I reserved car in may for a trip to Michigan I came from my home state of Florida and when time came to pick up my car and travel Michigan the un believe happened. We found rental car in a tire shop. First clue. I went through all the transactions and then the question where is cat being parked. I said Michigan. He then said theses cars cant leave state. Wow,. Unbelievable. Since was out my money. We decided to just use it for travel in state. We came than asked he than said they will only go 50_75 miles and shut off!!! I never in my life hear of such a dishonest place as this is. I rented a lot of cars but never hear of this issue

After they took my money. They called me a half hour later and ask where was I going with the rental. I told they them I was going to Ohio because my daughter tried to commit suicide. They then told me that they don’t allow their cars to leave state. That was June 17th, 2021. It is now June 25th, 2021 and I have not received my refund yet. And that was the all the money I had. Every time I call they tell me the same thing but nothing happens or do I get my money. Worst company

This is HORRRIBLE and I want to leave a BAD review where ever I can. I made a reservation a month in advance, when I showed up the office was closed. I was told that it was because of Covid. I was NEVER notified and we forced to seek a car more expensive. I also prepaid for convivence and was told I was going to be charged a fee for my refund. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Made my car reservation over a month ago, randomly got an email saying my reservation was canceled. No rhyme or reason why. I called economy and the rep was not pleasant and told me it’s canceled and I must have canceled it. I asked if we could un-cancel it and he said no. I emailed economy and I got the exact same response. I tried to rebook my reservation and the price had gone up by $59, economy refused to waive the additional cost.Economy has a 1-star Yelp rating with over 700 reviews, and a F rating on the BBB.Spend the extra $20 a day and go to Enterprise, Dont ruin your vacation with a bad experience with Economy.
