I got my haircut by mike today and let me tell you this is the best low bald fade I have ever gotten as well as the coolest dude I’ve ever met to cut hair. 10/10 would recommend make sure you ask for MIKE next time you get a haircut!

Great experience both times I have been here. Super family friendly and Jennifer is fantastic. Other customers come out smiling(squinting since were wearing masks) when Im there and its contagious. I highly recommend this fantastic barbershop.

I walked into Roosters after getting a bad haircut at another local barber shop. I was able to walk in and wait for an appointment, but I saw that you can book online through Google or their website. Luis made the best out of a bad situation and really helped me out. Roosters is clean, the staff is friendly and the service is top quality. One of my wifes friends told her about Elizabeth and I made an appointment. Had the Gentlemans cut, shave & eyebrow wax (a little painful 🤣 ). She did an incredible job. Plan on seeing her every month and maybe in between for a shave. Total relaxation.

Easy to find in Wellington. I was glad to find a place for men.the place is nicely decorated with dark wood. The staff seems nice. I did get the best haircut here. I was in town from Oregon and glad I tried this place out. My lady haircut I got in Redmond Washington was the worst and the guy here did an amazing job. My only negative is the stations are dirty they dont seem to clean their stations and you can tell its been a while.

I normally do not write reviews. But, I have to say Luis is very good at what he does. My boyfriend has been going to him for over a year now and we are so grateful to have discovered him!! In general when you have a professional service done, you should trust that the professional has an eye, or knowledge of the best haircut for the individual. One haircut does not complement all. Luis is good at just that! My boyfriend wanted longer hair and Luis recommended he should go shorter, and Luis ended up being right! The shorter haircut complements my boyfriend much better, it looks better on him. If you feel YOU need to tell the barber how to cut your hair, then you do not trust the barber cutting your hair. Therefore, I counter the negative reviews on Luis. Luis is detail oriented, meticulous, and consistent! My boyfriend looks absolutely handsome every time. Thank you Luis!

My first time going to roosters. I previously walked in and made an appointment for the day before my best friends wedding in which I’m the best man and I also made this clear to the barber (ROCKY) how busy I would be that day and that i need to be on time. He said it was no problem. Made a 1:00pm appointment. By 1:18 he was still cutting the hair of another person. By 1:25 he’s doing the razor edge so I think he’s about done. Then at 1:30 he lowers the customer back down and stars cutting his hair even more. I left and will never go back. Very bad first impression.

I was a walk-in on Sunday, 4-15-2018. I was told by the barber at the very first station by the greeting/cashier station what a ROOSTERS CLUB CUT (at $39.00) would entail:**Personal consultation, precision haircut with shampoo, massage, razor cut around the neck and ears, hot-towel treatment, style, powder, and aftershave.**A bit pricey, but I said, what the heck, you only live once and I have an event on Wednesday.The girl at the cashier counter gave me an appointment (while I waited), which would be about 40 minutes - no issue.Then, a stylist by the name Sue asked for me. Of course, I thought I was going to see the barber who explained the service, who was free at the same time Sue came for me.Well, I proceeded - BIG MISTAKE.I sat at her station and asked her how long she had been cutting mens hair. She said, 3-years. I was a bit worried, but went forward.The Personal Consultation? It was not. She asked me what number I wanted (meaning the electric clipper cutting guards, corresponding to different mens haircut lengths). I told her, half, then described with my hands as I said, with a full, short taper all the way up, evenly all around, up to my part on my left side. She said she understood.SHE DID NOT.The next thing I know, shes putting hair styling cream in my hair and removing my paper around my neck and shoulders.What?I said, wheres my part? She then tried to use the clippers to raise the taper up, but it was an uneven taper and just a bad hair cut. NO PRECISION.She handed me a dirty hand held mirror and I quickly saw it was bad, real bad and said, no, no, this is not right. Are you finished? She said, what else do you want? I said, Wheres the straight razor trimming around the ears and neck? She said, Oh...OK. Then, she asked the young girl at the cashier station to take a razor from the vacant barber station next to her, which she retrieved from a drawer. There was a used blade on it. Without prepping my skin around the ears or neck, she took the hot shaving cream, put it around my ears and neck, then grabbed the razor. [She should have prepped the skin with hot moist towels.]I immediately said, STOP...are you going to place a new blade on that razor? She said, I dont have any, then asked the young girl to find one. After a couple of minutes of searching for it without success, I was DONE. I stood up, took a paper towel to wipe away the shave cream, took the smock off, and said, this is just terrible, just terrible. I walked to the front, paid, and left.I retired from the US Army in 2014 after 24-years of service and I can tell you this place is OVER-priced, OVER-rated, and anything but a PRECISION haircut. But, the interior decorations look nice.DONT GO HERE - BAD, VERY BAD.Michael K.

