The gal that did my nails was so rude. I never even left her tip she was so bad. When I left they were thick they looked awful. Now one week later they all completely fallen off. I called the manager to let him know and he said that I should have come in to let him know. I explained that I was in Wenatchee but I live in Seattle so I was not able to come back in. I asked for a credit or some kind of compensation but the manager was just completely and uncaring. I will never go to this place again

BEST gel manicure EVER!!! It lasted 2 weeks with no chipping and possibly would have gone longer, but my nails grew out and I had to take it off for work. I also had a regular pedicure that still looks great! They remodeled during the Covid-19 stay at home order and the place is very nice and very clean with plastic dividers between all booths. Highly recommend and will be back again!

Love how they have everything clean and organized the staff is very nice over all.. But why is it that every time I go they are always in a hurry and always en up Small cuts that hurt :( this is the 3rd time already. Like I said everything is good except that they always rush on my nails probably won’t be going no more :(

If you want a good mani or pedi I recommend an appointment and requesting the person you want. This is the only way to get good service where they take there time and actually do a decent job. If you walk in you never know what or who you will get.

Went in for a gel fill & a pedicure and had LYNN. She was not only friendly but did an AWESOME job!! Every nail is perfect and they all look exactly the same.

I love this place. When I moved to Wenatchee I started hunting for a great place to get pedicures (manicures sometimes too). I tried 4 places in town in 2019, and V-Tech is by far my favorite. They do great work and are reasonably priced. I’m pretty picky and I get pedicures often, and I recommend them. Jan 2020 they are about to get all new pedicure chairs too.

I love a nail tech who pays attention to detail, and thats why I have a standing appointment here. You cannot always walk in. Theyre busy because theyre good. So an appointment is a good idea. Ive had acrylic nails and pedicures here. I know they offer other services, but Im not sure what.

Feet.look3d worse when they were done. Paid for their best Fiji pedicure and my feet were dry and cracked.

Incredibly disappointed with their services. I was born missing a few fingers and it’s always taken me a lot to go and have my nails done. This is the first time and last time I will go and have my nails done by these people. After my appointment was finished I went to go wait for my friend who was still having her nails done and I noticed some uncomfortable and unwanted stares from their staff. One of their staff members pointed at me, and multiple of them walked passed me staring and trying to get a look at my fingers. To say the least it was one of the most unwanted and uncomfortable experiences I’ve had. Very disappointed and hurt by this experience no one should have to feel this way.

I went in to get mani-pedis with my mom and grandma for an outing right after a bad fall giving me a big swollen and bruised foot and they we so kind and took good care of me! They were careful and very nice about my foot. Theyre all very sweet and approachable and do very good work! Do schedule ahead of time because theyre busy, but for good reason :)

Didnt get a chance to try the service. Two young boys spinning in chairs at the reception desk. Asked if I could get a pedi, was told no, asked if I could make an appointment, was again told no. Asked if I could speak to an adult, they said no and continued to spin in chairs. So I left. if you are going to have your kids greet customers, at least teach them to be polite. 🙁

I have been going here for 9 years. They do a great job. You really need to make a appointment because walk in can be hard if they are busy.

Worst customer service ever. The last time I was in the manicurist openly talked trash about customers! The staff is unhelpful, rude, and two of my nails broke that same day. Save yourself the trouble, go ANYWHERE else!

There is one guy here who does shoddy work and this is the third time he has been my manicurist. Today I had a 2:00 appointment and they didn’t get me in until almost 2:20. Because I needed to be someplace, I asked that they forego the gel and only do the manicure. Nick did an awful job on my nails! They still had polish on them, I still had cuticle that wasn’t removed, and the edges of my nails were rough, jagged and crooked. I will not return to this salon.
