poor service. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I will not be going back. Very upset with how they handled things. While doing my nail he didn’t ask what length I wanted them. He never asked any questions on how I would like my nails. I asked for them to be rounded and they were roundish but he seemed not to care about it. He didn’t put the finishing gel on top. The lady that did our pedicure didn’t have the water running until way after they told us to sit down. They she did my toe and the gel polish peeled right off when I took my shoes off. I will not be going back!!

Do not waste your time! My sister and I went today for pedicures and they did a terrible job. First off, they made us feel like an inconvenience to them. Secondly, the price was ridiculous. $15 dollars extra for gel. There was also only one person doing both of our pedicures that took forever. He was rude and pushy. My big toes are two different colors because of how stingy he was on the coats of polish. I felt like my 5 minute massage (part of the pedicure I chose)was short but didnt look at the clock when he started...so when he started my sisters massage I looked at the clock and he only set the timer for 2 minutes!!!! The menu said a 5 minute massage. This place is a RIP off. Ease dont waste your time or your hard earned money here...they dont deserve it. Go to creative nails in cashmere and they will take care of you!

I started going to Lovely Nails on a recommendation from a client. Cute, lasted for about a month! They were so kind and lovely. I was so happy with the way they work! I love my nails and the excellent service I received! Very precise and painless. It can get busy here sometimes, but make an appointment.

Yesterday my sister and I got pedicures. We are both very impressed. The ladies were very professional, and kind. They cleaned as they were going, and not rushing. I told the lady doing my nails that I have sensitive toes from surgeries and she was gental and not picking at them. We are blown away by how amazing our experience was! We definitely will be back. Great pedicure

Horrible service. Walked in and immediately very rude and then charged 30 dollars to fix one acrylic nail. When paying they were asked 3 times for how much it will cost and they still didn’t say we had to look around at there computer to find out. Then asked how much a full set is after long contemplation she came up with 58 dollars for long nail full set. Once we left we called them and asked how much a long nail full set was and again after some contemplation she said 42 dollars. Will never recommend this place nor will we be going back there for any services.

My mom and I made an appointment knowing that they are busy. At our appointment time they were not close to ready. We waited another 30 minutes to even be seated in a pedicure chair. Then only one woman came to help us. She seemed really irritated to be working and was super rough. Mom and I both chose glitter gel that we had has before at another salon and that does require a few layers to look good but these women told us no they wouldnt do it if we didnt have a color under. My girl, the irritated one, didnt even let me chose my color butvsimply started putting one of her choice on me without consulting. The girl helping my mom wouldnt help her pick a matching base color but when she was done put the glitter layer on (very sloppily) she straight up told my mom her choice was ugly and that she should have picked a different color. On top of this our service was rushed and mine was super rough and uncomfortable. Their menu says every pedicure comes with a choice of drink and we were never offered anything. We will not be returning to Lovely Nails.

My daughter got a gel on her nails when we only asked her for a manicure for girls since she is only ten years old and the worst of all is that the next day the gel started to fall off and we paid a lot for so little quality to They gave me acrylic nails with diamonds, it lasted only two days, but the person who attended me hurt my cuticle on four different occasions, not to mention that some nails do not look straight nor did they remove my cuticles to be able to work on my hands a lot of money and very bad quality...

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and I waited a few moments before the technician began removing my gel polish and asked me what shape I wanted. I repeated myself a few times before she asked for some input from the woman in the first chair. Turns out this is who would end up finishing my nails and couldnt have been more pleased with the outcome. I loved how thorough she was! I mean, her attention to detail was awesome! I wish I could bring her back with me. If I ever return to Wenatchee, Ill most definitely pay her shop a visit and bring along my friends.

First time here and first time getting acrylics. . . IN LOVE! They practices all of their nail art and stays up-to-date with latest. The environment was calm and very clean. Over all I give this place 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! !

My sister and I went in today and both got a full set of acrylics. Id say we were satisfied with everything except that they left a really pointy part on one of my 14 year old sisters nails that we had to file down once we got home which, obviously, damaged the polish a bit but other than that, we love our nails. Everyone was very friendly. Shout out to Jenny there, she was fantastic!

They got our group in quick and it was nice and clean. But was disappointed with the quality of polish. I got a pedicure and the polish wasnt dry after 30min... They got ruined that night. Wasted $30.

First off, the young gal receptionist is very nice and accommodating. Other than Thanh or Jenny dont let anyone else touch you. The previous owners were wonderful, gentle, sweet and affordable. Like other recent comments beware of the new owners and the staff they brought in...horrible!!!!

Came here last week for a deluxe manicure, and really satisfied with the result. My technician had a great color choice and did an amazing job on my nails. I get tons of compliments on my manicure. Now Im now a LOYAL CUSTOMER here :)

I had a full set done today. I requested the lady who owns the place because shes done my nails once before and they were great, but instead I got this other lady. Ive had my nails done a lot and this might have just been the worst. She kept getting up to check on something then shed come back and stop doing my nails to text on her phone. She was writing notes to the other lady beside her. It was TERRIBLE. My nails are super thick( which I cant stand) and I told her that and she kept saying Im not done. She never fixed them. Do not go here!