Roosters is a fine establishment. Their prices are substantially higher than some of their competition. However, the quality of their service can not be surpassed.

I got a haircut from Roosters a couple of months back and they did a pretty good job. This location is what I would consider an upscale barbershop..you get pampered and you really feel like you are in classy place. Overall it was a good experience but too expensive for a mens haircut. Nonetheless if you want a one of a kind experience I do recommend it.

Worth a little extra. A small chain versus the big box hair cut places like Hair Cuttery, Sport Clips, and other places where I feel like a sheep getting sheared. They take the time to serve you and cut/style your hair the way you want it. The hot towel and shampoo is the best and relaxing wash after a cut is worth it. With tip you would pay the same at Hair Cuttery. Spend a little more and tip well and you cannot go wrong at Roosters.

Ive always had a great experience coming here. The atmosphere is great, my haircut is always done well, and the people are very friendly and inviting. Sure, the services are a little on the higher end of the price spectrum, but the value added into the experience is great. Cut, steam towel, shampoo, condition, and scalp massage are included in the Roosters Club Cut. Regina is an absolute rock star as well, and ever since finding Roosters about 2 years ago, I dont go anywhere else to get my hair cut!

My husband loves to go to get his beard trimmed up here and shave his head so if you ladies want to give something to your husband this is a good treat

Very nice place and atmosphere...top class.After reading all the rave reviews on Luis, I got a haircut by him. After paying so much, the haircut was awful with Luis paying no attention in listening to what I wanted (actually made a snide remark) and actually attempted to hurry me up to leave (probably took about 5 minutes in total). There was little interaction (he didnt even greet me), took his 5 minutes, and after basically told me to get up that its done. It was extremely discourteous and Im thinking is this the same guy? When I went to pay at the front counter, he left and had me hanging in there waiting on him. It was really ridiculous for that price. Does this guy really expect anyone to come back?Its a nice place though and the rest of the people (that can actually speak english) are really friendly and helpful.

Good place to get a hair cut and old school razor shave. They also offer a first responders and military discount for their hair cuts, so ask about it. Their website allows you to make appointments on-line or you can just call.

It was my first time visit but their professionalism was depicted by their work. Luis trimmed my head and I was so happy and pleased with his work. I greatly recommend Luis and Roosters Mens Grooming Center- Wellington.

Ive been going to Roosters in Wellington every 2 weeks for a little over 2 years. I have always been very selective when finding my regular barber. When I moved down from Philly it took me a while but I finally found Luis at Roosters. He is hands down the best barber Ive ever had. He has gone above and beyond for me and he takes extremely good care of his regulars. Roosters does not hire mediocre barbers. I have been many times and seen the work of everyone there (aside from a couple new faces). Whether you see Luis, Rocky, Darwin, Regina or Runya, you will not be dissatisfied with the excellent cut/shave or the warm, professional service that you receive from everyone there!

I went to this place based off some reviews. I am totally glad I did. I was one to always go to sports clips or super cuts. Not anymore! I scheduled an appointment and got Dom. Dom was super friendly and the entire experience was fantastic. My beard thanks him! Finally a barber that cares! They got a customer fo life now.

Overall the service was bad, the hair cut was ok. All for $60.00.This was my first visit to Roosters. I called over the weekend and made an appointment for the first available appointment with Luis on Wednesday. My expectations were set high due to the raving reviews of Luis here on google. I figured it would be worth the wait. I arrived and was told their would be a wait as Luis was running behind, not really a deal breaker. During my wait a pretentious fellow open the door and yelled to Luis in the back, Hey Luis you have a opening?, Luis responded with a yes after the guy sitting in the front. He then left in went to eat next door. Ill have to try that stradgey next time when booking an appointment with Luis.After a short wait Luis was ready. I expected to be greated with a warm welcome, after all this is the guy. I introduced my self and walked to the chair. I explained my hair situation and desires, with little response from Luis. He then proceeded to snip my hair with little interaction or personality.. I could tell he was focused on getting to the next client that had barged in the door earlier.Toward the end of my hair cut he decided it was time to notify the guy next door he was almost done. He asked the front desk lady to give him a cal. To my sulfide she said she would not, Im not dealing with him or his rude wife. To Luis dismay he then walked to tha front desk to make the call. The guy didnt answer... He then walked back to finish the hair cut. As he prepared me for a hair wash, He lent me back and whipped out his cell phone as I was awkward reclined for about 20 secs as I watched him looked at his phone. He then asked one of the other barbers to call the guy next door! Idk who this guy was, but eating at flanagans says a lot..The guy then walked in and Luis yelled hey so and so Im almost done! Im thinking this guy hasnt even asked if I like the hair cut..He never did.. After he was done washing my hair, shampoo and conditioner in 30 secs. He proceed to comb and style my hair. He put some gel in that I told him early about me needing. I had to sell the gel for him..
