My specific, reasonable ask, during service was completely ignored and it ended badly.I visited this location to have my eyebrows threaded. My eyebrows are very thick, but one has a thin spot. Prior to getting started, I explained to the threader that other threaders ALWAYS start with the one that has a thin spot so it can be shaped as best it can and then they match the fuller eyebrow to that one. She rolls her eyes, says “okay,” and proceeds to do the thicker one first despite what I said! After she finished, my eyebrows were, of course, crooked because there is no way to add hair to course correct to match the shape of the thicker one that has hair in places the thinner one doesn’t!Of course, the substance of the issue is debatable re: the quality of my eyebrows, but blatantly ignoring a customer’s simple reasonable request is not okay, even if you didn’t feel it would ultimately make a difference. I’ll be filling my eyebrows for the next 3 weeks after spending my money. I’ll never go back.

Their FACIAL is Amazing! I have not had a better facial since I lived in NYC. Their facialist Shobha is a gem of an expert. She understands skin, and lymphatic drainage. After the best spent hour my skin was even in contour and glowing. Beautiful U (at Union Station) is the best kept secret! You cant beat this self-care experience for the price. Unbelievable!

Avoid this place! The tall threader (looks like she maybe Middle Eastern) attitude is foul. If you do not want customers, then shut-down and go back home. I get my eyebrows threaded often and afterwards you should not feel pain. My eyebrows were burning afterwards, I had to put ointment on my eyebrows, hoping they are not infected. Too much going on in the world, coronoravirus, etc. no time for nasty acting workers whom purposely seem to try to break your skin when threading just to potentially subject you to infections. It is sad. You are being paid for a service, learn to be professional. Will not patronize this place again until they get rid of the tall threader. She always has a nasty attitude like she does not want to be at work. The only person I saw give this place a good review was a man for the threading, go figure, probably the owner. Most of your clientele are women, learn how to treat the women also. Avoid for both beauty and health concerns.

I get my eyebrows threaded here about every month and a half. I pay $12 + tip. Theyre usually pretty quick. No complaints at all. Im a guy if that matters to anyone reading.

This use to be my favorite place to get my eyebrows done! After coming to them for 3-4 years I started to see a quality change in their service and I’m sure it’s because they hired so many new people! I want the old crew back! My eyebrows are always uneven and not properly threaded! I try to keep giving them chances because I hate change but now I have to find somewhere else to go. It’s very heartbreaking because they were so convenient.

Very bad experience. I hadnt been to an eyebrow threading place for 2 months (so imagine how crazy my eyebroes were) so I decided to go there, she was done after 2 minutes. Uneven Eyebrows!!!! Now i have to go somewhere else to have them fixed...

Nice service but everytime I leave my eyebrows are uneven.
