This has always been my nail place but after today I will not be coming back. I’ve always had a problem with them taking people before me with an appointment but now is even worse. The place is jam packed, taking walk ins over people with appointments. People are waiting all over the place- no social distancing whatsoever. Take a note from other nail places and only take people strictly with appointments. Go somewhere where you’ll feel safe and won’t wait 1.5 hours in a crowded space.

The technicians in the nail salon were helpful and friendly. The chairs were all a little too close together to relax while being pampered. Salon is clean but dated. Personalized service is out of the question. Too congested.

THEY SPREAD NAIL FUNGUS AND BACTERIA!!! Do NOT get acrylic tips here. UNSANITARY! THEY DO NOT SANITIZE THEIR DRILL/FILE TIPS BETWEEN USES! I have never had a nail fungus or anything in my life. That is until i went here. I never leave reviews but i cant knowingly let them do this to someone else.

Literally would give this place negative stars if I could. Extremely rude and unporfessional. It is very unclear if they clean/sanitize/sterlize their tools. Nails are filed very unnevenly. Extremely unpleasant experience. Over crowded, way too loud, not a pleasant place at all. Zero social distancing or extra sanitation in use. Nail dryers are extremely poor quality and am not even sure if there are actually toe dryers. Would never reccomend this place. Do not go.

This used to be a great place. I wish she was the same person but yet now she barely speaks English and doesn’t listen to what I wantTries to upsell not very nice when you give her a generous tip this happened several timesToday is my last day ever going there there’s so many other places to choose from and this place doesn’t seem to be very sanitary which is very disturbing .Bring your own nail tools because I don’t think they sterilize their.

I got an acrylic - set I usually go to a different place, but I did not have an appointment. For some reason they had one person doing my nails then the man got up, left me at the table for about 20 minutes and a girl came a finished my nails. I wouldnt be leaving this review if the quality was decent, however the nails only lasted about a week and a half. Normally when I get tips anywhere else they last 2 weeks at LEAST. They were thin cheaply done with absolutely no consideration, I will never be going here again.

My gel manicure chips within 3 days every time. Kept giving it a try but won’t be coming back. Staff is unfriendly & when it gets busy there is no order. Having an appointment means nothing. You will most likely still be waiting with everyone who didnt make an appt.

Worst spot in the world just came in here and all they did is cut my nails could’ve stayed home and that for free. And when I asked if they give me a mani pedi they said no

I asked for a gel manicure but They gave me a powdered manicure and charged me more. They rushed me the whole time and when I was done with my pedicure as soon as I sat down so my toes could dry they asked me for payment. I told them I would pay as soon as I was done but she said no cause she was too busy so it had to be now. they couldn’t even wait for my feet to dry so that I could go and pay them. Horrible service.

Lucy who does my nails is pretty good. Shes friendly and keeps me engaged in conversation. Unlike some places you go to where they say they dont speak English🤔🤤😧😒ok ! Anyhow the 2nd time I went, I got a pedicure and the lady who did my toes was terrible! She did my toes THEN soaked my feet. Who does that! Oh and my feet soaked for 2.2 seconds! The soles of my feet still looked shabby after she was done! Horrible! The pedi polish looked as if it was done by an unprofessional! The place doesnt look the cleanest but I went because someone I know recommended the salon and she never got a fungus or anything crazy. The technicians are friendly which is a plus.****UPDATE...I noticed the friendliness stopped on my last 2 visits. I guess once they establish youre going to be a regular things change. So all the act is fake to reel you in. I went here a month ago, got a pedicure by Wendy whos supposed to be the best and my feet looked terrible. It wasnt professional. My toenails looked like when a child is playing in polish. Then I went to Lucy for a mani and told her about my feet. I showed her my feet and suddenly she acted as if she didnt understand English😲😒 So I showed her my feet again after a few minutes and asked why it looks like that, she couldnt answer. After she finished I only gave a $5.00 tip. She had the NERVE to ask me if thats for her and Wendy. I told her its for her not Wendy bcs my feet look terrible. She caught an attitude and walked away bcs other clients were looking. No apology or anything! Im sorry, the last time I checked, tips were optional and for a job well done. Who questions getting a tip, the amount of their tip or anything to do with their tip especially when I always give $10.00! Never going there again! One final note, the previous lady I said did my feet when I first posted, she was doing someone elses feet and the customer kept instructing her and complaining😩. I see its not just me😞 UNBELIEVABLE!
