I’ve bought a ton of cars over the years and even sold them for a while and this was by far one of the easiest dealerships to deal with. No games, go gimmicks. I went in, Steve asked what I was looking for and pointed me to the perfect car and in less than 2 hours I was driving home in a new CPO Rav4 for my wife. Will definitely be going back to get myself a truck in the near future.
The counter representative was very helpful and courteous, and didn’t try to sell me any services outside of the covered warranty service. He even cleaned my front window for me! It was a good and expeditious service.
I had a great experience. I bought a new Tundra and traded in my 2017 Tacoma, and got the top end of what the Tacoma was worth. I had multiple items to be addressed (most standard items, like oil change, inspection, tire rotation). Upon my arrival, I was greeted and efficiently checked in. It took about two hours to complete the work requested which seemed reasonable to me. There was one item that I asked to be checked that they determined did not require repair. There was another item that they were not equipped to fix (a fabric issue), but they offered suggestions for a fix. I have always felt fairly treated at this service location and will continue to get my car repair work done here.

Excellent service. I arrived 5 minutes early and they took me right in. Oil and filter change, with no up-sell attempts, and on my way home 30 minutes later. The waiting room at Waite Toyota was cool and refreshing on a very hot and humid day, with free WIFI to boot. I have never had a bad experience at Waite Toyota. I have been having my 2014 Corolla serviced by Waite Toyota since I purchased it from them brand new.
A very pleasant experience at the service department. The staff were all very courteous and addressed my issue. They were able to fix the problem on the spot, so I wouldn’t need to make a second trip.
We love the Toyota Highlander!One option we would change is the console component in the middle. Slide the top open to the tray and then have to lift up the shelf to get to the bucket part. One day driving I put my hand in the bucket part to retrieve something and the shelf fell down wedging my wrist and Icouldn’t get my hand out as other hand on the wheel. I couldn’t pull up the shelf. Finally pulling over I got it loose.Drink cup holders in the door need to be a little bigger.Lots of room in the dash for incidentals!
My salesman, Jon, was friendly and helpful when I was looking for a vehicle. Waite had a suitable vehicle scheduled to arrive in July. My salesman kept in contact well as pandemic issues delayed delivery of it. The pick up process was smooth.
Took my van in after I damaged the passenger side mirror. While assessing this the Waite rep noticed one of the taillights had moisture inside. I had not noticed it. When I returned to get the new mirror they also fixed the taillight which was still under warranty. Both repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time.
I can’t thank Jon and everyone else at Waite Toyota enough for taking care of me after I was in a car accident. My old car was totaled and cars are hard to find right now. Jon helped me right away and got me into the car I am driving now. Waite even helped me with a notary that I needed to sign my old car over to the bank. Everyone that helped me with the purchase was fantastic. I will be a Waite Toyota customer for life. Thank you all so much for making this terrible time a little easier.
Steve was very helpful on selling me a Rav4 PRIME. Answered all my questions. The only problem is, after my purchase he wouldn’t answer my calls or e-mails.

I live in Syracuse. After taking my Highlander to Burdick Toyota multiple times, the issues that I was having went unfixed and in diagnosed, they told me they were not able to fix my car. I contacted Jessica Allen who was my sales rep for the purchase of the car. She had my car into the shop the next week and the service department was able to diagnose and repair my vehicle. They did an excellent job of evaluating my tires and telling me how long they would last. With that in mind, I decided to get 4 new ones. I went in a few days later and had the new ones put on. Service in all instances was excellent.