They do amazing job on eyebrows! I always come to get it done, but everything I come in the vibe I get from the workers is not welcoming. Maybe they can be a little nicer as well when people walk in.

I recommend going to rose . She is a great nail tech. I unfortunately had to go to someone else today that was very rude, but rose gave me a refund when she knew I was not pleased at all.I recommend asking for rose!!

Worst service!Did my nails very thick & poorly done.Lady took my phone away and put it in a cabinet and didn’t want to give it back after I told her I wasn’t going to pay because I didn’t like how my nails came out. The service was horrible. I had my appointment at 4 did get attended til 5pm. They were way behind not just that but the person doing my nails wasn’t paying attention to the quality of work he was doing. They were in a rush because they had a wedding group come in. My mother in law paid for me to come here for my birthday. I loved the fact that I was able to get my nails done. The owner did my nails and she was distracted and didnt talk to me once. She spent most of the time on the phone or talking to others. As she was doing this, she ripped the skin up around my nails and caused significant hang nails. She also did not paint my entire nail and left a significant amount of nail unpainted. I have had my nails done before and know how they should look afterwards. She did not speak to me the entire time, and afterwards we left and noticed that she had torn up my skin and missed painting my entire nail. I never get to have my nails done, and so this was a pretty big bummer to me, knowing that they wouldnt last that long because of the grow out and how painful my skin was around my nails from her cutting and tearing at the skin.I called a day or so later, following their policy of love it leave a review, have a bad experience tell us. I talked with her and at first she denied everything, telling me that if I could not say the name of the person doing the nails that I cant prove it happened. I called because I didnt think it was fair my mother in law had to pay for my nails when they turned out the way they did. I then let her know that there were only 4 of us in there, all family, and there was only one person doing fingernails. I described her seat. And she realized it was her. She immediately told me she wanted to make it right. Which I appreciated. I let her know I was only trying to follow their policy of bad experiences. She asked me to come in a week later (it was the only time I could come in with my busy schedule) and she would fix it.I came in. I talked with a nice girl, about the problem and she was super responsive. She asked the owner how she would like it fixed. The owner came over and looked at, she said that my hangnails and puffiness and cuts were a result of me being allergic and I should go see a doctor (I have the same polish on my toes from another salon and did not have a reaction, nor have I ever, and I only had the hangnails and puffiness on the one hand she was doing while on the distracted). She told me my nails had grown out and there was nothing she could do to fix it. I told her that we had talked a week ago, of course theyve grown out since then, but we couldnt get me in when I initially called so what was I supposed to do. I told her I had pictures from the day of, and the lack of nail polish, and she did not want to see them at all. She told me there was nothing she could do, and that I am allergic and shouldnt have gotten them done.I am writing this review for the lack of policy withstanding and ownership skills. I would not want my company providing the service that I received, nor would I ask someone to come down to fix the problem, especially when a busy schedule has to be worked around, to then turn the customer away.

I have been going to Lovely Nails for a couple of years. Today was the worst pedicure ever. Rough, fast, and the color is chipping already, plus the owner was standing in the middle of the floor saying there were too many people. The receptionist was nice and helpful. But my friend and I wont be back. Dont waste your money.

My friend and I went to this place with an appointment for 2 pedicures. Mine turned out okay, but my friend specifically asked for a yellow flower on her toe, and the girl gave her highlighter orange. Then she added Forrest green and pink, and it looked HORRIBLE. My friend said 3 times “it looks orange, I don’t like it” and the lady ignored her. She then proceeded to put 5 layers of clear coat and kept saying it looked fine. We paid, and the girl who took our money gave us a dirty look and had a horrible attitude. Do NOT recommend.

This place used to be my favorite place in town... but lately they have let go of all my favorite employees and hired new people. The original owners no longer work here and there are new owners... the new staff is horrible and did an awful job on my nails and my friends as well. They are rushed and crass and rude and none of them take their time. Never coming back here again. If I could give this place zero starts I would. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ever again.

They didnt engage with me very well. Hard to understand what they are saying sometimes. Speaking their own language amongst themselves while doing pedicures, manicures on people. One of the gals doing my friends feet was making appointments on the phone, while doing her feet.

Kid friendly! My daughters both love going for mani pedis 💅I often get my eyebrows done there and they do such a great job!

Very horrible service. I made an appointment to get 1 full set of acrylic nails insted i got gell nails. Seriously not even 2 days there chip and there were not busy. Once i told them i ask for acrylic there were mad so i just decide to stick with gell nails. And by the way stop showing about your louis v. And focus about the nails.

They cut me and where very mean

This was the first time i have ever gotten my nails done and it was a wonderful experience. They are always packed with happy faces and happy customers. There is a wide variety of nail polish colors. Staff all polite and have the experience surely needed for a great salon. My nails are perfect and i couldnt be more pleased. Will deffinetely be back for all nail needs. :) Thank you!

