This is the best haircut around. I have been going there a long time and I have always had great service. All of the barbers are amazing and spend the extra time to make sure the cut is on point. I am partial to Patti, shes the best😉, but all of them will treat you right. They care for you as a customer and you will always want to return!!!!!

Been a customer here since day 1. There is no place else in Wellington or west palm beach to get a better cut. Shop is clean and vibrant. Everyone is friendly. I feel like a member of the family when I walk in. I’ve been getting hair cuts for 37 years and this is my favorite place.

Very friendly and professional staff. Patricia is my go to barber. I travel a lot and sometimes I’ve had to get a haircut in another state. Got there at opening… got seated just fine, asked for a one on the sides and the back like usual and received practically a mohawk…. My hair on the sides were trimmed pretty much all the way up my head. The trim was uneven by the ears and the barber was practically scalping me threw the entire cut. The haircut was rushed as it’s not normally. I believe Alberto normally cuts my hair and does a great job every time but today it was someone different who obviously didn’t know how to cut hair. Most likely won’t be returning… there’s a great barber shop downtown called Curt’s barber service and he charges $10 for a haircut and he’s been cutting hair for a long time so that’s where I’ll be going.

I came in about two weeks ago I had heard good things about this barbershop and said that they tend to give good haircuts so I brought my three children there and gave different barbers a chance and a they just kept messing up my kids Haircuts they were constantly playing Spanish music way too loud to the point where It is too hard to even try to explain what haircut to give. one of the barbers doesn’t even speak English Time I went there one of the Spanish barbers cut my sons neck and didn’t even mention it to me. Terrible Service.

Fabulous Barber shop. Nick was fabulous. Very attentive to my DAUGHTER who was looking for an LGBTQ friendly barber. He was awesome, and understanding, super skilled, and professional! When she came home and washed her hair, it fell so nicely into place and she was soooo happy, which makes any mama happy!!! I had a horrible haircut. I had to come back to get a better one. All of the employees were vaping in the store and yelling at a soccer game.But Nick did a great job! He understands my hair and got it to lay.

Came in for a haircut last week and got a cut by Nicholas, he did a great job with my skin fade. Also threw in a hot towel shave which made my tape look even better! Would definitely recommend using him as your barber!!

Place was clean, got in quickly. Asked for a fade and a little of the top, Barber Nick shaved my head. Then when he could tell I was upset, started throwing a temper tantrum. I am not sure about the rest of the barbers, but I wont be going again to try because of his attitude. I will be driving 45 mins back to my old barber, once my hair grows back.

Alberto at polo cuts is the best, go to him every 2 weeks. All the barbers are very good but personally I go to Alberto and hes one of the best out there. If your looking for a great cut at a great price, this is the place! Would reccomend to anyone !!

Great atmosphere with professional barbers I have been using Alberto for the past going on 13 years for my hair cuts and has never disappointed the prices are fair and everyone gets treated like family... patty does an amazing job as well and knows what she’s doing 😉 if your looking for a place to have your hair regularly maintained then this is for sure the place ... disregard some of the negative comments about the wait times . If you have ever been to a great barber shop then you know that it’s best to make an appointment before showing up because everyone’s hair is different and everyone has different expectations with their hairstyles.. some take a long time to do so just be patient you won’t regret it

Been going here for 3.5 years. I sport a beard and handlebar mustache. Perry is my beard master and the only one I would allow to trim my beard. A true Barber shop with that old time Barber shop feel. Would not hesitate to recommend these professionals.

First time in, asked for a simple fade and an inch off the top. My cut was rushed and as a result my hair was uneven and looked kinda goofy, the length of my sides cut was continued really far in almost to the middle of my head. The fade was good nothing great. Probably one of the worser cuts I’ve received but could’ve been way worse. You’re better off somewhere else, just seems like all the barbers rush you unless you’re one of their homies, and as a result the cuts suffer

When I met him I had been shaving myHead for years and wanted a cool vintage barber cut, Perry was very patient as I am super neurotic and gave me the cut I had been after. Comically bad customer service. I arrived for a cut and when I entered the shop I saw two individuals in chairs receiving cuts. There were what looked like 3 workers in the shop with one about to leave for the day. I approached the counter and waited for 2-3 minutes for someone to either greet me or acknowledge that I was in the room. Feeling foolish standing there still, I sat down to wait. While I waited, another customer entered the shop, and was also completely ignored. His actions nearly mirrored my own and he sat to wait as well. After five or so minutes of waiting, it became obvious that the barbers were in no rush to finish their cuts as they were constantly talking with each other and not cutting hair. The other customer left and I continued to wait.Another customer entered the shop a few minutes later, who was clearly familiar with the barbers and was loudly greeted in Spanish by both of them. After a few more minutes of waiting for one barber to finish his cut, I was told that the customer who had just arrived was an appointment, and that I would have to wait for him. At this I immediately got up and left. 25 minutes of waiting for no haircut. What a joke. As I was leaving the first barber tried to tell me the other barber would take me when he was done, but I absolutely was not having it. At his pace Id have been there another 15 minutes waiting to start a slow haircut. No chance, and certainly not after this amount of disrespect.If any of this sounds like reasonable customer service to you, by all means, go ahead, get your hair cut here. It looks like they really care about hair. But they definitely dont care about their customers. New York Style Barber Shop? All my hair cuts in NY came with a greeting and communication with my barber. If you have an appointment, you inform the customer of that as soon as soon they walk in after you greet them. Neither of those happened. You dont make people wait AND also treat them like garbage. Id bet my paycheck Id have gotten much further if I spoke Spanish.

Are those people with appointments are they friends of yours I don’t know because no barber is acknowledging anybody. I’ll never come to this barber again
