It was sloppy from the start. there is nail polish on my skin, my hand are bone dry from the acetone. my five year old niece could’ve done a better job. i went to my car and started crying

I had a gel manicure with Jamie, she is awesome. She helped me at the last minute, was kind and very accomodating. All the ladies there are lovely. I would definitely recommend Palisades nails and Jamie 💜

I love it here lol. I love my nail tech Kim, shes awesome. Not only does she do a great job on my nails, but she always makes sure Im taken care of as well. Its so worth the drive here. I travel almost an hour to get here without traffic. That means a lot to me.

Felt like VIP being in there. They are new and just opened up before covid, and they were top notch on service and expertise. Can’t wait to return.

Good to go to a place where they actually know how to do a good pedicure as they deal with dry skin on the side of the of the big toe. It can be very painful, but it is fine very professionally. Excellent gel manicure.

Kim was the most rude nail technician I have ever encountered. I took my teen grand daughter and her BFF to get tips. Kim messed up ome tip. So crooked and she wouldnt own her mistake. Further she insulted my daughter, mother of my grand daughter.

I came here to get my legs waxed, the Friday before a holiday weekend. Electricity had gone out in the whole neighborhood; and at first they said they couldnt wax my legs. But then they asked if Id mind sitting in the front room; and 2 ladies worked as fast as they could and waxed my legs right there.Very service oriented - and they do a good job.

Hands down worst gel manicure I have ever had. Both times I went, 2 different techs, each painted my nails to my finger tips, but left like 20% as an unpainted ring around the base. I looked like I had nubs for finger nails. I tried explaining this had to ask multiple times for the same amount more as if we werent seeing the exact same thing and still didnt get it. AND she acted all annoyed that I was actually wanting ALL of my nails painted and ended up cutting the manicure short after the polish was done.The only explanation I have that both of their techs did the exact same thing is that they want to force you to come back sooner. Indeed after the first time (which my fault was a rushed session which is what I attributed this too) after only like 5 days (of what should last 2 weeks) the edge of the unpainted bases started catching in my hair any time I ran my fingers through it and I had to remove it.The deluxe pedicure was really nice, except for the part where she rubbed the scrub in the same pattern on the same area of one calf for so long I felt like all of my skin had been abraded off.I did appreciate they mixed the gel colors together to try to match my toe nail polish and the cleanliness and comfort of the salon which is the reason for the second star.

Ive never had a pedicure done in 15 minutes. Worst ever! Filing, shaping, and polish awful. Stopped here while in between errands ... so irritated with this experience!
