Ive had my acrylics done here for years. I am constantly getting compliments on how good they look and they last six weeks. The only time I had one come off was when I slammed my finger in the car door

Pedicures are wonderful. Great service. Large array of powder, including glow on the dark, gel and regular polish.

Rude staff. The lady was super sweet, but the guys were very unkind 🤦🏼‍♀️

Tho or don I think is his name, did amazing on my acrylics. He is experienced. I know my nail shape is not popular and is hard to find techs to do what I like. He did what I asked for. Im happy. They can always get me right in as well!

It was the best ever. He took time with my feet like I have never had done before. Then the same with my manicure.I was so relaxed. My husband had gotten me a $100 gift certificate. I will go back. And the picture is a week later.

I had an excellent experience at Serenity Day Spa. The man who did my pedicure was professional and did a very good pedicure.

Booked an appointment back in May for a bridal party of 5. They got our appointment day wrong and were not able to get us in at our time. The guy told us to come back in a few hours, to then tell us he booked the 1pm appointment. I was more bummed because I flew in from out of town just to be here.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! My friend and I went in for manicures and had to wait for 45 minutes just to even be seen. (we had appointments) I asked if they could do a very simple design and they said they could. It did not come out the way I wanted it to and I politely asked them to cover it up (only took 5 minutes) the employees were very passive aggressive and gave me dirty looks for asking to change it. also… my friend asked for regular polish and they gave her gel instead and made her pay extra for it!! HORRIBLE communication and poor work. at the end when we were checking out the lady who did the bad nail design on me started to LECTURE me and raised her voice, saying that “if you get a design you pay for it even if you don’t like it!” I politely told her that I disagreed, and that I think if the customer doesn’t like something about the final result there should definitely be an attempt to fix it at no extra cost. (if your starbucks order is wrong they remake it for you right?!?) anyways STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

Horrible experience will never go back. The older man was mean and rough..I wanted to walk out but was half way done..and plz dont use your own long nail as a tool on other ppls skin.

I went to get a fill and Thou (the nail tech) met me at the front counter so I could sign in and take my temp, as he’s taking my temp he coughs in my face without even turning his head or apologizing. After 30 minutes of waiting past my appointment I made I finally sat in his chair and he asked me where I got my nails done previously as he was shaking his head and I told him “here” and he told me “I don’t think so” so I pointed to show him who did my nails. I could tell that he was annoyed with me as he was filing my nails extremely aggressively to the point I had to pull my hand away a few times, he then cut my nails to the length he wanted to without asking me if that was ok, then dug his thick nails into the sides of my nails to pull back the skin around my nails which left marks from how hard he was pushing on my skin, after that I looked at the indents around my nails from his nails and he could see the marks he left around my fingers from how hard he was pushing, so then began to be more gentle.I think the other nail techs are very kind and I’ve never had any other issues with of them except Thou.

Very unfriendly atmosphere. Quality of nails is below average. They come off too easy and arent shaped evenly most of the time. Every time Ive made an appointment, Ive had to wait a long time past the appt. time because they took walk ins. Spa implies relaxation. It is not relaxing as most experiences Ive had are unfriendly.

Awful experience. I almost left because of the rudeness that came from one of the employees. My nails started coming apart a week in. It was more expensive than any other place so I won’t be going back ever.

Amazing job on my nails. Took time and detail on my cuticle which I am very thankful for. Great hand massage as well. Highly recommend!!

Went to put on a full set it was $55 went to get a fill and it was $40 not much of a difference there I dont see it being $40 I think they ripped me off I will not go back its too bad for them they lost

Called and attempted to make an appointment with Jeff, he takes my info and tells me he will call me back with my scheduled appointments. Waited and waited and made several calls and no answer. Really disappointing considering I was going to purchase several services. Its really not that hard to call someone back...

I was very clear on what I wanted, I got the #nailedit version. I’m not a professional nail person, but I do know about smile lines and the fact that there’s not supposed to be bubbles or hair in my top coat. The person charged me before they finished because they seemed to believe I did not have enough money, and they made sure that I knew “they charged me less”. Divots in the acrylic itself, and the smile lines are free handed and very crooked.

3 stars for the 3 weeks they stayed on. They broke so easily and were very easy to remove. Not impressed, I’ve definitely had better nails. Would not recommend to a friend

Went in for an eyebrow wax. The gal didn’t wax between my eyebrows and I told her she forgot. She kept telling me she did it because it was red and it’s a tough area between the brows. No she didn’t do it at all. Got home and yep between my eyebrows had hair and was no longer red from her wiping my eyebrows with a cotton ball.

