I love living At 400 M Street and I still currently live here now in 2020 and the staff are super amazing and professional and helpful always ready to assist they have an awesome management team and maintenance staff, the resident are nice and kind each every person that I have met are nice and always ready to lend a helping hand ! I mean nothing perfect anywhere you go but being from the south, and being around all kinds and type of diverse people it’s a nice place to live, I recommend this place if you want to be around every thing and close to subway and bus service circulator bus is freeSo go for and rent at 400 M Street SE

I didnt have a good experience living here. Staff is super unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Terrible customer service, especially the leasing agent in the office Jeanette. I dont know who the Property Manager is now, but the lady they had before was not helpful at all. Maintenance turns over every 3-6 months and they dont keep the building clean. They neglected to make repairs in my apartment to the point where I just moved out. It is also extremely noisy. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, even your neighbors talking on the phone. If someone lives above you, youll hear every footstep or door close. It wouldnt be so bad if management wasnt so nasty and unhelpful. However, I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
