Needed to package a guitar case so I visited these people assuming they specialized in packaging according to the name of the business being Santa Rosa Custom Packaging. When I made the request to package only as I would be shipping a very rare and expensive guitar at a later date I was told I was being rude for asking for packaging only and not shipping also. Maybe these people need to step outside and read the sign over the door that says Santa Rosa CUSTOM PACKAGING. Ill never go back there again!!!

Nice place and nice people. I packed shipped a bottle of vino for some good friends here this morning. The service I got was friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to have an extensive variety of packing materials. If the need arises, I will be back!

Definitely taxing on the boxes and has a small selection with empty box sizes not being replenished.

Good selection of boxes. A little expensive compared to on-line vendors but you dont need to buy 10 of one size if you only need one or two. They will also pack and ship for you if you want.

I guess I am jaded by having a Box City nearby at my previous residence of 7 years. SRCP is twice the price, with less selection... Not recommended by me! But, where else are you going to go around here?

They have plenty of packaging options, but the styrofoam wine shippers were more expensive than buying in the liquor stores in the area.
