Worst service ever. This place is nasty and unprofessional, they are not careful with our hands. They cut me 3 times and they left my hands looking dirty.

Emily is a good customer host. While other workers were busy attending to their clients, Emily made sure she greeted every incoming customer even though she was busy with her own client from the very far end of the store. Shes a keeper. 👍

This nail place is the worse! Paid $65 for the worse worse!!! The shape of my nails was way off than what I asked for. They don’t look smooth at all.

Love this place! Rose always provides the best pedicure experience that keeps me loyal and coming back. The service is non-rushed which leaves your feet looking excellent. The prices and rates are quite equitable in comparison to other places. Other places with posh exteriors and interiors can often rush service and not do a great job because time is money and they have to pay those expensive leases = rush and churn out as many customers as possible. So DC Nails gives you the best bang for your Dollar with great prices and amazing service.

I wish they were more cleaner and need a renovation. Their tools are just washed, not properly disinfect. Prices are so so. Annie 2 is the best.

This nail shop is pretty decent. Rose is the BEST Nail Tech here. She’s thorough, precise and takes her time when doing your nails or toes!! She’s always very polite too. Can’t say the same for the others. The only take back here is that they don’t sterilize they’re tools properly if at all which is probably why I had a fungus on my big toe twice now!! Otherwise, they’re cheap, convenient and fast..never a long wait as they have 8 nail techs ready to get you in and out!! P.S. Parking is here is horrible so be patient!

Buyer beware ... Their customer service sucks! Some of the nail technicians need more training. Especially Kim and the one young lady who only does pedicures. Be prepared to wait. The woman I believe is the owner who sits to the right as you walk in is very rough when she does nails and does a rush job on pedicures. I dont know who she is racing with, but the end results are purely meh. Anne 2 does great nails, but acts like she doesnt want to do your nails if you dont have an appointment with her. Im very concerned about the cleanliness of their tools. I saw the same tools that was used on this lady who clearly had fungus infection on all her toes used on another client feet during a pedicure. Absolutely no sanitation was done in between clients!!! My last visit will be my last. I need a more upscale place that does A+ work and care about their clients health and comfort.

They did a wonderful job with my pedicure, so I will be returning.

Didnt care for the attitudes of the technicians. Only 2 appear to be able to really do acrylic. Annie 2 and cant remember the other persons name are good.

Excellent service, but the wait time is awful. Even after calling to make an appointment, be prepared to wait at least a 1/2 hour more when you arrive.

Kim is long gone now and we hope you will love to come back they are nice if you get to know them

The employees are rude and always say they dont have the color you want. I dont come here to get my nails and feet done but my daughter do and she will not be coming back. I dont recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I love this place they are nice and really do a good job Sophie like that on eyebrows and feet...Ms Kim omg she like that but only thing they stay busy so you have to get in where you fit in I didnt care about the wait it was worth it to me my designs on feet and nails cranking new customer going back again

They do good nails, but parking is hard to find.

The employees are friendly and provide good service. Only downfall are the colors. They need updated colors to choose from. The prices are okay.

The lady took an entire hour to do my feet and didnt do a good job. The others didnt even help and they rushed my nails. I will NEVER GO BACK!!!

I thought the service was ok, when I asked the lady to remove my acrylic nails she drilled so much into my nails that my pinky started to bleed. The place was also not as clean as I would have hoped.

The first table on the left hand side is KIM. Very disrespectful and rude, she couldnt do my nails exactly the way I want it. She keep arguing back and forth when I tried to tell her how I wanted it to be. My nails wasnt properly filled in and she charged me 30 dollars, though gel fill in and cut down is 28 dollars. In the process one of her customers came in, she told the first table on the right hand side to put on the nail polish on my nails and walked away without saying anything to me. Very very unprofessional, All the nail technicians at this DC nails make so much noise, speaking there language so loud, I as a customer cant even answer my phone while I was there because of the noise everywhere.

Love this place, they are very inexpensive and they do Great Nails great customer service as well

Horrible I got a French manicure on Friday and it was all chipped off by Sunday afternoon. I also had a pedicure. Ive had much better. I wont be going back again.

Hanna did a wonderful job on my nails. I got a pedicure and a fillin. She was very attentive from the moment I walked in the door. She asked me plenty of times if I was ok, and if I liked the shape. I was also seeing if other artist were doing the same but they werent. Hanna even offered me a bottle of water. She has my service for life. Will be returning to her only from now on.