Went there with my daughter over the weekend and got a gel manicure. I got light pink for the color. Yesterday I noticed the color on the tips of my nails is turning brown :( I’d go back to have them fix it but they use a drill and drilled my nails so thin I’m afraid to.

I go to this salon regularly and they are always kind and accomodating. Today I had Lily for a fill and pedicure and she did an amazing job.

Ive gone here for years and loved how Cindy and her husband ran it! Their staff was friendly, gentle and took their time. I went there today not knowing they were under new management and the place was dirty! Even though I had an appt I was rushed out in 30 minutes. It was by far the worst pedicure I have ever had. I was feeling bad until I heard another lady tell the owner that she had gotten the worst pedicure ever. I wont go back!

Lovely nails is usually my go to place until the new owners took over today me and a friend went in to get our nails done. We got there at 10:30A.M. We waited until 11 when finally a nail technition was available for my friend. By 11:30 I was still waiting to have my nails done so I just decided To go somewhere else. My friend meets up with me later to show me her nails and theyre completely botched she asked for coffin shape and most of her nails are square she paid extra for Gel and her nails are literally see thru I wouldnt recommend coming here its going down hill which is sad because it used to be my favorite. For $45 there should be better service. Only good thing out of the visit was the receptionist she was kind and kept offering beverages because she knew the wait time was ridiculous.

My grandma made 3 appointments for 1:15. We got in at 1:30 only one of us got the lady we requested. She took someone who didint have an appointment. The guy I got seemed like he didint wanna do my nails. My sister got some guy too and he cut her nails to short and made her bleed. Mine cost 29$ and hers cost 32? We both got the same color and everything. They didint talk to us or anything just sat in complete silence. One of the nails lady’s told the person to not look at her nails because she was tensing up when she did like how rude? It was ridiculous. Never coming back here again!!! Highly recommend nail pro!! Lovely nails aren’t so lovely.

I never leave reviews but I don’t think anyone else should waste their money here. Worst mani pedi ever. My shellac manicure has ripples in it instead of being smooth. The guy doing my nails left multiple times during both services and came back smelling of cigarettes, guess he couldn’t get through the 90 minutes without smoking half a pack. Not to mention they all seemed to have poor manners and an attitude. Also I had made an appointment and I was waiting 20 minutes before they even started. They had me sit in the pedicure chair and put my feet in the water and then decided to make me move and do my manicure first, when I asked for a towel to dry my feet I got a dirty look. Save your money this place is horrible and now I have to pay someone else to re do my shellac. Not to mention the fact that the whole experience was painful.

My daughter and I went in as walk-ins on a Sunday for pedicures. When we arrived the building was completely empty except for the three people working. When we walked in a man asked us if we had called ahead and when we said no he told us to make an appointment and come back later. Maybe you shouldnt advertise walk-ins welcome on your website and front door if theyre not. As one of the only nail salons open on a Sunday in town, we were pretty disappointed with the lack of service.

Wnet as walk ins with a friend for mani-pedi...i got mine but they didnt account for scheduled appointments and my friend didnt get her mani...

If i could give no stars i would. They did my nails poorly when i wanted them taken off they embarrassed me and tried to charge me more money. Also made me bleed.

I went to this place a few weeks ago to get an acrylic set on.. since my work finally okayd us to have them done after 5 years.. I was so excited to get my nails done since I hadnt been able to get them done in so long.. I later had to go somewhere else the very next day to get them shortened because they were way too long for me to even work with( a regulation they had if we wanted them done, they had to be short which I mentioned to him) My thumb was all jagged and uneven. The guy didnt even have me wash my hands before he put the top coat on like everywhere else I had ever gone did. He also cut my cuticles so bad two of them began bleeding. Now fast forward a week, they began chipping off as the acrylic grew out from my cuticles. I will NEVER go here again 😡

I would rate this place a 0 stars if I could.!.!! Most of the staff seem angry. I got to my appointment at 1pm. I went for a fill got started on and then a lady got there at 115 and got asked to moved because her appointment was there. I sat and was waiting patiently when 5 other customers after me were getting serviced before me. I went with a friend she got a mani and was pull and she got slap on the hand. Prices are inconsistent, my sister and I went for Mani/Pedi. We both got shelac and for no reason they could explain hers was $3 more, charged me for a full pedicure and only soaked my feet nothing else. Cash incentive is a little ridiculous.

Paid for a pedicure, got a bad something. Didnt file my nails, left rough places on my feet. Horrible service, when she was done didnt say a thing just got up and started working on another customer.

I have been fighting a toe infection for the past month. The guy doing my pedicure kept pulling a cuticle multiple times after i said it hurt. The tools or water most not have been clean. Its my second round of antibiotics. This was one expensive pedicure!

I am going to Disneyland so I did Mickey and minnie, Mickey turned out great but minnies bow does not look like a bow and I showed them a picture of what I want and they forgot the poka dots on minnie s but thats didnt bother me as much as the bow
