Need to listen to customer requests and do exactly what that is. When you charge extra for callous remover there should be no callous when the pedicure is complete. Eye lash service should be done without getting glue into the customer eyes. Lashes had glue all over them making it unable to brush and clean the lashes properly during face washing routine. The lashes were stiff from the glue. Overall spent money on services that I was not completely satisfied with.

Relaxing spa like salon with a peaceful waterfall and great selection of pedi options. The wonderful atmosphere and my world famous hair person in the back makes it one of my favorite places in DC!!

They did a fantastic job on my mani/pedi. Celine was great. As someone who had never had either done before, she made my first experience so pleasant that it wont be my last.

Let me start off by saying I get my nails done almost religiously every two to three weeks. I know a good job when I see one. This place is rated an overall 4.5 stars and I don’t believe it deserves that high of a rating. I went in with a picture of what I was wanting and everything and nobody who helped me was able to give me what I wanted. Fair enough everyone was very polite, but being nice and friendly doesn’t equal a good job. I don’t think the nail techs are used to people being as watchful and maybe that’s why the stars are so high, but if you want really good quality nails done I’m sorry to say this is not the place for you and I just don’t recommend it.

The person who was giving me the pedicure made me bleed on two of my toes. One toe was bleeding a good amount and the other toe got infected. The establishment itself was clean and everyone was friendly, however, I would not recommend the person who did my nails.

I popped in here this afternoon after flying to DC and having broken nails from luggage. I have to teach tomorrow and presentation is a big deal, right?They could not have been kinder. Sam did an excellent job with my Dipt nails and they had the best selection of Dipt colors I’ve ever seen!A customer began having a meltdown and making a scene over a misunderstanding and the owner handled it with kindness and professionalism. I was horrified for her and happy when they managed to get her out of there.I could t be happier!

I had a fabulous experience with the nail technicians at Eastern Market Nails. The location is a little difficult to find (up the stairs!) but is in a quaint little space that is very clean. I had the best pedicure Ive gotten in a while, and it lasted for over three weeks in summer. I suggest calling ahead to make an appointment, especially for a pedicure, as space is tight.

I found my go-to nail place! I made a last-minute appointment (which Id recommend, these ladies are BUSY) and then requested a few additional services while there...all with a pretty quick turnaround as I had to go pick up my kids from school. They hustled and hooked me up while also juggling other clients. Everyone who came in knew everyones name. That tells you something. Look forward to going back!

The best pedicure in the city! I love going here. The staff is very friendly and detail-oriented, and the polish looks impeccable weeks later. They are usually booked full on weekends, so make an appointment in advance.

Wow! How trash can you be to say 15 mins and have people wait over an hour and a half. They did 7 people before I got saw. Came in at 6:40, didnt get in a chair until after 8? Is that how you treat customers? If I didnt need my nails done for an event I would have left. Really upset about this because I have been here several times before. Poor service and Ill never be back.

I really wish I had the pleasant experience as previous reviewers. I was just here yesterday and from my experience, they get a two for the low prices and location. I was only here as a convenient backup after missing an appt elsewhere. This place was picked based on reviews here. I got in, and for some reason the lady with short hair couldnt seem to believe I had an appt. Once that was cleared, I was consulting her about paint colors, to which she received my ques and completely ignored me. Finally, a few ladies came over to help, but it seemed like it was such a big ordeal to seek assistance with something so befitting to why I was there to begin with. The pedicure was quick for 30 bucks, Ive done a better job myself. My toes were not fully painted, I got the same service as folks around me, my tech was clearly trying to get me in and out. I came in there after coming from a very active trip in Europe, I walked out with my feet feeling just as rough and the shapes all rigid (that I had to correct). I was supposed to get my mani there too, but after looking at my pedi, didnt want to stay and pay for another disappointment. Overall, I did not like the attitudes I encountered or the services rendered, Ill never look this way again and will advise my friends not to as well. BIG MISTAKE
