They are hit or miss. They started doing gel only because of Covid and have seem to keep it that way forcing you to spend more money.

So disappointed. Sent my daughter to get her nails done. Zoom in and look at the yellow and red nails. This is how they tried to send her out. Polish everywhere and they look horrible. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was busy and kept referring me back to the guy who jacked her nails up. I asked the manager if she would send her customer out with her nails looking like that and again she referred me back to the guy who jacked her nails up. I was like... really?! Not saying everyone here is piss poor, but this guy did some piss poor service and because the manager was reluctant to fix the issue... WE WILL NEVER RETURN! Look at these nails... absolutely horrible.

I have been visiting this salon for a long time. They recently changed their services to only perform gel services since COVID. I visited the salon 11/18/20 and received a gel full set and gel pedicure. I had callus removal done by Elaina. She is older and of darker skin. She put a hole in the heel of my foot. Instead of being considerate and admitting she made a mistake she continued to tell me that there was not a hole. I realized it was a hole because she put alcohol on both feet and the one with the hole started to burn and I knew right away that something was wrong. Please do not patronize here or at least with her. Leelee is good!

So usually I go to this place to get eye lashes and the tech usually does ok but this time I said I want medium full individual lashes loud and clear and the lashes was small after she was done Instead of what I wanted people work hard for there money why not get the service they deserve thats very wrong so I wont be back again i wanted to go back but they have a certain eyelash policy once u leave I was in a rush so I didnt catch it at the time now I have to go somewhere else

My cousin referred me to them as I needed someone to do my lashes. She said Annie was the best. I arrived about 10:30am. It was a little busy but not too crazy. Long story short, I waited over two hours. Yep TWO HOURS and still wasnt seen. I asked if someone else could do my lashes as I had waited for so long. Then the lady took someone else who came after me. I left after that. They could of had a long term customer but I will never return. I will not spend my hard earned money at such an establishment. Do better!

Im sure their building is under some health code violation. I definitely saw a mouse. Although reasonable prices the ceiling and equipment are falling apart. The staff can be rude probably because theyre understaffed. The wait times are ridiculous and the whole area smells. The quality of work isnt bad but the sanitation is a huge issue.

I would not give a star but you have to give something to write a comment. Do not go here if you have any self respect. They are rude and lack in customer service. I assume because the area they are in and the people they serve dont know any better. Wake up ladies!!! You are paying them to service you and they should have clean supplies. I would not let my dog get his paws done there. Have you ladies heard of fungus. The facility is disgusting. The establishment does not have to look that way. I walked in and once there for 10 minutes I was shocked. I changed my mind and left . I know how nails shops suppose to look and its not like that.

Ive been going here for years. I only get my nails done by 1 person. I wont say any names because honestly they all do great nail. They could brush up on the atmosphere. Its kinda ghetto inside amd dirty. I just love the design and foundation she does for my nails.

Ask for Lee Lee for nail and Tony for feet. They have good prices, plenty of colors to choose from, good customer service, definitely keep you entertained. Been going for 3 or more years. Cleanliness and be aware of the long wait especially when you become a regular.

When I say there is a thin line between love and hate I mean it!!! This nail shop will make you want to slap the chink chong yung out of one of the nail techs but the work is exceptional.They get very busy and deal with all kinda people so I can see maybe y they view us as all the same. Yet do not carry the nasty attitude on to the next customer. I mean they argue with you, refuse,service and more. The weman are very rude and want to tell you what you want is ugly like they are paying for it. They tell you its ugly and the expesive stuff is pretty...If i could find another nail shop in the city that do the design i like wich is (MARBLE) not with water i would. Any suggestions ladies??I would not recommend this nail shop if you are conservative or classy if so ask for the guy thats there now name liam. I even sometimes cant handle the madness and just have to leave and come back another day.

I got a manicure, and the technician, punctured my cuticle with the instrument, then put my hand back in the contaminated water my hands were soaking in and three days later, punctured wound turned green, then in 3 more days my finger sweled up and was filled with puss! I went to the doctor they said I had an infection called cellulitis,from the puncture and dirty water
