On this day I had to make a visit to the parts department. Mario was very helpful and professional as well as the gentleman named, Jose that works in the service department who serviced my check engine light. There was a lady in the service or parts department that was very helpful as well, unfortunately I just dont remember her name. But all three were able to be very helpfu. Mario was even kind enough to look under my hood to see what what my issue was. From what I can tell the entire staff is always professional and courteous every time I visit this dealership. I dont mind driving from Oakland to Walnut Creek where this service department is located. What Ive learned in life is that convenience is a piece of mind instead of going somewhere that is closer to you but Im not willing to take that chance.

MICHAEL STEAD CADILLAC was the best car leasing experience, EVER! Dominic was knowledgable, conscious of our needs, and didnt waste our time. The whole process took only two hours from start to driving out the lot. Their customer service was exceptional! Dominic even drove our old car to our house to open the garage for us since our new car wasnt synced to the garage door opener yet. Now thats service!

The shuttle drive to and from was great was a nice friendly in house employee Im not good with names but she said she from Philippines that I do remember laughing about talking to someone from the future since technically we live in the past if you call someone who is over there. Overall friendly service took care of all my recalls in a timely manner. All cleaning precautions were taken while I was there i dont know if my truck was wipe down after because I wasnt there but I confident it was. They also did a 31 point inspection which was great. Do recommend..

5 Star Car! 5 Star Sales Team! 5 Star Customer Service! Talk about amazing!I loved the Cadillac XT6, but more than anything I loved the customer service. From the second I called, I was greeted with respect and welcomed in. After test driving luxury midsized SUVs, this one clearly stood out. But what really won me over was the sales team- Aric and Dominic were respectful, honest, and courteous. They had technical expertise and gave us space to make our decision. The whole process was smooth and left no doubt in my mind that the quality of the service is just as lux as the quality of my car. I was so happy with the customer first approach I purchased the prepaid maintenance. The service was so good I could actually visualize getting my car serviced at a dealership. Owner of a 2014-2019 Cadillac CTS. Over the 4 years of owning this car, most services were done at Michael Stead Cadillac. A very upstanding person there earned my trust. This guy is just outstanding and extremely helpful. Listens to your concerns and always willing to work something out. After failed attempt at another dealer with rude sales people, we showed up here and were instantly greeted with a friendly face . They are very helpful and courteous. This group of people treated us with respect and like family . Sean or Shawn I dont remember how to spell his name but he was a great help we were there for only 2 hours they offered us bottles of water and worked with us quickly . Didnt try and upcharge us and we drove off with the cleanest escalade on the lot . No buyers remorse no question we will be back . Overall a very good experience at this dealer .

My experience of buying and financing the 2019 Cadillac XT4 at Michael Stead was Wonderful! I felt at ease. I felt no pressure. Alex, Jim, Jordan and the gorgeous Melissa demonstrated the true definition of a teamwhilst making me feel that Im part of the process by keeping me informed and in the loop when all I had to do was relax ans decide on which one of the gourmet coffee concoctions to help myself to. I didnt have to negotiate with sales people because I was working with highly professional experts that are on top of their game as well as being very accommodating, respectful, and considerate individuals. Awesome customer service by the Service Manager Bobby and Service Advisor Brain. They took care of an issue I had with my air bag light coming on intermittently. The service department is very efficient and the staff goes above and and beyond the two times Ive had to come in. BTW they also work on all GM cars. Nice, I can bring my Chevrolet here for service because of the customer service experience that I dont get anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys!!!

I have dealt with many service advisors at dealers like Lexus, Ford, Honda, BMW, Jaguar and a few other dealerships throughout my vehicle ownership history. Jeremy Wilson stood out immensely. He was very kind, and very attentive to my multiple…and I mean multiple concerns, even when I am sure he knew most of them I was just being crazy about. He was *very* prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls. When I’d throw in a last minute request for him to have the technicians look at, it was always “no problem, Ryan.” He was very professional, but very down to earth and personable as well, and knows how to have a good laugh. The mix of all four of those things are very important in a customer-facing position like he holds.He is very honest, and did not try to sell me anything that my car did not need, which I truly appreciate. Trust is very important, and once it is broken, it will not be gained back. I have experienced dishonest service departments before. I am happy I can trust Walnut Creek Cadillac with my vehicle, as well as my mother’s GMC.

This service department is the FIRST where I didn’t feel they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. They perform amazing service EVERY time I visit & truly go above & beyond!! 2015 cadillac scalade preowned. service said, your waranty is done. it has 50,000 milles.spoke to the general manager and she told me the same thing. that was over 1 year ago. just recently the navigation screan went bad, I took it to concord chevrolet and they replaced it and told me my scalade still under waranty bumper to bumper... so the fat service writer and the lady general manager both of them lied to me.

