Excellent community. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. The Concierge team always greets you with a smile and are very helpful. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. The building is kept sparkling clean which was comforting during the pandemic. The location is also convenient to everything in DC (walking and metro) and spacious parking is available if you need it. Overall, great place in DC to call home.

I moved into 1210 Mass in April 2021 and absolutely love the building. The management, concierge staff, and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. Additionally, the apartments are spacious and competitively priced compared to other places in the area, and the units, appliances, and common areas are well-maintained. My neighbors also have been quiet and respectful.

It seems like a good time to recognize the 1210 Mass Apartments team. As DC begins to open back up, we remain so appreciative of the wonderful folks who always go over and above to help our apartment community. This is such a welcoming and supportive place to live. We love our location and the amazing folks who work here.

We lived in this wonderful apartment for 12 years. In the heart of downtown DC, its close to theaters, museums, and loads of great restaurants. But the best thing about this place is the staff, who are always friendly and courteous and make this place feel like home.

Spent 2 years in this wonderful community. Great value for money, great location and great staff. Leasing agents were always on top of things, maintenance staff is absolutely superb and community manager Shan is always responsive and ready to assist residents. If you want prime downtown location with 24 hour concierge desk this is the spot. You are also incredibly safe in this community and never have to worry about anything. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone of any age looking for a fantastic residence in the DC area.

I want to enjoy living at 1210 Mass, however Ive been living in constant construction for the last 3+ months to an adjacent or caddy corner unit, often with little or no communication that disruptive, loud noises will be occurring throughout the day. This is inconsiderate to the current tenants currently living here and paying rent. In speaking with the onsite staff (all staff here is incredibly friendly) it seems the planning for the construction is out of their hands, so they often do not know when it is happening. I wish Equity Management group would be considerate of their current tenants and communicate when construction is happening so work days can be planned around this.I welcome the Equity Management group to return my calls and emails to their Resident Relations group to discuss this negative impact on existing tenants.**Transparency from Equity Mgmt around the volume of construction work scoped for this building over the next several months/year to current and future tenants would be appreciated. The construction time to flip one unit seems to be taking 5 weeks on average, as the entire unit is being demod and replaced. The drilling, hammering, and construction noise is constant 5days/week for about 5 weeks on average, and starts from 8:30am until late afternoon.

Shan was incredibly helpful showing us around the building and ultimately signing a lease. My roommate and I are incredibly excited to live here and are looking forward to the experience with the help of the wonderful staff!

Incredibly disappointed with lack of communication from the leasing department. We explained our timeline and then they pushed certain apartments on us that were past our timeline, despite having apartments available within our timeline that we asked about. Alonzo straight lied to us about apartment availability and then tried to pass it off as a simple mistake. Shan didnt directly lie to us, but drastically mislead us about apartment holding procedures. I havent had an apartment application process this poorly handled since I was in college.A true shame, because the apartments sell themselves, it should be a pretty simple process, but nothing has gone smoothly in my application process.

Concierge staff is absolutely amazing, location is ideal. Close to everything you need. Definitely do an in person view of the apartment if you can, though... virtual visits can be misleading sometimes. Leasing office could be better, as could apartment state at move-in. But the maintenance staff is also great-- they are responsive and helpful.

Shan was phenomenal. She did an excellent job from the minute we met her and through signing of the lease, and after setting up utilities and preparing for the move. So far, she got 6 stars on my book.

Shan is amazing and went above and beyond to get us into an apt that we truly love. The apartments are being renovated and the finished product is beautiful. The staff here is great & friendly and maintenance requests are attended to in a timely manner. Given its central location here in DC we couldnt have asked for a better place to move to. Also my cat loves the views.

Amazing building close to everything I need and the staff is amazing! Roxi made it a breeze to move into my new apartment and was very attentive and responsive at every step and with every question I had. Very happy with the process and my new place!

