Ive been going here for YEARS to get my haircut by Brandy and she was great BUT she is no longer there and I noticed at least a couple new hairstylists. I asked the new lady to trim my hair a little and showed a picture I liked. She completely cut my hair off and instead of looking like the picture I showed her it looks like a boys cut now☹ Its gonna take me several months to grow back again😔 Will not be returning again

I thought with all the good reviews this place would be a safe stop to get my husbands hair cut. Boy were we wrong! They messed up the front and barely faded correctly. Complete trash

This is my go to spot. They dont try to talk you into buying any products. Theyre no frills and strictly business. Their decor is uniquely eclectic. I love this place.My one complaint is: Stop charging gendered prices for haircuts. Its ridiculous. Charge for time or complexity. Charging women more just because theyre women is BS.

My family and I have been going to Autumns Barber Shop for many years and always enjoy our visits there. The staff are friendly and very easy to work with and I always walk out knowing my hair looks great. Prices are doable and the decor is great. Always a great experience. 3rd. generation of my family going there now.

Not for ethnic hair. I was new to Watertown and tried Autumn’s. Lovely and polite women but it’s not for curly hair textures. She tried and that was very kind of her. I honestly did not know there were barbershops that specialize in only one hair type. I will recommend this place to my coworkers who were born with Anglo hair that has no texture.

Took my nephew here because he needed a haircut, it was literally last minute and the barbers were so accommodating and professional. They got him right in the chair and cut it to his exact expectations.

Editing my review. No longer go here because of the overall inconsistency in barbers. At first i found a pretty good barber, a young blonde 20-something, but then she wasnt there anymore and I had to go with who was there, and every single other cut was mediocre to just bad. I always show the barber a picture of how to cut my hair, buzz on the sides and shorter on top, but they cant seem to match my old barber from the pics I show. They always either cut too uneven, or too long. The buzzer numbers are always thicker than what I ask for. Sick of barbers not giving me what I ask bc they think they know my hair better than me. Plus not sure why they always cut the customer facing away from the mirror. Who does that?? Do they not want customers telling them how to cut? To see the style for themselves until theyre done? Makes no sense.If youre a child or a man over 70, youll probably be fine, but if you want a cut with style beyond 1987, probably wanna check out somewhere else.

Fantastic place for every member of the family. The ladies at Autumns are friendly and can accommodate any hair type of style. The rate for a hair cut is $12 which is a great deal. Most places dont get the job done. I went here a few times and I will continue to go to autumns for my haircuts. They are super clean and have a nice set up.

Brought my kiddos for haircuts. The haircuts turned out amazing. Exactly what we asked for. Did a great job handling my youngest who was getting his first haircut. Also gave a certificate with a clipping of his hair from his first cut. Thanks ladies 😁 we will definetly be back!

A very pleasant surprise for someone who had not been in a barbershop since John f Kennedy was president. Probably highly enlightening and very reasonable and price.

This barber shop is full of neat objects, has a television to watch when waiting or while getting your hair cut. The ladies are very welcoming and nice as well.

Horrible experience. First cut was not good. They put gel on to screen. Went back and they made it worse. Definitely not true barbers!

My favorite thing, besides a great haircut for a great price, is that every time I come in here I feel like Im greated as a friend due to how fun these ladies are to talk to! Also, from how busy Ive seen it get in there, I can assume a lot of the city feels the same way!

Horrible haircut. The lady near gave me a bowl cut on the front half of my head. I ended up telling her to buzz cut the top . Not looking good on my first day at my new job next week