Hello,Ted was the person we had the appointment with. He has a great personality and does everything to make you feel good about getting the concerns you have about your vehicle resolved. He passed us on to a mechanic who was very patient and very willing to listen to our concerns about our vehicle. The mechanic did a through job making us understand the dynamics and the performance of our Cadillac Escalade. We were please with the service we received from Stead Motors.

Update: The car is still at Cadillac. The car has a new battery from AAA, always lit up when I turned it on. It would make a lot of engine starting noises but the engine wouldnt start. Cadillac diagnosed this as a bad battery cable that is restricting the power. I dont know whether to laugh or cry.Always remember that the repair guys work on commission and they are required to get as much money as possible from each repair opportunity. I went in with a simple problem, they told me that I needed unnecessary repairs. They did the repair wrong. My car has been there 5 times and they cant put it back where is was. My car is junked and very unreliable. They have charged me for every repair even though the unnecessary repairs that were originally done wrong caused all of the other problems. They are refusing to accept responsibility and I dont know what to do with my ruined Cadillac that needs to go to the junk yard. Oh, and one of their repair guys stole the iPod that was in the center console attached to my music system.

Ive been a customer since the mid 70s having owned several Cadillacs including now. My most recent repair visit was disappointing. They completely screwed up the repair and overcharged me several hundred dollars. There are parts missing that were there when I took the car for repair and theyre not returning my calls. If this had been my first visit it would have been my last. Im thinking of buying a Lincoln now. Five decades of Cadillac ownership compromised. Were going back to Lincoln. We owned one Lincoln for 17 years.

They get the job done but they are not very accurate on their repair quotes. Always cost more than I was quoted. I miss Mazai Cadillac in Antioch, they were much better at making you feel valued. Traded in Cadillac for mercedes because of it.

Discovered that our week old 2013 Cadillac SRX would not eject the disc from the CD player. Called the Service Dept. and spoke to Barry Bookman. He suggested that I bring in the car, at a time convenient for me, to have the problem diagnosed.When I arrived I was greeted, in a timely manner, and invited to relax in the customer lounge area while my car was being checked. After a brief period of time Barry told me that there had apparently been a computer control glitch and the unit had been rebooted. He also informed me that, while the car was in the care of the shop, fluid levels, tire pressures, etc. had been checked.The car was returned to me and everything appears to be functioning properly. A pleasant experience and up to the service standards that I have come to expect from Michael Stead Cadilac

I went to Michael Stead Cadillac last Thursday Nov 6th because I had a collant line leaking. I have a 2006 Corvette ZO6 with 101K Miles on it so I wanted to get a quote to repalce all of the coolant lines. I talked to Tedd Romano one of the service writers he looked at the car and quickly quoted me a price of $2900.00!!! I asked him if he was sure at which time he stated he would check with his service manager. While Tedd was checking with his manager I called Able Chevolet in Rio Vista because theyve always done the services on my car. I talked to Rich Wilhoff the service manager and let him know the price I was quoted from Michael Stead which he almost choked on. Rich priced the full hose replacement for my car at $600.00 not $2900.00. While I was on the phone with Rich, Tedd came back out and lowered his quote to $2200.00. The only reason I stopped by Michael Stead was because it was close to my work. I wont do that again... Able Chevrolet replaced all my Hoses, Belts, Trans & Diff Fluids and installed steal braided break lines for $1100. Still way lower than Michael Stead.

Before contacting the good people at Michael Stead, I had been working with another dealership to buy a new CTS Vsport. We test drove one there, liked it quite a bit and requested a price quote on one in Phantom Grey (the test vehicle was black). Without going into too many details, we were treated like raw recruits trying to buy a used car at a lot just off of the base. I looked on the internet for a dealership that had a Vsport in grey and found Michael Stead. From the outset my interaction with the personnel at Michael Stead was pleasant, professional and helpful. I believe I got a great deal without being subjected to arm twisting and pencil games. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Melissa, Alain, and Peter. They were patient with all of our questions and thorough in their answers. I will gladly drive the 150 mile roundtrip to buy another Cadillac from Michael Stead when the time comes.

My wife was getting her car service there and I asked him if they could make a key for my Chevy Impala. They said yes but it would require a one-hour programming fee so roughly $200 for a new key. I called the Chevy dealer and they said that was not necessary that if you have an existing key you can program the new key and the they would do it for $45.

Terrible customer service in their service department! My husband had an appointment this morning to have our new Cadillac serviced. We purchased the car at Michael Stead about three months ago and it was due for a routine maintenance check. He waited over TWO HOURS and no one even looked at the car! They are anxious to sell you a car but they do not follow up in their service department.Think twice before shopping here!