Our son had been first time vehicle shopping on line in the VERY Bad Used Vehicle Market present at this time. He found just what he had been looking for at a fair price within his budget at Waite Toyota. The only challenge was that we live 3 hours away. Came in for an oil change and was asked if there was any concerns. I voiced my concern and the lady at the front desk, kindly got someone who she felt would know about my issue. I tried to inform Mr. Taylor, the gentleman she referenced me to, that my issue was that my Hybrids battery wasnt reflecting the numbers no where close to what shows on paper. I also let him know that off of a full charge, my numbers were 28 miles range, right from disconnection. That I was getting 24 miles range before because I cut off the heater and a/c. He only interrupted by inputting that, its my driving habits and/or he didnt know what it could be because he doesnt know much about the Primes. I tried to continue to inform him that another Prime user is getting the numbers shown on paper and that I drove his vehicle while in California. I continued to inform him that his driving habits are worse than mine and that he was getting better fuel numbers than mine. Nevertheless, Mr. Taylor interrupted me again saying and I quote I dont know enough on this vehicle to tell you what is going on and I wouldnt want to put man hours on this vehicle if we dont know whats going on. My mind just went blank and confused. Youre a service guy, isnt that what your job? To figure out what is wrong with my vehicle and not say I dont know. To make matters worse while waiting for my vehicle to be finished with the oil change, he prints two documents highlighting in great detail what effects my Hybrids range. On it, it displays about how having the A/C or Heater on can effect my Hybrids range. Like really!? You really didnt try to pay attention to anything I said.Not happy with Toyota!I spent 52k for bad service
Best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. Very flexible with my schedule, non pressuring, personable sales and financial people. Very clean facility. Nice to do business with a smaller, but up to date company. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a toyota. I traveled 1 1/2 hrs and glad I did, would do again in a heartbeat.

My only complaint is they were kinda high pressure when it came to buying the extended warranty for my used car. In the end I bought it but I said no multiple times and they wouldn’t take no for an answer. Other than that one thing I was happy with the service and I love the vehicle. They even let me put a deposit on the car to hold it for a few days while it was determined whether my old car could/should be fixed.

The sales people are knowledgeable, and I have found them very responsive to my needs and willing to work with me. And the Waite Toyota Service Department is the best I have ever experienced.
This place was a disappointment. I came here for a normal mileage multi-point inspection and new brakes. I waited 3 hours for that and then they charged me $661!! They charge $99/hr for labor. Thats just a little too ridiculous.

I went to waites a few weeks ago for a recall on my trucks frame. They were very kind and I didn’t have to wait long for my car to go in. While I was there I asked them if they could inspect it for me too. I knew it was close to needing new brakes. The quote they showed me was almost 900$ for front brakes. Pads rotors and calipers. And almost 500$ for a problem in my steering wheel.My local mechanic did this all for 600$. 900$ for brakes is absurd.

The service was very professional, however, extremely slow. 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation is a bit excessive.
The service waiting area is nice and the tech I spoke to was professional. BUT...Was charged a diagnostic fee yet they never actually diagnosed anything. They test drove it, said nothings wrong (clearly there is), then charged me $100 because it didnt require warranty work. The issue my 4RUNNER has is a well known problem to the point toyota has released a technical bulletin for it. They waved it off saying meh, toyota had this issue years ago but not anymore.... the part in question is the same part number as years ago.
Have not purchased a car anywhere other than Waites since started buying cars in 1981. My last car I purchased almost 13 years ago. I had Chuck Dibbles for a sales person and would highly recommend him as he listened to exactly what I needed and could afford. THANK YOU CHUCK.

I was able to test drive multiple Tacomas with no pressure to buy. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had which was nice since I have not bought a vehicle in over 10 years. They also gave me a very fair trade in value for my aging Jeep which saved me the hassle of trying to sell it privately. Had been searching months for a new 4x4 Tacoma pickup. When I did find one it was sold faster than I could make an offer. Contacted an old friend from high school Matt Saunders who works at Waites, and had a deal quote in my email within 4 or 5 hours. He let me know these were incoming vehicles but they could be reserved. My wife and I met with Matt a few days later to run through quote and look at invoice for equipment. A few days later contacted Matt and put a deposit down to reserve truck over the phone. Matt was in constant contact letting me know status of vehicle build.When truck came in added running boards same day and remote start next. Had a plan in place for this even before vehicle showed up. All in all very simple and efficient buying process. First time doing something like this online, but would definitely do again as long as it is with Waites. Thanks Matt and staff.
