My experience was great only two people working at the time but they did amazing. The gentleman started my pedicure and I have to say I was in heaven. He gently cared for my feet then finishing with massage and hot wax A++ service. The lady actually completed the polish and art on my toes as she managed other incoming patrons. Even if you dont get your toes done the pedicure service is worth it and will keep you coming back.

Annie always gives me top notch service and makes me feel like a queen!! She got me on a good spa services schedule (she recommends every two weeks for my services). It feels like every time I leave Kings Spa, I feel more beautiful than the last. Annies attention to detail and positive personalty make the experience the best Ive had. This was my first time back since they closed a while ago and I was very happy with my dip manicure. Everyone was very pleasant and nice to me and my mom. I plan on coming back to try out some more designs. 😉

I would not recommend this place their work is not worth the money you pay, the lady left product on all my fingers and didn’t clean it, and they never do what you ask for really bad service.

My experience has been really great here. Quality gel manicures that last me 3 weeks when I usually can only get away with two. Great attention to my cuticles. Small staff so you just need to be prepared to wait or come back when they’re less busy.

I really like this place it’s my second visit and Annie did a great job with my full set. I tried dip power today and It’s worth it for a natural look. My nails look very nice as I expected!!! Staff are very kindly and polite!

Annie did a great job! She did a dip powder French manicure and took care to remove all the red from my cuticles from my last mani. And was very gentle with the drill.

I dont even know where to begin with this terrible experience. It was so unbelievably bad that it was comical. All of that for a gel manicure that began pulling off 30 minutes after leaving the place. Try any other place in the area and youre guaranteed a better experience and results.

Ive been going here for 6 years since they are convenient. They are under new management. I let the new guy do my eyebrows. I asked him to clean up what I have. 5 mins later, my eyebrows are half the width and look more like rainbows than eyebrows. Never again.

I keep trying this place because it is convenient to my house, and I am an optimist. I am done. I got two horrible manicures there. Another time the woman filed my skin over and over and made a vertical slit in my nail, that she kept making bigger and bigger before I realized what she was doing. I walked out. The last time I went I just wanted to have a gel manicure (from a different place) removed. The woman filed the surface of my nail so much that I was left with extremely thin and flimsy nails. Each time I have gone I have had different people, so it isnt just one incompetent person there.

The first time I went to King I needed a pedicure and was very pleased. The next time I went I planned to get eye brows, and a manicure, pedicure. I actually had to break it up because they were so slow. The nail polish was so thin it caused streaks, the next time I went back I told them and they charged me for a polish change. I explained what happened and they didnt care they wanted their money. I paid but decided I will not return. The pin is mightier than the sword. Dont waste your time going to this place.

The only reason I came here was because I promised my 10 year old niece she could get her nails & feet painted & my regular place was closed. After an hour wait she is finally getting her nails painted. There are only 2 ladies in the shop & they are both moving slow as hell. I will never come back again.

Didn’t expect a spa experience, but I also didn’t expect kids running around, rough housing the entire time. A very unpleasant experience.

This nail salon sucks I showed her a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows done she totally ignored all of my wishes, she not not arch them thick as I requested her to do, she waxed my eyebrows too She plucked In The wrong areas and cut my eyebrows unevenly, If youre looking for good work and services skip this place ! They do not take their customers needs seriously.

Did a gel manicure on Saturday and it’s been 3 days and it’s already chipping and looks terrible. Don’t waste your money going to this place.

Terrible experience only 1 person speaks English & does all services. Every one else does one thing. Speed of service is very slow. & during my service the one lady who speaks English & does all services had to keep stopping to do eyebrows for other upset customers who came in & waited very long just for one service.My nail broke & came back the next day. I had to leave and come back because the lady who did all services wasnt in yet. When I came back I waited two hours just to get a fix then tried to demand me to give her a tip.I will never go back there...
