Very fast a service which I like. But sometimes as an expense comes attention to detail. A suggest coming here for most haircuts 💇‍♂️ as well as if your looking for a quick cut that will not take several hours.

I needed a Sunday haircut and supercuts near tenlyton popped up in a Google search. Scheduling online made this too easy, with website links, directions, price ... just too easy. I arrived a bit early, extremely busy and Nayelli greeted me exactly on time. Within minutes she listened to my request, got the cut exact, engaged me in some spanish and sent me on my way. Thrilled!

I have been going here for the past three years, and have always had a great experience. The employees are nice, and do an excellent job. Plus, prices are low. I have never left unhappy after a haircut here.

I always get great haircuts from either of the two ladies. Dont forget to tip well cuz their prices have barely changed in ten yrs.

I have simple, jaw length hair that’s pretty fine. Since I had a hand operation and couldn’t get my hand wet, I decided to go to Supercuts to get a wash and blow dry, I told the stylist I normally scrunch my hair while drying it with a diffuser, then use a curling iron to give it messy, wavy body. She said they didn’t have a diffuser (????) and then proceeded to blow my hair mostly straight, reversing the curl away from my face. I tried to show her what I wanted, but she couldn’t even come close. $35 later, I have a 70’s style with no body (even with hairspray) that will undoubtedly go limp within a few hours. Don’t ever go there. They don’t know how to style hair, didn’t listen to this customer and don’t even have a basic hair-styling tool. I wonder what they do when a woman with naturally curly hair comes in??

Darrell Morrison is the WORST AVOID AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!!!! I came to this guy thinking I will have a hair cut and timed beard instead I got an uneven hair left here and there in my head and a peeled skin to the point that I feel that I lost some of my beard hair under my nick. I dont see well so I got out of there thinking that I got a quality hair cut I even tiped the guy 5$. People were looking at me like crazy when I went to the mirror at home I saw that big part of hair in my mustache is still there in some side I had to come back there and do it my self. and the worst thing is that my hair cut was grade 0 like zero 0 meaning I wanted no hair he could not handle the tools correctly. Please PLEASE PLEASE be cheerful coming to here he is bad for health and waste of your money it was non when I went so no excuse can be given to him.

Very nice place, the ladies taking very good care and very meticulous I thought...taking their time to make sure that you get a good cut. The lady that cut my hair was Delmy and she was sooo sweet.

Walked in 30 minutes prior to closing and was told that unless I had checked in online I would not be served. With this poor service combined with the just ok hair cuts with poor attention to detail I would recommend going somewhere else.

Haircut was fine no complaints. Price was more than the local business barber shop by 711 a block away... Just go there instead

I have brought my son here a total of 4 times. The first time, the lady listened pretty well to what the hair cut should look like, not the best work but it worked. The second time she cut it way too short and did not listen at all. The 3rd and 4th time I requested different stylists and neither of them listened to the hair cut style request either. I will not ever plan on going back.

I wish I could give this place a zero. I have never had such a bad haircut. Parts are long, parts are short. I look homeless. I will be filing a dispite with my credit card. Please people, only go here if you want to look insane for 4 weeks.

I have never, in my life, gotten such an awful haircut. Not only was it terrible and made me look like Butters from South Park, it wasnt cheap either. If Im going to pay $21 for a haircut, I expect above average quality. It was so bad, that I ended up just giving myself a buzzcut at home. If you, in any way, value your appearance and your money please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

I only called in to check on the price of a trim. There was no proper greeting and the woman on the line was very rude. The trim price isnt that bad (the only reason Im giving it 2 stars). But, if that is what I got over the phone I will not be going to experience this stores poor service in person.

You have to come here!!! I was looking for a peak a boo style and didnt know where to go. I live in laurel md. So the trip is far but I was reccomended to go. When I explain how I wanted my hair Mrs. Rosy explain how it will come out since my hair is dark brown. With her help we came to agreement on how it will come out best. I love Rosy my hair was amazing and my co workers loved it and asked who did my hair. Also she was very friendly and knew much about coloring hair and the results. The blow dry I got was amazing and my hair felt silky soft. I recommend this place 5 stars!!! Rosy your the best!!!

I have visited SuperCuts at 4, or 5 times, this year and ALWAYS have had a wonderful experience. Rosey normally does my hair, she’s fantastic! She’s very courteous, patient, and pays special attention to my style requests . I’ve come in a couple of times without making an appointment in advance and Rosey will take me if she has availability, but if there’s going to be a wait, she’ll advise me immediately. Everyday I’ve met, that works at this salon, have been pleasant and professional. I will be moving from the area in a couple of months and will sincerely miss coming to this salon. Wow does this place not care about your business. Be prepared to wait... And wait... And wait.... I made a reservation and waited thirty minutes. I asked when they would be ready and the lady just chuckled.Also not a great value. 20$ with no shampoo is pretty bad.

Bad attitude, very bad hair cut at the newly opened location in Falls Church City. Maybe I got the wrong hair stylist. I had to go to my regular hair stylist the same day to fix the mess the Falls Church location left.
