Have never taken a zip car before and after today, I dont think I ever would. First it was a zip car on the highway that kept tailgating us on the highway. Since we slowed down, he drove to another lane and pretty much zip right through the cars. Secondly on the same day still, were just trying to reverse out of walmart parking lot and what do I see? Another zip car impatiently waiting for us to leave. Mind you, my car was only half way out and this guy is just right behind us not giving us any room to back out more. So.. yeah. These zip car employees need to calm the heck down or else theyll hit somebody

Zipcar has VERY poor service! Im surprised theyve in business for this long!
