Great customer service when dropping my vehicle off for service

If youre in the market for a super high-end luxury or performance car this is definitely the place. The showrooms are amazing. Just looking around the Magnificent cars that they have in stock in a lot of fun. And the staff is all tremendously friendly and accommodating.

I bought my 2017 Guilia here 2 years ago when they first came out and were still difficult to find. Walnut Creek was the only bay area dealership willing to search for the model and options I wanted.The buying experience was a breeze and everyone involved was kind and professional. They made the transaction pleasurable.The service department professionals at Walnut Creek are efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as well. My car is handled with respect and returned clean and on time. I really like this dealership and service department. They are heads above any other Alfa dealers in the bay area. I know, at one point or another over the years Ive tried to deal with them all. No more. Alfa Romeo of Walnut Creek is my go to dealership for all things Alfa.

I bought an Alfa Romeo giulia from this dealership. Sales rep is GARTH who showed me the car and came with me for the rest drive he told me that car has applecarplay so I liked the car and bought it. After purchasing I asked about Apple carplay then he changed his words saying its not there yet I need to wait for the software update.Second thing I had a speakers issue with the car and went to service. Manager HENRY took care of me they were not able to figure out whats the issue is for almost two months now. They dont worry about me now give me all the nonsense reasons. I already regret buying the car from this dealership.Third Apple carplay software update has been released they have called me to the dealership by saying it will be done in couple of hours but they dont know how to do the update after two hours they came to me and said they are still working on it and it will take time. After three hours sales manager HENRY came and said I need to pay 200$ to get this Apple carplay as I need to register my car to their portal or some where. Then I refused paying it and asked to call the sales rep GARTH. He came and spoke to HENRY and came to and said I need to pay 200$ then I asked him this is ridiculous. You lied to me and sold me the car. I need the regional manager contact details and I wanted to talk to him. Then they got scared and said we pay half and you pay half I didnt accept that either and finally they said they will do it for free.THEY HAVE RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING THERE ARE UNFIT AND DOEANT HAVE ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE.

I went and test drove a 2018 Stelvio and the salesperson NEVER bothered to call me back so I went to the Alpha Romero dealership in Berkeley and drove off ASAP-- This dealership has the--WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and this was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!I would never purchase anything from this dealership.
