I went in to soak off my old powder and get a new color and i was seated immediately (rare for them). I was seated with Yuke. As soon as i sit down, she asks me what color i wanted but didn’t give me the baskets to choose from (luckily i was getting white). Instead of soaking off my nails and using the electric filer, she SCRAPED and PEELED my nails with a CARD. so unsanitary first of all. after telling her these were my real nails, she didn’t say anything and proceeded to break, chip and destroy my long healthy nails. On top of that, she was rushing, aggressively and rudely moving my hands around and rolling her eyes. 1 year ago i would’ve given 5 stars but today it’s 1. I will not be returning to Q1 to destroy my nails and have rude service. disappointed.

Had an appointment at 6pm, got there on time and the place was PACKED during a pandemic. Had to wait for about 5 min until someone decided to talk to me and send me to a pedicure chair to wait for a good 25 min without saying anything. Im leaving extremely frustrated!

Dissapointed! I was loyal customer for uv gel manicure and pedicure! The technician Yang does nice designs with uv gel manicure. Cannot complain. On Wednesday,August 18 I made an appointment for Saturday, August 21 with Nail technician Yang, the person on phone took my name down, I spelled my name. Appointment set up.So when I came for appointment, the owner lady told me, I did not make an appointment, and someone else had an appointment at that time.What do you mean: I did not make appointment., when you took my name down?!. Explaining them that I made an appointment, is nothing, they have someone else already.She started turning pages and making seem like she cannot find my name, that they took spelling of the name. She has a customer already, Who cares. Its not first time happening something like that. I dont mind to wait 15 minutes for nail technician to finish with another customer, but telling me I dont have an appointment, he has a customer already, would you like to do pedicure?Honestly, no thank you. I made an appointment for us gel manicure, not pedicure.Very unprofessional,or suggestion availability, right away pedicure.There were other things happening, that I ignored. BUT TODAY WAS MY LAST TIME, I left without my nails done. TIME TO FIND DIFFERENT NAIL SALON.

I made a last minute appointment for a manicure/pedicure and was pleased they took me in right away.I was so happy to have gotten Ella. She was friendly and totally pampered me. Beyond that, when I messed up her perfect manicure, Ella reassured me that it was no problem and happily repaired it.This salon is really great. Ask for Ella!!!

I love coming here, great prices, always so friendly, amazing quality, clean andprofessional 🙂. I always leave loving my nails 💅. Lilly ( young Lilly) is Awesome, If you’re looking for a new nail place definitely come give this place a try . You will Not be disappointed.

Been going to them for a few years (minus the lockdown) and I am always happy with my nails.

This place is not clean at all. I’m writing this review while getting my spa pedicure and I’m disgusted.. I witness 3 women around me get a pedicure, leave, and the workers did not brush, sponge, or wipe down the pedicure sink.. I saw them spray some green solution into the sink, rinse the sink, then apply the plastic cover and sat the next client in the chair.. 🤢🤮 I will not be coming back..

Went there due to pandemic. Their service was extremely professional and thorough. Upon entry, your temperature was checked and all were masked. The service was fantastic. An experience definitely worth looking forward to again.

Went here for the first time since my usual nail place is not open yet. Great service, and everyone was extremely friendly. Fingers, toes (and eyebrows) look great. I managed to mess up two nails when I went next door to Petco, and when I went back in, they touched up the nails immediately. The salon is clean, and everyone was was wearing a mask, some with two and others with a shield in addition to the mask. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite nail salon. I’m so picky with my nails and have tried so many salons in the area, only to walk out disappointed. Everyone here is good. I love getting pedicures here! They always do a great job. I love Andy for when I want a full set, and everyone that has done SNS and gel on me have been great. 10/10!

I really enjoyed this place! Usually I walk into nail salons and feel like Im a bother but everyone was very friendly and smiling. The manicure was $10 but they used Keratin gloves that were super softening and everything was very sterile. Lily spent a great deal of time on my ragged cuticles and made my hands look so pretty! I will definitely be going back!

Dont bother making an appointment, they dont stick to it!

I went to this nail salon for the first time today. It is big, clean and the people are so friendly. The prices are good and they can do all sorts of designs on your nails. So happy to find a place that checks all the boxes for me.

Don’t answer the phone if you don’t understand basic english need to say basic NAIL questions.!Entire pt. Of a phone call is to ask before wasting my time, gas, and parking over stuff you don’t not haveI’m from queens not traveling across LI finding a new nail salon cause you can’t understand nail terms on a phone ..... disappointingLearn your quality too- acrylic powder, no tips or extensions needed as my nails are long, with gel solid color On top is not $55 anywhere! I don’t even have any boogie accessories on top to be that price.or sparkles!!!

My friend went to your nail place and she came up very upset about her nails because one was a smaller size then the other. the guy that did her nails was just talk and not paying attention to his cutting. she asked for a a particular size to cut but he didn’t listen. if i were you i wouldn’t suggest this guy. we are suing.

Not helpful at all, made an appointment had to wait 30 mins, multiple workers asked what we were getting done and nobody did anything for us, overpriced
