I had Jurielis, and she was absolutely amazing! She gave so much attention to detail, it was clear that she knew what she was doing, and it turned out exactly how I wanted! One thing to be a bit wary of is the price, I thought my acrylics were going to be $35 and they ended up being $55+ tip, but otherwise it was an amazing experience and I’ll definitely be back for more!

Within a week Ive had five nails chip off, it looks like my gel nails are two/three weeks old when they are only a week. Poor quality in nail polish /technique to have them chip so easily.

Quite clean and my shellac lasted two weeks very well. No complaints.

If youre looking for a basic manicure/pedicure, Solar is a solid choice. Recommend going on Tuesday or Wednesday if you do gel, as they have specials on those days!

I LOVE this nail salon! I have been going for 10 years and Lee and the rest of the staff are so professional. Best manicures and pedicures in DC for the price. Also, Tuesday and Wednesday you get manicure and pedicure for $32!

Tracy is the best! I have been going to her for two years now. She does a great job and is always accommodating. The salon has a great selection of colors (the best Ive seen in the DC area) and their services are reasonably priced. Their Tuesday deal is great!

Ive been going here regularly for four months. The ladies are friendly and do a good job. For the price this is the best salon in the area. If you want a $60 manicure, go up the street to a spa, but these ladies are efficient and my mani/pedis always last as long as I need them to. They also offer a shoulder massage while your nails dry for $10 for 10 minutes!

I took my 5 year old daughter to have her nails painted. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. After 10 minutes a customer came in and was seated to have her nails done. I asked again how long the wait was going to be. She then told me it would be an additional 20 min. Kind of ridiculous. Needless to say we went somewhere else.

They double booked me! The person who took my appointment down was not there. I was treated like a walk-in customer. They kept pushing customers away. Walk-ins are not welcome here. As for my nails, they look good.

Were willing to take my friends and I last minute but then gave us the feeling that they wanted to go home, and didnt do a wonderful job. There were a couple guys that did do a good job

Came here for work from NYC. I had a great, efficient pedi. Technician took her time, used cleaned tools, and checked in on me often as my toes dried. Your basic, but nice nail salon!