I have had nothing short of a five star experience living at 1210 Mass Ave. Lots of apartment buildings like to claim that they are the hidden gem of D.C., but this place really is it. A few things I want to highlight...-I have never seen so much as an ant in my apartment (and its not because i keep my apartment spotless at all times because I dont!)-Ive never had a single piece of mail go missing, which I know happens at other places Ive lived-All repair and maintenance requests have been filled promptly-The staff at the front desk is so nice and helpful! Thank you guys!-The walls are THICK. I have yet to hear a neighbor.-Quick shoutout to Shan for working with us through all of our questions before we moved in. She was professional, prompt, and couldnt have made it easier.

Love living at 1210 Mass. Moved here from California sight unseen, and the staff made it a breeze. Building is clean and lovely--and has parking! Gym is usually empty and HUGE. Concierge team is awesome and accepts packages--which is a huge plus. Building management is so responsive and helpful. Maintenance answers requests instantly. A great place for 20 and 30-somethings between the business part of Downtown and 14th Street, Logan Circle and Shaw. Would highly recommend!

1210 Mass Apartments is great, modern building with modern amenities. It has a top flight gym and and an spacious community room with space to hangout, watch TV, work or even play sand table shuffle board. The location is good. Easy walking distance to City Center, 14th Street and downtown. However, the best thing about 1210 Mass Apartments, though, is the staff. They are among the friendliest, most helpful and and profession building staff I have had the pleasure to work with in my many years in DC.

1210 Mass is a great place to live. The leasing office staff and community manager were very helpful leading up to my decision to rent here, and since living here the concierge staff has been wonderful. Maintenance requests are always addressed quickly and, if not fixed on the first try, they immediately come back. For anyone looking for a quality building with good management in a central NW DC location, this is a great pick.

1210 is a great building. Super location, quiet, and equipped with a delightful and responsive staff. They knew my name within days. Excellent maintenance, and quick to respond to every problem. 1210 is very highly recommended. Ive been here about 5 months, and Im delighted with my choice.

We began looking for a new apartment in early January and looked a few places around the northwest quadrant. Once we talked with Tonya at 1210 Mass, and toured the building, we knew we were home! The location is wonderful, the community is very open and welcoming, and the staff, from the leasing staff, to the concierge team members, to the maintenance group, all are stellar

1210 Mass gets 5 stars because, as a whole, its a great community. While there is no such thing as a perfect apartment community, the staff at 1210 Mass work very hard to provide a nearly perfect community. The community manager, June, is very friendly and is very dedicated to providing a pleasant living experience. Her professionalism and dedication is unparalleled. She is responsive to all issues that may arise and does a great job of prioritizing and handling them. The front office leasing staff and the concierge have always been very helpful. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and effectively, the hallways are kept very clean, and whatever issues that may arise are addressed effectively and professionally. Also beneficial is the great location. Chinatown, Verizon Center, Logan Circle, Dupont Circle, White House and National Mall are all within walking distance. I highly recommend 1210 Mass Apartment Homes.

Ive just arrived and the welcome was amazing, everyone kind and helpful

We are a professional Canadian couple in 70’s – just moved to the US from Canada, living at 1210 Mass Avenue NW since Feb 1, 2016. We moved to a one bedroom apt at 1210 Mass Ave which is one seventh the size of our home in Ottawa, Canada, with expansive land and garden around. We were apprehensive and concerned about the move. To our delight we found this place to be what we would call a “home”. Incredible staff: managers to concierge to maintenance staff. Very friendly, polite, amicable, responsive and eager to help in every possible way to make sure that we feel the place is not just an apt to live in but truly a home – we feel like we are dealing with our own family members! Amenities within the apt, the Lounge, the Fitness Centre, and general upkeep of the place (corridors, entrance hall and the front) all very clean and immaculate. And of course, the location is just perfect – within 15 minutes walk to anything and everything we need, leaving the car in the basement level parking all the time.
