Great place! Love the professionalism from every person who works here. However,The wait is long . They stay so busy because they’re so good. Andre is very knowledgeable whether it’s business or personal. Be ready to wait several hours, but when it’s your time they treat you very good and only focus on you and what you’re their for! Worst bookkeeper ever. Avoid as much as you can. He would say that he submitted an application but he wouldnt have. He would make you wait days thinking that an application is submitted when it is not. He is the worst person to manage your paperwork. Cant be trusted at all. And most of the time, he doesnt even know what he is doing. I had to take matters into my hands and do stuff that he was supposed to do.

Andre is one of the rare ones, who has more than exceeded expectations.The thing that stands out most about Andre is that he genuinely cares about and looks after the best interests of his clients. For example, Andre had prepared my taxes for a few years until I ran into a gray area issue last year. Although I was comfortable taking the risk, Tony recommended I go to a tax firm with more resources to handle this issue, just in case. By that point, Andre had already spent hours researching the issue and looking over my overall financial picture. My taxes were essentially ready to be filled. Yet, Andre didnt charge me a penny. He wouldnt even accept money for services rendered, when I insisted that he bill me for his time.Notably, I ended up going to a large tax company. Their services were pretty terrible. They basically just fill in a computer program like one you can buy and DIY, but have no idea how to deal with complex issues. Incredibly, they charged me even more than Andre had in the past!Simply put, Andre is great at what he does and is a genuinely good guy. He isnt out to make a quick buck. I would highly recommend Shammas, Andre and Alfred (not only for tax preparation, but as trusted advisors).

Went there the other day and was a bit nervous to see what they would tell me since i owed the IRS.. also had to wait like an hour and im really not a patient person BUT when he attended us MAN... this fine gentlemen here at this business worked up some MAGIC and was i was VERY content with what he did for me and my girlfriend! i can see now why i had to wait to be attended.. THEY DO SUCH GREAT WORK THAT THEY HAVE SO MANY CLIENTS!! the other people that gave them a 1 star are on a good one haha i wish i could give em 10 stars!!!

First of all they don’t answer the phone call, never present in their office. Office is closed whenever they want to and when u get a hold of them they don’t have an answer I’m so tired of giving them a call and them never responding to it. Don’t waste ur time with them. They can’t help at all.
