Terrible. Just save yourself the money (because you’re going to pay a lot) and just don’t go. My nail tech didn’t speak one word to me, they were screaming at each other, and they told me they had availability when there was a tremendous wait. This was my first and last time going there. Not going back.

Dont get the not so great rating and reviews for this place. I had an awesome time and the best pedicure Id ever had. Id give them 6 stars if I could. Cheers guys!

I had been going to this salon since it opened. I do not go on a regular basis as I usually do my own nails and fill ins. When I do go, I get s change of polish and usually eyebrows and lip wax.I showed up today and a change of polish went from $5 to $7 and a full manicure is still $8. So for a dollar more, you get cuticles and hand massage?Also with my waxing, they charged me an additional $6 because I asked for them to take few hairs that extended beyond the eyebrow. They had always done that for me in the past, now its $6.Very dissatisfied. Time to find a new salon.

The place is clean and offers a lot of different things just to do with the nails. Very passionate and polite staff. I would definitely be back there. They did such an amazing job. I love my nails.

Love this place!!! After having such a horrible experience at Pro Nails, this is my go to spot. All the techs do a wonderful job. No complaints yet. The shop is beautiful and clean and spacious.

Went here for the first time they wanted me to pay extra for a different color white i tried a regular white my nails came out horrible they re did them with a different color left a mess and left the old coat they did (whit) all underneath my nails. Wont be coming back horrible experience.

My expectation was high before coming in. However, once I got there they were so rude and unprofessional. A new guy did my power gel and kept asking what was the next step. He did everything incorrect! I told the manager and he didn’t even apologize. Such a disappointment. Won’t go there ever again.

Horrible experience....I got gel manicure and pedicure. Lady rushed through pedicure hardly scrubbed bottom of feet.....didnt clean inside my toes nails when I told her about it she said its not dirty....eww...there is always nail crud in ur toes...gross....she rushed w everything. ...barely touched my cuticles so I told her I wanted them cut she was rough and hurt me......then gel manicure she barely used polish..at that point I was over it!!!!! Never again!

The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I did not like that they try to push all the services on you after youve already said no once. I also thought it was odd that they advertise 20% off for a new customer but when you enquire about it there seems to be a bit of an issue. Other than that if they can keep the up selling to a minimum I would return.
