Parisa is the most hands on therapists we have ever been to, and we have been to many. She helped my teen daughter who has adhd and was struggling with school and at home, but also helped me repair my relationship with her and coached me learn more positive and effective ways to parent.

I have tried to get help for my child who has ADHD and anxiety by taking her to a few therapists, but things were not really changing. Parisa was the first therapist that my daughter actually look forward to seeing every week. She was also the first therapist who worked with me on how to handle defiance and severe behavioral issues by giving me specific strategies and tools. She was always supportive and understood the difficulties of raising an intense child. I never felt judged or uncomfortable and knew I had someone to turn to on the “worst days” even if it was not the day we would see her. She would coach me on those days and gave me advice on how to handle things at home. She even worked with my daughter’s teacher, attended IEP meetings with me and helped us set my daughter up for success at school. Words can not describe how thankful I am to have found her. My daughter is doing so much better at home and at school. Thank you.
