I wish I could leave ZERO stars. The roadside assistance never came! This is by far the most terrible company out there. My mother locked herself out of her car in the evening and called her roadside assistance with allstate around 11pm. She waited and waited and only received the message that they are still looking to send someone out to assist. By 4am, NOTHING. Thank God she was in a safe area and had access to her jobs building where she could wait. Thank you to the construction workers who arrived for work that morning and had the tools to get the window down and unlock the door otherwise she would still be there. Allstate then calls her around 8am the following morning asking if she still needs assistance. Absolutely horrific!! I will never use allstate and my mother is getting new insurance provider. Youre in good hands.....BIG LIE!!!!

I cant believe this! I am actually calling the towing customer service number because my car wont start I get Not in Service. You mean to tell me that this is acceptable. I do not use my Roadside Assistance often thank God. The one time I need them on a Sunday morning nothing!!!Who is responsible for this? I will take my business elswhere.

Poor.. My monthly payment full cover AARP did not supoort me when i needed my car jumped.. I was told i must pay the tow truck driver 98 dollars dollar a battery to be charges.. Really so I decided to not have business with a billion dollar business and i never used my benefit as they say you have road side assistant services .. AARP will treat a dog better that dont pay a monthly bill better then the customer

Horrible. I was stranded on the side of the road for 2 hrs. and AARP roadside let me know that it would be an additional fee for milage but neglected to tell me that some of the two truck providers are not obligated to take passengers. Eventhough AARP roadside tells you, youre not allowed to leave your car that is disabled failed to say you must find a ride.

These guys give amazing service! Special shout out to Sergio who installed a new battery for me in pouring rain and darkness and was cheerful while doing that!

Used it only 3 times but when I did it was very good

Left on road for 3hrs. No one would pick up phone then transfer to another number no answer. Canceled membership after 7yrs. Never again!!

It was a horrible experience and we have texts from the actual vendor to prove it. Dont call if your stuck in the middle of the night. So unsafe and unprofessional. Save yourself like we did.........
