MY PEDICURE WAS THE BEST AND THE LADY WAS SO FRIENDLY, LONG THE NAIL TECH WAS SUPERB, HIS WIFE LINDA STILL GOOD WITH EYEBROW

They let somebody else go first when I was there first. So sad it was my first time there but they clearly have preferences. The lady who got my feet done was very good 😌 happy I wait for her.

Quality nails at a low price.

I’ve been going here since elementary school and I’m currently 27 years old. Long, Lynn, and Helen are thee best!!! I even took my nieces and they loved it! I ALWAYS have Long, (the male) do my nails

For one, I teach and live in this area. I used to go to another place close by however they closed. If you can, spare yourself the trouble. There are only three people who work in this shop and only the two women do nails. The two women who work there are extremely lazy. Today I walked in to get my nails done and first I was told the wait would be two hours. After I said that’s fine I can wait, the man then told me “they don’t want to do your nails.” I was confused and inquired why and was told, “you are too picky.” Well yes, if I am paying for a service I should be picky. I am assuming he was referring to the previous time that I came where the woman tried to file the acrylic off my nails instead of allowing them to soak. I am picky because I don’t want someone to damage my nails in order to rush their service. I do my best to shop and service things in order to give back to the community in which I reach and live. This experience was a true turn off. I will never be back.

This cozy neighborhood spot has very reasonable prices and good service. However, wait times can get crazy during peak periods due to the fact that there are only 3-4 employees. They could also benefit from an updated HVAC system. Most standard nail services are available including manicure, pedicure, and waxing.

I have been going to this nail salon for over eight months. The past couple of times I have gone there, the owner (Asian man) has been pretty disrespectful and sarcastic. My past couple of experiences were 3+ hours long which is unusual for a nail salon. As a customer, a business owner, professional, and a graduate degree holder, I am offended when someone questions my intelligence or talks down to me as if I am their best friend or a fool. The final straw was when I walked to the nail salon after work an hour before closing and the owner yelled for me asking if I could get a refill and pedicure. I have been fortunate to find a new nail salon in DC that delivers quality nails and better customer service.

I’ve been going to love for 10years now there price are reasonable an they are very kind people will never replace them..

They treat you like poop and do what they want. They never scrub accordingly. When they do my feet it always need to be redone 3 days later. They been charging me for a callous remover b/c they claim I need it. Everywhere else I go they stated thats a lie. They never know how to do designs other than stupid lines and flowers, bit tell u they can do the design; grrr upset when you are not satisfied with the outcome. I think there needs to be more black owned nail shops so they learn to appreciate customers.Im over coming to this place.

Ive been coming here for years .every technician in the nail salon is awesome. The customer service is great and I try often not to get my nails done anywhere else but here.

The person who did my nails was excellent. A slightly unpleasant odor, but my nails look very professional.

This place is TRASH. they’re all rude as hell. and their nails don’t even look that good. not worth it. don’t ever go to this nail salon. -1 star if possible.

Upon arrival, the shop was full because it was the day before Easter (I assume). I deeply regret my decision to wait. After my nails were finished and paid for, I was waiting inside for an Uber and had a chance to examine my nails closely (they were working on my eyebrows while polishing my nails). I noticed the nails were warped, the gel polish was “see through”, there was polish on my cuticles and some areas (sides) weren’t even polished. After politely asking the manicurist to change the polish because it was too thin, the manager, LONG BAO, advised me I would have to pay for a polish change. When I pointed out that there must be something wrong with the polish, I was told to take that up with the polish company. A few more words were passed and LONG BAO stated “I wouldn’t behave like this at Popeye’s!” Long story short, I received very poor service, the shop uses cheap products, and the manager is racist. Male nail tech was very rude and lazy. Wouldnt soak off my nails because he didnt feel like waiting. I walked out because I refused for them to tell me the only way to get the acrylic off my natural nail was to rip it off. 👿👿

Horrible service, never enough nail techs working. I was told I would have to wait 2 hours for service!! I waited a little while then walked out.

Once you go a few times everyone remembers you. Friendly folks.

If I could give this so called company a negative star it would be negative 10. Lynn is the worst, unprofessional, supposed to be business woman I have ever dealt with. The shop is not clean. It is filthy. Hope someone from DC Government sees this review and visit the nasty shop and her funky attitude. PLEASE DO NOT LET NAIL ART ON GEORGIIA AVE. NW PROVIDE ANY SERVICE TO YOU!!!
