Absolutely terrible from the beginning of my service. I went in on 9/27 for a gel mani and pedi. The lady who started my pedi was rushing from the beginning. And then cut my toe with the cuticle nippers that she was trying to cut my nail with. after I told Her not to cut my nails in the first place. And all she would do after cutting me was to say “ okay okay it’s okay”. Clearly if my toe is bleeding it’s not okay!The quality of service has gone down hill tremendously, and I’ve been coming here since I was A kid. I love Tina but it’s time for her to get new staff or risk loosing business

Was in a rush to do nothing. Didn’t have the color I wanted... rushed me to find a color... employees say different prices. My nails were crooked and she couldn’t see that it was very much crooked. Asked her to fix it.. she didn’t. Rushed me out and got my money. Stop rushing is all that I asked but other than that they were very nice about it 👍🏽

The first time I went to this place I found it good for their prices, paying $ 14 dollars for a full set. I found a good price. But now it has an absurd way of charging you, because if you ask for a little longer they cost you more, but if you ask small it costs the same. Since they charge more to make them bigger then it should be cheaper when they are smaller.Well thats my point of view. Thats why I do not visit that place anymore.

I was going there for 22yrs and theyve been fired. I did this because the owner that Ive known for years is cool but the nail designs are too plain now and I got tired of leaving there looking the same. I felt like they made it about money. I never cared how much my nails cost, but when I specifically ask for something and you say its expensive, I didnt ask you that, I asked for it and thats what I want. Or certain designs theyre not really privy to. So I exited stage left✌

I have been going there for the last 15 years. I was very nervous with a new change in management, must say I was thoroughly pleased. The service was great, the new shop renovations look beautiful !

I have been going to this shop since I was a teenager and they never messed up my nails .... and they make sure every customer who come in there get in and out in an matter of time. the only bad thing I can say about them is that they just need more colors of polish but other than that Super Elegance Nails is one of the best shops on Georgia ave

They scrapped the barnecles off my feet I am now officially a shoe size smaller.

SUPPER RUDE HAGS IN THERE, nails look a week old when they finish. I think its to get you to go back sooner for fill in, its no wonder they are cheap.If you want cheap stubby looking nails and these hags to talk to you like you are a child then this is the place for you but honestly save a trip and go somewhere else. A cleaner place at that.
