I will like to say I dont write reviews much, but this review has to be be written. THE ABSOLUTE WORST TOWING COMPANY. my car has been sitting fro 10 days and the man, looks like only one man there running that two yard is the rudest person I have ever met in my life, he would not allow us to take photos for our insurance claim and not allow access to our vehicle, NEVER i repeat NEVER do business with this company. I will save you the headache.

Car was impounded at this lot. Quick and fast service. No hassles. It was cash only but attendant told me that over the phone. So, I knew what to expect. Besides, I asked all the right questions before coming. Car would not start at lot. The attendant was nice enough to jump it for us. Overall, not a bad experience.

Items were stolen from my vehicle. Nothing of significant value (cds, change, MY HOOD ORNAMENT!) but stolen nonetheless. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff here were awesome. Unfortunately I was involved in a terrible accident where my car was taken to Ana. Once I got there the staff were pleasant and helpful with my whole experience. Happy holidays Ana staff!

The manager on duty cursed at both my son and I. They tried to prevent my son from retrieving his property from a wrecked/totaled vehicle unless he paid them $125. This apart from being inconsistent with the 1st phonecall is also illegal, as the vehicle wasnt impounded or seized pursuant to an arrest or citation. Totally dishonest and unethical, take your business and money elsewhere.

The whole staff was rude from the yuck mouth yard attendant, to the tow truck driver who almost hit us with his truck, to the supervisor who pulled up with the stutter! Absolutely not even a basic level of customer service. They refused to let me get inside my car then an employee who had absolutely no reason in this world to be inside my car, goes inside with a flashlight and starts rifling through my things, in plain sight of me. Do not use them, and tell a friend not to use them, just gross!

Roger, an employee of ANA, yelled at me to “go on and get my f***ing car” after I paid him $205 in cash. (They only accept cash and Roger made it very clear they don’t keep change). I then asked why he had to speak to me in such a manner, and he proceeded to tell me he doesn’t “like white people” and that I should “get the f*** out of [his] face”. (I was standing about 6 feet away). He then threatened to kill my [black] husband as they exchanged words.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star!! These people are rude and big time theives! I got charged $45 dollars extra because he claim it’s for “storage fee”. Literally as soon as my car got towed by the police i was there the same hour the truck arrived with my car on it and he still insisted that its$45 for storage! WORST TOWING COMPANY IM WARNING YOU DO NOT GO!

Very unprofessional, rude, greedy and vulgar man who runs the place. Avoid at all costs, will attempt to nickle and dime as well as scam you for every penny he can out of you.

Avoid placing your car here this old man is a straight scammer for cash only and wont let inspections happen here u have to pay to get your car off the lot to get it inspected he will not work with u at all he is very rude to he doesnt need to work there at all
