Just drove home in a 2022 Santa Fe Limited turbo and couldn’t be happier! I worked with Marquise who was both knowledgeable & helpful with his no pressure approach. He and I worked together to put a deposit down on a Santa Fe Limited Hybrid. However, on the morning of the day I was to take delivery, I asked if I could test drive a Limited with the 2.5T turbo. Without missing a beat Marquise literally had the turbo pulled up and running when I pulled into the lot. Drove the turbo and loved it! Marquise was able to update the paperwork with the new vehicle. On the day I was to pick up the vehicle, Sherri the Finance Manager patiently walked me through all the paperwork & financing options without pressuring me to add additional items like extended warranties, interior/exterior Simonizing, etc. Sean the Delivery Coordinator spent lots of time with me explaining the various controls & settings in the vehicle while patiently answering my many questions. We brought our Tucson in to have the sunroof repaired. They were not able to fix it. We were actually told that we would be better off bringing it somewhere that specialized in sunroofs because their service department didn’t have a lot of experience with sunroofs. I’ve never heard of a dealership that couldn’t fix their own cars.

I had no intention on buying a car this year but my car had other plans for me. I went to several places and the low stock and high prices for what they had on the lot was very discouraging. I was pleasantly surprise to see the lot at Hyundai of Watertown was full.I hate shopping for cars and I had being pressured by sales men.I found Kelvin Earl to be very laid back and helpful. He didn’t pressure me and read my none verbal cues very well. Kelvin let me look at and test as many cars as I wanted without trying to steer me in a direction I didn’t want to go in. He understood my budget and didn’t pressure me into spending more then I wanted too.I am very happy with my car choice. It has many of the bells and whistles I was looking for without the high price I didn’t want.I loved my BMW but it wasn’t worth the cost to fix it, I would recommend a Hyundai to anyone. You can’t beat the price for what you get, the warranty and cost of maintenance down the line.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Elantra from this place 2 weeks ago today. My keys were dropped in front of me multiple times to the point it was scuffed by the time it touched my hand. The nfc keycard that comes with my car was not in the car and when I mentioned it I was told they lost it and would get me a new one in a couple days and provided a IOU receipt for it. Here we are 2 weeks later after being lied to for a week and a half that they were waiting for it to be delivered, I find out it was never ordered and I may not receive it till December. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced during this process. Highly hope others don’t experience this and people are taught how to properly follow through with the customer and not lose parts to their cars.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID this place if you can, every time I go to this place it’s a new problem. Service reps make it seem like they care but they really don’t. I paid for a taillight to be fixed last December. Come to find out the guy put it in wrong and it melted the plastic around the light. It was so bad I had to change the entire assembly and get a completely new taillight. When I called, I asked them and they confirmed to me that they changed that specific light. I haven’t touched it since. When I told them what happened they didn’t do a single thing about it. I got stopped by police, got a ticket, and wasted a lot of time with this when it wasn’t even my fault. Nicole in Service said she’d call back after I sent her of the receipt for the new part I had to buy. She never called back never responded and completely ignored the situation. When I called back after a week I was told that nothing could be done for me. I had to spend HUNDREDS to fix their mistake. The lady I spoke to even said that it was their fault and that she’d be mad if it happened to her . They did nothing to make me feel like they cared or even wanted help. Save yourself the trouble and don’t being your vehicle here. Not worth the time or money for such terrible service.

Worst car dealership experiences ive ever had qnd i didnt even spend money here.I have a broken part in my car door(small peice of plastic) that is visible and easily accessible, i just dont know its name.The parts manager was called to help, he never introduced himself or even hello. He walked up to my car, took a picture of my vin without even asking me or letting me know what he was doing and then just walked off. He came back 2-3 minutes later with the same blurry schematics that are on the internet and told me i dont know what it is, you may need just it or a whole new door handle assembly, you should turn it in to the shop. I asked how much it could be to no reply, i asked if anyone knew anything more to help and he said yes, but wouldnt go get them because theyre in the shop making money.....20ft from where we were standing.I just left after thatWell i guess i wont be spending any money here myself ever; wonderful first impression on a potential customer whos never been there.

We bought a brand new Hyundai Accent last week. My girlfriends drivers license wasnt in the DMV system but Kelvin was still able to get us out an on the road the same day. He was very nice and accommodating. Also the dealer fees on the bill seem to be legit; theres no shiesty cleaning fee or anything of that sort. They included a detail but there was still a lot of greasy spots on the outside thus I give 4 stars. This wasnt on Kelvin though-- he was great.

I bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata, the day I went to pick the car up they still hadn’t fixed the paint that they said would be fixed, as well as the bumper which needed new clips. So after I complained they took a week to schedule me to bring it back to be fixed, they had my car for almost 3 weeks and the only thing done was the paint. One of the guys that works there came out to look at it and said I’ll order the clips, the car was there for almost 3 weeks I have a paper with what they needed to fix and never was the bumper touched. It looked the exact same. Would not recommend.
