I get my nails done by the staff at 7 Nail Spa about once every two months, or whenever I feel like treating myself. The Spa pedicures feel terrific and leave me feeling like I am walking on mini-clouds. The SNS manicure has strengthened my nails to the point where they are stronger and healthier than ever before. I will continue to patronize 7 Nail Spa for as long as Misty keeps the doors open.

I get my nails done by Misty and the rest of the staff every month. The prices are the best around Long Island. If you happen to chip a nail or put your shoes on too soon after getting a pedicure they fix it for no charge.

So my wife made me get a pedicure one time I took her here. I was very hesitant to do so. But afterwards my feet felt great and now every month we both get pedicures while she also gets manicures. The staff are extremely friendly, jovial, and always greet my wife and I by name.

I first time been here wow very clean place and feel so good ! I got a nice pedicure by ivy and she took her time doing my gel manicure. She was not fast and rough like some other places . I will return . GOOD JOB!

Very relaxing. Employees are very nice. Nails came out great! They use new packs of sanitary utensils. Place and work areas and foot tubs are clean and liners are used. I dont get my nails done often, but Ive been there a few times already and definately plan on going back!

I went in a couple weeks ago because my mom had a certificate i normally do not go to this place but whatever she did the nails pretty good. I had to go back a week and a half later because my nails looked like I hadnt had them done in a month and not a week. So the girl asks if I want the nails cut I was like no I dont shes like well this is chipped I was like okay and? Ive been to many places that redo with the powder to replace the broken tip so that was just laziness she cut them whatever then the guy asks if I want a massage so I said okay because some places do do it for a few minutes no he asked is 10 min okay I was like wow okay and he keeps going and going and next thing i know Im being charged for the guy offering the massage and for gel that I didnt ask for. This place is a scam spend your money somewhere else

I received a french powder gel manicure and it only last 4 days before my nails starting showing cracks, very disappointment. I had to have it redone at a different saloon. Very costly mistake.

Really enjoyed my new set of tips by Grace- she filed them the absolute perfect tapered square! And Misty was super nice and welcoming!

I went today thru a Groupon. I was not happy with the Spa Pedicure which included hot stones. The stones were not hot and the massage lotion/oil product tugged at my skin during the foot massage. During my Gel Manicure and Fill in, I was cut twice which hurt a lot and is completely unacceptable. This place was unsanitary and should not be open until the staff is properly trained and place is clean and presentable.

All the employees are friendly and courteous. The salon was clean and looked beautiful. I really enjoyed my experience and its my new favorite nail salon!! I got a gel mani and special pedi. They did a really great job!

My wife and her sister just got their nails done here and it was the worst experience they have had in a nail place thus far. None of oyr nails were cut even, my sister in laws nails were cut so short and crooked, when asked to fix it the man doing them replied with huffing. The over booked themselves and were also taking walk ins, the lady doing my wifes nails was checking her phone the whole time and cut her nails crooked as well. For something that is meant to be relaxing it was very stressful. They will not be returning to this nail place and will spread the word to our friends and family.

The workers at this place are rude and racist. My mom has an accent. But everyone you have ever spoken with her understands her. She kept pointing out my moms accent and saying she doesnt understand just so she wouldnt have to accept the Groupon.

I will never go back here again - the owner/manager (?) Is so unbearably rude. I bought a Groupon, and called to find out if I could make an appt for both my mom and I. They told me not to buy her a Groupon, theyd honor the price without it. So we came in, had some extras done, all by lovely staff members. At the end, the same woman who told me theyd honor my price for my mom, tried to charge me $14 more. I argued this because I could have just bought her the damned Groupon. Finally the woman started yelling at me FINE FINE BUT THIS IS ONLY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS, DONT COME BACK HERE AND TRY TO USE A GROUPON AGAIN. No thanks, I just wont come back at all.

Went to shop and got SNS powder on nails which should last 3 to 4wks. I got nails done on Wed. the next day it started to crack... Four days later my nails were completely damaged. Unfortunately I was out of the country at the time, preventing me from going back to have nails done over. I took photos to prove that this issue had occurred. When I returned to country, I went to nail salon, showed pics, showed service card, and the response was... Thats not your hand, we dont have that color, I will redo for half price, all you want is money. When I asked why I had to pay again for a service that was done incorrectly? The reply was here take money (partial amt) and get out just leave. I would say to anyone who likes to get their money worth, great customer service, and respect. This salon is not the one for you. Grace did my nails... At least thats what she said her name was. Terrible work... Runnnnn!!!
