Mark was very personable friendly and helped calm us down after a pretty stressful event. He was patient and professional, as was the front desk and phone service
Even though they didnt accept my roadside assistance through my insurance the woman I talked to was very nice, professional and informative in my phone call with her
On a snowy Saturday morning in need of a tow,Pancake Towing showed up in a very timely manner. The person on the phone said 20 minutes and they were there in 20 min. And the price was VERY REASONABLE. They could have price gouged but they did not. They have any future towing I may need.
Nice peaple.highly recomend
They scam you good, yall just dont know it lmao
I used pancake towing I sure will use them again
350 dollars for a 6 mile tow
I broke down twice in Washington, PA while on two different road trips. Both on Sundays and they were the only tow company my insurance could reach. They were great and took excellent care of me even though I was hysterical!
Best towing around Washington, PA. I use only them. Courteous, professional, quick response and usually minimal wait time depending on the weather.
Great service. Broke down on route 18 and 221. Took really good care of my truck, knows what hes doing. Did not over charge like Ive been in the past. Chris big shout out to buddy!!! Thanks again for your service. Everything went smooth and safe. Wish there was a lot more ppl like u out there!
Bait & Switch Practices! Never again will I use Pancake Towing Services. I needed a tow for my 1981 Corvette, called Pancake, which I used in the past with no issues, was very explicit that I needed a flatbed because of the Corvette body style, was quoted $85.00 for the hook up, $4.00 a mile and a fee of $7.00 for using my credit card, which was also a gross over charge, but that is not the issue. When I went back over the quote with whom I came to find out is the mother, was requoted the same prices. When the car was dropped off at the garage, the new price was $100.00 for the hook up. When the driver, who by the way did a great job, called in for the total, the price was jacked up $15.00. When I got on the phone with her, which got confrontational, she was very confident that she told me that Since the car is a 1981 Corvette, the cost is $15.00 more for hook up. This was never discussed and took me by great surprise. Little does she know that I recorded the phone call from my cell and have played it back 3 times, never a mention of an additional $15.00 because the car is a Corvette, how does that change the price any how? Not sure how I am pursuing but figured this was a good place to start.
Broke down on side of interstate 79 near Washington PA @ 9pm at night. Called for a tow, lady on the phone was helpful and sent us a truck quickly. The tow truck driver was evem more helpful, going over all the choices we had for did we could tow it to. Charged us $75 for the hookup and $4 a mile to the shop which was about 20miles away. Total price was $155. Not a bad deal considering we were in a dodge ram 3500 diesel welding truck! Defiantly recommend these guys
I called for a tow. They quoted a price. When the came they increased the price by 225 dollars just because the car went off the side of the road therefore it was an accident. They did nothing different. Complete rip off!!!
Made me wait an hour over scheduled tow time. Also, he charged extra miles until we said something then called us a religious slur because we requested money taken off the price. Will never use again.
