I have been shopping around all year to different salons locally between East Wenatchee & Wenatchee & came back to here because nothing matched the quality that I got here. I found my to go to place. Ill keep coming back.

Took hubby in for 1st pedicure. They were very good. Got 3 of us in. Students are sweet and kind.

The 1st time I came in, it was a great experience which is why I gave 2 however I just went in last Tuesday last minute to see if I could get in for a quick eyebrow wax. I walked in and instead of being greeted it felt like the high school lunch room where you definitely didnt feel welcome to this groups table. I asked if they had time to do a quick wax and NO ONE responded. After an awkward silence one of the techs (Ana) who was literally sitting next to who I believe is the head tech or owner/ manager finally said something to a girl sitting across from her.Ana asked if she had time to do the wax and the girl on the chair across from her said she was just sitting because she had 5 mins left of her shift.My main gripe about this whole situation is the lack of professionalism. Ok, I get you have 5 mins left of your shift and dont want to do anything but the way I was greeted and the response to not wanting to do the service could definitely use some work. I believe all of the techs are in training to work in nail salons or other cosmetic businesses, I hope they change the way they conduct themselves because yeeessshhh it wasnt pleseant.This last experience was extremely disappointing and I definitely felt my business was not wanted so I will be sure to not stop in again.

The best thing I experienced here was the little massage during the pedicure. Honestly, I could have painted my toes better myself

I LOVE this place! The owner Karen is amazing and so are her employees. Great prices and great work! They also have so many options for services. I get eyelash extensions, my nails, pedicures and waxing done here monthly. Highly recommend

Decent prices! Id stick with a regular mani or pedi, I got acrylics here and, not an insult (the people are quite nice), but you can tell it was done by a student. Again, nice staff!

I love getting my nails done here. Karen does absolutely fantastic work. I can trust that all of her instruments are clean. I love the pedicure chair too. My last manicure was a French manicure that has held up for 8 weeks even though I have done gardening and a lot of work with my hands. I am super impressed by this. My daughter also goes to the school here as well and she really enjoys the environment that Karen creates. The prices are very affordable and there are many different types of services available here such as lash extensions, esthetician services, permanent makeup, and waxing. She even has an oxygen bar and sells other types of products to meet your Beauty needs.

I took my grandbabies age 8 and 3 to get their nails done. The ladies there were awesome and made my girls feel so special.

Very rude here . High end prices for student grade work . Literally talked to me like in we’re in the “hood “ very rude when it came to money

Karen was great, and the gal who waxed my legs was doing it for her first time and did a fantastic job.

I love my nails and if I accounted for how much it may had been at first I would have tipped I wanna come in again and tip the tab ut love my nails

I got a shellac mani ! Literally the worst mani I’ve ever got . It’s full of air bubbles and seems like it’s going to peel off already ! Also was $30 I would’ve rather just got acrylics

The owner of this place stole my dog (Pomeranian) knowing it was mine and they’re not willing to return it back . Dont come to this place unless you’re trying to get your dog stolen. Rude people.

One star is generous, went with my mom and sisters for a birthday, gel chipping off within two days. They only had one person working, no prices posted, awful salon won’t go again

I had my nails done today by hien and they look amazing we had a bit of a stumble but she quickly figured out the problem and made my nails look absolutely amazing I reccomend this place to everybody!

Great costumer services great nail salon

The lady was somewhat rude and judge-mental. And two days after I got them done one fell off and soon after all started to come off!!

I went here with a friend. We called ahead to schedule for two people. We were not told there was only one nail tech that would be doing our pedicures which was very annoying and made for a much longer time there than needed. The price advertised outside on the sign was not in affect it ended up being $25/each instead of the $15 advertised. If I had known that I would have gone with a regular salon in town. My toe nail was smudged and I was not happy with the over all results or experience.

I have never had my toenail polish smudge 4 hours after being done. I’m out money and now have to pay to have them re done

Karen doesnt do a good job as she first did when I first started going yesterday I went to get my nails refilled and today I noticed a lot of mistakes on my nails their bumpy and have cracks I went in to have her fix them and she sat there and argued with me that the nails were fine😡
