I love Gisella ..she does an awesome job on my hair every time. I enjoy the wash to the trim! Downside... Parking is horrible and the shop prices went up!

Very clean, organized and peaceful. Appointment suggested. However, walk-ins are accepted. Friendly staff. Starbucks next door.

Never been but I see the hairstyles come out of there all the time from all nationalities and they are absolutely gorgeous 😊 they do excellent work in there, I will be stopping by one day for sure! I would recommend it highly recommended

Customer service was good. However they dont k kw how to style hair. If you want a straight blow out your fine. Dont ask for nothing else.

Ive been a client for 16 years! Ms. Edith has been my stylist, but all of the ladies do beautiful work and have also styled my hair if she was unavailable.

I’ve been getting my hair done at Giovanni hair salon over the last 9 years. I’ve also visited dozens of other salons and they are the best. They specialize in healthy haircare and do the best straightening for thick Afro curly textures.

Ive been going to Sylvia for years and years. She under processed my relaxer and said nothing. I came back to her a few days later obviously disappointed because it was frizzy, curly, and tangling. If she told me before I had left what happened and discussed a plan to fix it, this wouldve been a different situation. She agreed to fix it for free but when I returned two months later, as we discussed, she charged me full price. She told me it would have only been free if she added a little relaxer to the under processed parts. 1) She clearly forgot half of my head was under processed, some parts severely. 2) Im no expert but that doesnt sound like proper hair care. Im seeing now that the some of the parts that needed correcting are still under processed after relaxer 2. Im pretty upset that someone Ive been loyal to for over 6 years would do any of that to me. And that she operates like that in general. I wont be returning.

The price is good and the staff is friendly, Sylvia does a great job relaxing my hair. However, they constantly overbook clients and twice now have forgotten that I made an appt, so it ends up taking 4 hours for a relaxer and trim!

I’ve been going for almost 20 years and am extremely happy with my hair cuts. I like the homey environment. Not fancy, just warm and friendly.

They cut my hair all the time karla and Edith have cut my hair all the time they have this fun new kid that i can see how much he loves working there best customer service.

I went to Giovani Hair Design a total of 4 times. The place gives a cheap cut and the people are friendly. That being said, 3/4 times I went there, I was disappointed with the quality cut I received. The last time I went a woman, who had been cutting my hair with scissors, suddenly stopped and told me she had not yet learned how to cut hair this way. Then she gave the scissors to someone else, who tried to save my cut, but couldnt do much. It turned out to be the worst haircut I ever received. It was also the last time I tried to save a few bucks for a haircut.If youre a college kid, or need to save money, this place can be hit or miss (Id advise you tell them you dont want too much cut off). If you can afford a better place, go to a better place.
