** Clean, Friendly & Great Service **The salon is clean and has a nice decor. The staff were friendly and greeted me as I walked in. They took my temperature being that were still in the covid19 pandemic and then seated me right away. Theres was no wait time.Theres ample parking here and the location is great as it sits on a quiet street. Ashley took care of me and gave me a great pedicure. I would definitely return.Highly Recommended. 5 stars!

Have patience if you get your nails done here. I got acrylic gel and the lady took 3 1/2 hours, and i’m not very happy with them. They were still wet and looked all messy when I left. I didn’t feel like sitting there for another hour to fix them. Also, I feel like they use cheap products because I never seen their products in any other nail salon before. Nice inside tho.

I came in while my son was at football practice. I got a nexgen manicure and a pedicure in less than two hours. The pedicure was top notch, and I love my nails.

The inside has been very nicely redone and appears more bright and open than before. The pedicure massage chairs are comfortable. There are some staff who are warm and welcoming and some who seem that they couldnt care less if they were working on a corpse. Skill and quality between individual employees varies widely from experienced to amateur and from being done with a basic pedicure in 50mins to being done with a basic manicure in 10mins. If you dont want square nails, I would suggest either being very descriptive with what you want exactly, or trying somewhere else.

WONDERFUL experience. Mom and I came for mani/pedi. Place is spotless, and watched them wipe everything down after each client. Service was exemplary, beautiful job on both of us. They even have a wrist holder thing so your wrist doesn’t get tired/sore during nails-it’s the little things!! I will absolutely be back. Sunny and Sahn were wonderful and friendly.

Visiting family and was told by one of them to check this place out. The salon is easy to find, clean and the staff is friendly. The woman who did my pedicure did a fantastic job and I would definitely reccomend this place to people. The prices were fair and the experience was pleasant.

I went to get my nails done thinking it would be a normal experience. I was so wrong. There was a man who was supposed to prep my nails for the tech that would do them(this was not communicated to me)and he ended up cutting my natural nails very low. I told him they were my nails and he still continued to do so. I needed them shorter anyway, but he butchered them. The tech finally came and looked at my hands in shock. I ended up changing my mind about getting my nails done with the dip powder again. This was nearly three weeks ago and my nails are still extremely brittle and painful at times. She asked him about it and he nonchalantly shrugged it off. How disgusting to not apologize. I will NEVER visit this place again. I will care for my own nails from now on if I can even manage to salvage whats left of them.

I had the pleasure of getting a gel manicure from Jade. She is very thorough and meticulous. I had gotten a manicure the week before and she got all the dead skin the previous technician missed. When I asked for 3 coats of polish instead of the usual 2 she obliged with no hesitation. Kenny did my pedicure and he was just as meticulous. He asked if I wanted my toenails cut down or filed before starting. He made sure to get all my cuticles and even prevented an ingrown nail. He didn’t rush my pedicure and told me to stay as long as I needed because I was enjoying the massage chair. It was definitely worth it and I will be returning.

Ive been coming here for years! Always happy with how my nails, and recently eye lashes turn out! Be sure to make an appointment however as this place is ALWAYS busy! Highly recommend Rosa for nails and Sunny for eyelashes extension!

Nice place pleasant manicurist, they follow all safety rules, but I left with mismatch nails, I explained what I wanted but I failed to notice that pedicure did not match my manicure until I got home. The manicurist did not pride herself with perfection. Won’t return

The customer service is horrible, I entered to get a full set with a design and after 10 minutes of being there and listening to 3 employees argue and talk crab about who was going to do my nails and how they really didnt want to do the design That I wanted. I GOT FUSTRATED AND WALKED OUT I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK They thought I didnt understand some what of what they were saying but I did.

They do a good job, but at my last visit three people gathered around me when I was getting a pedicure. They were all talking to each other in a language I didnt understand while looking and laughing at my feet. It was very rude.

I was excited to make an appointment here due to all of the 5 star positive reviews, but was left disappointed. I had an appointment for a pedicure and nexgen manicure, and was sat in a pedicure chair for 30 minutes before anyone came over to start my pedicure (while 3 walk ins without appointments, who came in after me were started). The woman who did the pedicure was sweet and professional, but didn’t ask what type of pedicure I wanted and just did a very, very basic pedicure. Then, after I picked out a nexgen color before my pedicure, she said “no manicure right?” and told me that I did not have one scheduled. She quickly took my $27 and did not offer to show me where I could sit for my nails to dry. Disappointed after telling the woman on the phone that this would be my first time there.

