I had expected to pay the $89.00 service fee for coming out, called a diagnostic fee. However I was asked several times if I knew I had to pay no matter if work was done or not, when the repair man came he was very pleasant and in about 15 minutes said he had diagnosed the problem mumbled something & said the cost would be $ 389 to repair! Of course I did not do the repair on a 11 machine when for another $100 I could buy new. He said fine you owe me $ 89 & out the door he went. Now this is my opinion but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out he can make a lot more service calls overinflating costs. Being suspicious, I called another man who fixed my dryer by replacing a fuse. Charged me $40. Buyer beware this was not from Washington store but Fenton, MO store 7323
