The best haircut salon in the area! Serge and his staff are very Friendly and welcoming, they know what you need and they make it happen. Definitely coming back to get a haircut.

This was before COVID happened and it still bothers me that I never wrote a review about this haircut I received. People should be warned about this place. When I arrived home and looked in the mirror, I immediately realized I had cuts all around my hairline. Very unsafe and unprofessional.

I know the haircuts are $30 and when I asked the barber how much he said $30. But then I took out my nice wallet and he said “actually sorry its $45”. And I already got the haircut so can’t refuse to pay him. Very unprofessional and rude.

Would not recommend unless in dire need of a haircut. Tried 3 of their barbers and was not pleased. My last haircut took 50 minutes.

Biggest mistake was going to this place. So many other places to try around there (that must be better). Also very pricey for the kind of service they provide.

Good location for dry cleaners, coffee, nails, CVS and whole foods. Metered parking. Old store with collection of old memorabilia. Usually two or more Barbas, men and boys at a reasonable cost with little waiting

Ive been going to Carls for months and havent had any issues. The wait - if there is one - is super fast and the men do a great job cutting my hair. I would always suggest this place to people.

This is one of the least expensive barber shops in the area. The wait time if you walk in without an appointment was reasonable. But I think you could improve your waiting area. Make it a little bigger and a little more comfortable.

Went with a friend to get his hair cut and the ambience is great. Guys there will give you some good laughs and do a great job. Clean cuts definitely

This place is the best! It may not look good but these guys have talent. Only had one bad experience in the many years of coming here and that guy is long gone.

I dont know about this place. Im reading a lot of solid reviews, but my experience was below average. Unfortunately I failed to get the babers name. 5 minutes in to the cut he asked if I wanted my front lined up. That was an immediate red flag. Any recommendations for solid Barber in the city?

This was by far the worst haircut I have ever gotten. Barber couldnt follow directions, I walked out looking like I had a helmet of hair on my head. He even gave me a whole new bald spot and said its because he didnt realize I had baby hairs? Regardless I walked out almost in tears so dont go here(especially if youre a woman).

Can go to almost any barber and get a nice shape up.

Old fashion neighborhood place...Never know who you might see there!

1. Barber did not listen to request at all! 2. Literally cut exactly what I asked him not to. 3. Equipment he used was obviously not well maintained, and resulted in 5 cuts across my hair line (looks like I was the victim of an attempted scalping!). 4. The fade that I asked for was awful - looked like I asked for a 1 to 6 with f.all transition. 5. Had to go somewhere else to shave all my effing hair off (which took 6 months to grow). Worst hair experience of my life.

Never again. I waked in the looking way better then I walked out. The guy that cut my hair had no communication skills. He cut technique was like a kindergarteners level. He kept me turned away from the mirror. Clearly he had hidden that fact that he had no clue what he was doing. The shop was dirty. He no sterilants to sanitize anything nor did he even sweep the hair from the client before me. I dont no how they are still up and running. I should have followed my gut and walked out of there as soon as I walked in there. to have people mess up my hair I still paid and tipped like an other person. But I could tell that Carls needs to come to step it up and get with the program and up date and face lift and interior design that hell out of that place. And put people that actually can cut hair. I should have just asked if I could cut my hair my self. But then again. I couldnt see how every time that buzzer came on my hair was just comin off.!. This is just my head and get it it grows back. But then that fact I waited 3 mths not to shave my beard and it was destroyed. My beard was destroyed. Thats wat really irritates me.

Total Health Code Violation!Floor/walls are 4th world filthy. While walk-in waiting, watched barber use comb and clippers on consecutive customers(victims) without cleaning or using blue liquid jar. Used pop into CVS next door/brb excuse and never returned.

Every time I try to go get my beard cut here they always mess it up, so I just decided to teach myself and only get my beard cut when I go to Quantico Va to a barber I know who can do it the way I want it.

Bad haircut, and bad beard trim. Im not sure of the specific barbers name, but his station is in the far back right of the barber shop.

Bad service. Bad haircut. They do not know how to use scissors. I would not recommend them if you need a cut with scissors.