I didnt feel exactly serene after having a pedicure at this place. I found the employee to be unfriendly and rude when i made a comment about the price. $40 seems like a lot for a deluxe pedi that only lasts half an hour. No drying machine to cure the polush. Not worth it to ever go there again.

They do a wonderful job and my nails have never been so beautiful. I do a lot with my hands including helping my husband remodel our kitchen last summer. I havent broken a nail yet. Its easy to book an appointment also. I dont want to go anywhere else.

Amazing prices on acrylic nails! I got mine done by Jimmy and they turned out amazing! Definitely happy with the price ($40 for full set of acrylics) and the service was really well done.

It was a little dark in there but I found it to be quite relaxing. The staff was friendly enough, the lady I had was nice and she was forgiving to the fact I have never gotten false nails done before. She gave me a beautiful set of acrylic nails with a powder color. I have to do work with my hands but surprising they lasted a good month!! A bit more spendy but absolutely worth it!

Pedicure was mediocre. Did the deluxe mainly to have my callouses removed. I would have given a 4 if the foot massage that came with the package was actually a massage and not just my feet and legs being rubbed down. Didnt put much muscle into the massage.

This place has really gone downhill!!!Worst manicure Ive EVER received and the pedicure was mediocre at best. Cost $79!! Unbelievable!It was a gel, French manicure. The man didnt care that as he filed the nails he was making them chipped on the corners. He used one coat of clear polish with only one dip in the polish PER HAND!! (Are they going out of business and running out of product?!?) He put white polish on the tips and no clear polish over the top. Completely sub par!The pedicure was the same. Rush to finish (even though we were the ONLY customers)!! Now I know why!! 😬And the man who worked on my mom was actually downright RUDE to her!! So sad to see a local business run like this. We will never go back or recommend them to anyone!

Pretty disappointed. I paid extra for the deluxe pedicure ($40) and Johnny clipped my toenails but didn’t file/shape them (so I have sharp corners). More importantly, he clipped my cuticle too close and drew a little blood in FOUR spots. Not really ok...

Charged me $45 for a fill, and you can completely see my old set underneath (and left over polish). Was not impressed. Been to MANY MANY nail places over my 41 years, I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth.... wish I could attach pics... very disappointed.

If I could give negative stars I would. A friend got eyelash extensions put on. Even as the woman was putting them on my friend stated her eye was burning. Come Monday her one eye was so blood red and painful. Not to mention the extension job its self looked terrible. One eye was all bunched together and the other was fanned out and had hardly any on it. They even started falling out once she returned home. When she touches them they are extremely painful. NOW TO TALK ABOUT THE COMPANIES BEHAVIOR: She has been calling then since Monday morning multiple times a day to get them taken off( They keep giving her numerous excuses) it is now Thursday afternoon. She went down to the spa to speak to them. At this point a refund is all that is wanted. This did not happen. They were HORRIBLY rude and offensive. However the BBB has been called.

No even joking, Johnny did such an amazing job, I was near tears 😂 lots of attention to detail and just an all around pleasant and enjoyable experience and well worth the price which waswas much!

Ive been getting mani/pedis every 3 weeks for 15 years. Im visiting the area and needed my nails done. I went here for the first time about 2 weeks ago. The place seemed very dusty, clustered and just not clean. I was desperate so I stayed. My fault. First was the pedicure. Tech was a young woman who cut down the sides of my big toe nails and now Im dealing with the pain of ingrown nails. A different tech did my gel manicure and the technique and care to my nails was lacking. The shape was sloppy as well as the polish. I do not recommend this salon at all.

My manicure looks like it was done by a child. Totally ignored me when I asked them to fix some of the polish as it was clumped on making odd bumps at the end of my nails. Polish started to peel the next day horrible job.

Chose this option for convenience and price point for eyelash extensions. I was a fool. They were able to take a last minute appointment, but theres a reason they werent busy. There was almost no communication during the eyelash application process, and the paper on the bench I laid on had obviously been used at least once before (ew) as evidenced by the hole in the paper and smudges. I specified medium length and received super long cartoonish lashes. Someone (Im guessing the owner or manager?) knocked on the door repeatedly during the process to ask the esthetician how long it was going to take because there was another customer waiting. On top of all of that, their prices arent much lower and I was missing half my lashes after less than a week. I will not be back.

I had been having headaches for 2 years. Felicia did an Indian Head Treatment on me and my pain went away! I couldnt recommend them more highly!!

The worst customer service my gel manicure looks like I have had it for 2 weeks when I just got it done 20 min ago, my friends and I got disrespected I dont recommend this place I will never go back.

The sign out front says walk-ins welcome, however I was refused service for not having an appointment. They were rude when I suggested they take the sign down and I was called an inappropriate name.