I wanted so bad to love this place based upon the reviews but my experience was so awful!I was a walk-in and they weren’t very busy when I came in but got very flustered when I asked for a manicure. I needed my dip powder soaked off and was going to do regular polish and the lady got mad because I did not want to continue with the dip due to it effecting my nails. So she refused to finish my service and pawned next off on I think the owner (a much much older man) who seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. My manicure was atrocious and there was spots without polish, polish all over my skin and he made my cuticles an absolute mess. I wish I could post a pic because it’s so bad.Also, when I was checking out, the girl at the front hit the card reader into my nails multiple times ruining the polish and they refused to fix it. This place is a joke.

Kenny was amazing! He worked fast and left my nails looking perfect, he followed every request I had for the shape and length... so glad I was helped by him!

Great place for nails. The salon is clean, nice decor. The nail technicians are professional & well versed in the newer NexGen, the stronger, better alternative to acrylic nails. It doesnt smell like acetone or other chemicals. High ceilings, good air filtration system. You feel like a valued customer.

Over-priced for basic service. Pedicure procedure was basically dipping my foot in warm water then slightly brushing the bottom, then rubbing pink lotion and wiping it off with warm towel. My feet were aching/ tensed/ itchy and dry after leaving the salon. My feet felt like it needed to go somewhere else to get another pedicure after leaving the salon. Nail techs don’t know what they are doing. Cut cuticles too deep and made me bleed.

Im a stickler when it comes to how my nails are painted and all the nail salons close to home had bad reviews. I came here with my 6 year old daughter to get pedicures and it was amazing. No smears, smudges or left over polish residue on my skin. The technician who did my daughters pedicure and manicure was super sweet and detail oriented. Will definitely be back!

I have been coming to Ler Mer first by Costco & then at South Shore Blvd. Ive been coming since it opened. It is clean, the staff does a great job, and everyone is very accommodating. Language can be challenging but they work together in responding to their clients needs. It can be a little more expensive than others but for me its worth it specially for my in-grown toe nails. No matter where I go, I always come back!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years. The staff is welcoming and is always making sure you get the best experience. The salon is clean and well taken care of. You can tell the owner and staff care about the salon and the customers.

Save your money and go somewhere else, anywhere else! Not only are they incredibly overpriced, but the service they provide is awful at any price level. Came here with a bridal party-7 girls at 11 am the day before the wedding. We got a basic manicure pedicure, regular polish for $40. The pedicure was awful. I dont think I have ever had one worse, the work is sloppy and they didnt do a good job cleaning cuticles or heels. The manicure was meh, not awful but not good. We all left disappointed but didnt want to be a downer for the Bride so no one complained. Almost 11 hours later we showered and guess what! Every single persons nailed almost melted completely off. Ive never seen anything like it. 11 hours later. With no time to go back to any salon we had to repaint our nails the morning of the wedding. A few days later I went back in to the salon to let them know what happened, I was met with anger and hostility, just adding to how upsetting the whole situation was. I wasnt offered anything to fix the situation I was just told over and over that that has never happened to us before but it did and it was a bridal party and I had pictures to prove it. Finally the man up front said he would give me back the cost of the polish....that was it. He then threw the money at me and shooed me out the door....there are 10 other salons in a mile radius of this one, choose any other one. Youre welcome.

Disappointed. I chose this salon due to location and online reviews. I was there for over 2 hours for a gel mani/pedi. Very limited OPI brand selection and no Essie brand polish. After a few days my gel polish is chipping, probably due to the cheap brand of nail polish. I won’t be returning, overall experience was not a good one.

I have had my nails done here numerous times in the past. I brought my sister in to enjoy a nice pedicure, we were both very disappointed. The lady who did my pedicure so busy talking to the other tech she would tap me to change feet. They did not even paint tge nails eell. Absolutely horrible experience.

Went the other day and she seemed rushed and didn’t really take any care... two days later they look terrible! It was the second time I have been there and will never go back! Save your money and go else where!

The staff is very friendly and professional. Ive been twice, and the second time brought my 8 year old daughter. They made the experience so much fun. This place is now my neighborhood nail salon.

The people are nice but we go there for the service and product. This needs work. Ive gone twice and was helped by 2 different people. Did not like the job done either time. First was just mani pedi..... basic. Polish was chipping in 1 day. I use my own polish and get almost a week from it. Second was next gen pink and white..... worst nail job ever. No pride in the job... just slap it on and move to the next customer. Would not have even look half decent if I didnt request to shape more. Still too blobby looking for me. Never going back there. Waste of money.

Manager of this place was not understanding all he thought about was the money. My husband got a gift certificate thinking they do massges too. But they dont asked ig i could get the cash back. Manager refused, ig i vould give not stars i would .. this is bad customer service he put falut on the customer saying that id was my husbands fault for thinking it was a massege place. This showed me that all he was about was money doesnt think about his customers
