Had to call to have a broken down vehicle towed. I expected to have somewhat of a wait until a truck would come. That wait wasnt very long. I was impressed.Friendly, fast, professional and service

My tire went flat on Washington highway and I got and they helped me to get a tow truck and they put my tire on me and I and I was and Im from Ohio and they made sure all they checked all my other tires and gave me a tire got me a tire they were great helped me I will never forget them there great place to get tired and a great group of her people

Do not use this service. If u do u will never see your vehicle again. They dont tell u their cost of towing, they make false claims about calls or communications. Whole premise is get the vehicle to piece out parts or scrap. Stay away.

Good for a dirty car! I dont use the automatic. I do the hand washing

I live very close to this car wash and have used it about 6 times and have found it to be clean. The owner refunded my money when I informed him that almost no soap or other agents discharged from sprayer wand, and it wasn’t the first time. Additionally if I use the spray booth or the automatic wash the final rinse leaves more water spots than my past experience with others car washes.

This is one of the worst business in Washington. Completely ignorant and bias towards anyone who even looks to be oil and gas. I wanted to give them my business and was told to leave simply because I was in my company truck. They have no right to talk to or treat anyone the way I was treated for just trying to give my business. Never again. I highly recommend everyone to use another facility and give your money to another business. They should be shut down for treating others the way they do. I am telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place.

Some employees told me I could not wash my truck here. Not because it was too muddy or dirty, because he thought I worked in the oil and gas industry; this place is AN OIL CHANGE BUSINESS!?!?!? The irony is not lost on me. I USED TO GET MY OIL CHANGED HERE. used to. I also used to wash my several vehicles here. Never again.

I had occasion to use Isimingers towing service on April 26 when I hit a pot hole and blew a left front tire on my way from Illinois to Norther Virginia. In less than one hour from the incident, Isimingers professionally retrieved my vehicle and towed it to a local dealer. Being after 5PM, Mr Isiminger then took my wife and I to a local motel and explained our situation the on duty staff before departing. The motel extended us a very favorable rate and the dealer had us back on the road by 10 AM the next morning. Mr Isimingers efficiency and kindness turned a potentially trip ruining experience into a minor inconvenience.
