Worst experience and Haircut. The mid aged guy who works there is very very rude. Never going there ever again.
Nice place for a cheat $25 haircut.
Rose is excellent! Extremely kind and gives a great, affordable haircut.
Rose is one of my favorite barbers in DC. I’ve been to a number of popular barber shops, all great but also all pricey and hard to schedule time. Rose is not only a great barber but also available, affordable, and a fun person to talk with. At my wedding I had a family barber give me a compliment on my hair, Roses doing. Highly recommended!
Good price but my neckline was choppy and the back of my head looked very patchy. Very uneven in the back which happened both times I went
Ive been a regular ever since I became a Georgetown student and have never been disappointed. Service is always excellent!
Great quick cut for a great price. Friendly staff.
Walked in while visiting DC for Georgetowns Senior Class Parents Weekend. Great haircut, friendly barber. Used a warm moist towel to get stray hairs out of my hair and off my neck after the haircut. First time I experienced that and it definitely worked. Very reasonable price anywhere but especially in DC/Georgetown.
Great small business with the most reasonable prices in the area. I asked for the top to be left as long as possible and they actually listened unlike many other places I’ve been to.
Came in for my first haircut with Rosa—very kind and she did a great job. I was thoroughly pleased with the haircut and service. Other customers came in while I was there and Rosa knew their names immediately. I will be coming back for all of my haircuts in the future!
Wisconsin Barber is the best haircut in Georgetown! Very competitive prices for a haircut that is much better than the places closer to GUs campus. Rose is my favorite of the barbers, but all of them are great. Very kind group of people who also finish off your haircut with a hot towel! 10/10 recommend to any guy looking for a haircut in the neighborhood.
This is the best barber in Georgetown - hands down. A men’s cut is under $25 and they know exactly what you want. The owner and family are extremely nice and friendly. Highly recommend for a men’s haircut!
Rose was nice and set me up quick
Lisa gave me one of the best haircuts of my life. She was very careful not to take off too much. Great prices, great barbers.
I’m a Junior at Georgetown and I’ve been coming here for 3 years. This is a great shop and Rose and Daniel are always so friendly and give great haircuts. It’s also reasonably priced. I’ve sent over a dozen friends here and they all loved it too
Went here for the first time today and was not disappointed. Incredibly friendly, great haircut, and an awesome price! I’ll be coming back.
This place is amazing. The new barbers are cool and they know what they doing. Rose cuts my hair all the time and she does very well. I highly recommend the place. What I used to get for $80 now I get it for $20.
Rose gave me a gr8 haircut. Highly recommend! Haircuts for men are $20 plus a tip!! God bless you rose. 🙌🏽
Rose and Daniel are the best barbers I’ve had. Beyond that, they are truly the nicest people and genuinely care about their customers. Go here for a haircut!
Excellent fade haircut for the price. Paid extra as my hair was long when I went in. I would go back and recommend the shop to anyone needing a no-nonsense haircut. Lynn was my barber. 4-stars only because if you are expecting this to be a swanky place, its not. Its basic, but thats what I was looking for.
My boyfriend gets his haircut here and every time it looks incredible. He loves Rose and Daniel so much they truly have the best service, I highly recommend this barbershop to anyone interested!!!
Basic haircut, no frills. Competent and pleasant bypassing the Georgetown chic.
If your priority is getting an affordable haircut and being in and out in less than 30 minutes, this is your place. Its no frills, but thats generally what Im going for.
Barber didn’t do anything that I asked him to and cut me multiple times
Not Bad for $20. Nothing great. Nothing Bad. If you need normal standard haircut in cheap price. This is the place for $20.
Great place. Family run, very friendly, great conversation and excellent cut.
Absolutely the best place in DC! $20 is an absolute steal considering other places around here charge you $50-80!!! If you are looking for a solid and affordable haircut or just a friendly conversation with a lovely Vietnamese guy, this is your place!!!
Cute spot, affordable, nice staff and fast! My brother needed his hair cut quick and Melina took great care of him.
If you go here (which I dont recommend in the first place) I would suggest to stay away from the owner and wait for Melinda. The owner did a half assed job with my haircut and left the line of my fade so uneven I honestly dont think he was even looking when buzzing. Melinda, however, is worlds above this guy - she gives time, effort and most importantly symmetry. For 20$ Melinda is worth it, the guy (owner) on the other hand is most certainly not. Also, the owner had quite the attitude throughout the appointment like a commenter below noted. It was almost like I was inconveniencing him for being there. Generally, a very poor experience and will not be returning and most certainly wouldnt recommend.
Hi,I come there quite often to cut my hair because the price for a haircut is reasonable $20I dont know whether its the owner or the owners father but there is an old man who also cuts cutomers hair. Firstly, he is too old to cut peoples hair. I told him to cut my side hair short and he shaved it. Secondly, he forgets what you told him so at the half of your haircut, he will start cutting it his way. Last, I always come there to cut my hair for $20 but this dude charged me $23. I know its just $3 but you cant rip off people because you think thy might be new to the area. I had such a bad experience so I paid only $23 and left. Usually I tip all my barbers an extra $5.Word of advice to all- Next time you go for a haircut there, personally ask the woman that you want your hair to be cut by her and not the old man. You can take the chance but believe me when I say he is pretty damn old for a barber.
Just moved here to go to school at Georgetown. I got my haircut with the same person back on the west coast for 5 years and was afraid to go somewhere new. I am also on a budget being back in school. First time I came here, I tried to specify too much what I wanted and it wasnt the best. I came back today and let him do his thing and it turned out great. $20 is a steal, especially based on the location. I think I found my new regular spot in Georgetown!
Love this place! Hardworking folks. Great haircut.
My son received a meavelous cut by Melina. This was his first time. Great customer service. We will be back!
I have been coming here for about a year now. I get a haircut and beard trim for $30. I have always been happy with the results.
Cheap haircut, but I ask for the same thing at every barbershop and this one came out different. My neckline was crooked and the barber nicked my ear during the cut. I won’t be going back.
Great hair cut for the cheapest price in this part of town.
Worst haircut Ive ever had and only time Ive ever refused to leave a tip. Check out Georgetown Hairstyling, Diegos, or Rosslyn Barber Shop. Close by, similar price, much better haircut.
Rose is the best! She is a true professional!
Best and cheapest haircut in Georgetown area.
Good haircut, nice people, decent price
Ask about Rose ! She gives great haircuts!
Walk-in, quick, good cut, cheap ($20). Will return.
Great staff,quick service.
Nice place and nice guys
This place is the worst ever barber experience Ive been through. Very bad!The only guy had his attitude.. and was very lazy to do his work
I had two go-to barbers but they left. The owner gave me a bad haircut.
Worth the visit
Fantastic.
I asked for a quarter inch off and he took off a full inch so now I look like a white supremacist.
Perfect!!
