Very professional staff, FAST service. Multiple techs took time to patiently explain things to me.I would have liked to have been offered the opportunity to have the inside of my car vacuumed which is part of the oil change I purchased. My receipt said I declined, but I was never asked. However, I was satisfied overall and would definitely return to this location.

The technicians were very friendly and professional. Made necessary suggestions for my air and cabin filters. They were filthy and to know I have been breathing in that dirty air made me realize why my sinuses were flared. I will definitely be taking my car back for its routine oil changes!

Good day,Ive utilized the services at the Waldorf, Md. location for some years. The customer service has been pretty good over the years however, its improved over the past 2-3 years. The Service Manager was courteous, as well as the staff.

New to the area and always struggle finding quality car maintenance service. On a whim stopped in and I’m the hell happy. Fast, efficient, and most of all PLEASANT group of people. Most appreciated !

Super professional service, and probably the best option for a quick twenty minute oil change even on a busy day.My only advice is know what you need to get done with your car, because they will ask you if you want other services done. The cost for their services will exponentially skyrocket when they start adding in other products.

Im never displeased at Jiffy Lube in Waldorf MD. They were out of oil filters for my car so they sent an employee to Auto Zone. They informed me of the issue. They checked on me several times to ensure I was ok. In the end I was given a discount for the wait. (I didnt even ask for it.) This is why I keep going back. They care about their customers. I work in the customers service industry so I was very please with this experience. Also, it was several employees checking in on me. Great customer service 👏🏾 and great team!

This place was very unprofessional, very incompetent and a waste of my time and money. Cost me 800 dollars and nothing was done to vehicle. Will never come back. Do not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee for an oil change a few days after I noticed blue smoke coming out of the exhaust. My husband decided to change the oil himself and realized they either never drained the oil (7 qts) and put the new oil on top of that or they added twice the amount. After draining it completely we ended up with almost 14 qts of oil. Terrible, you have one job and cant even do it right.

Don’t ever go to Jiffy Lube Multicare (especially Waldorf) for anything more than a standard oil change. Go elsewhere for services beyond oil changes.Based off my experience and overhearing customers that were getting their car serviced as well, whenever you ask the staff questions, they’ll answer you almost robotically and monotone with an obviously scripted response, or they’ll speak very vaguely to answer your questions with no concern if what they’re saying even makes sense.No real customer service, just treated like a thing on a conveyor belt.I went for the service repairs I thought was needed, but when asked for clarity on my car’s condition and things I ought to be aware of, I got the same script-like response & vague answers. The staff doesn’t give much care or assurance on your car as you might expect since they are the “experts” - not quite though.Almost everywhere, essential workers are either stressed or overworked due to the pandemic and level of care and quality of service naturally takes a decline. Unfortunately, that’s been the exact experience at this Jiffy Lube before COVID even happened. Not to mention, it feels like they price-gouge vulnerable customers since COVID caused the business to slow up.This location used to give exceptional service on a consistent basis - that is no longer the case. Will not return with any future business.

I do not want to give a bad review being that the issue I had with my vehicle was more then resolved. I think the person who initially worked on my vehicle needs a lot of training or just needs to double check his work. The manager and assistant manager both very professional, great customer service skills as well as took the time to personally correct the work done.

I went in to replace my low beam light. I didnt have to wait long at all. He was friendly and had my bulb replaced in no time. I will go there again

Jiffy Lube changed my oil, cleaned/changed I believe steering fluid and rotated my tires. They broke a tire stem, ordered a new one and put it on for me the next day.

Clean bathroom. Would love to give it 5 stars, but Jiffy Lube hasnt issued face masks as part of their uniforms yet and the personal masks worn werent being worn properly not even by their manager. So, communication was uncomfortable because 100% had their face masks on, but 0% were covering their noses and 60% not covering their mouth or nose. And they were all comfortable enough to approach me as a customer without them in place.

Manager Charles from Jiffy Lube went above and beyond duty today. Awesome job in getting my car back on the road. 5-Stars.

Not as Jiffy as expected. Communication had a lot to be desired. They left a large grease spot (hand sized) on my hood. When I pointed it out, they acted to clean it, albeit poorly.

Went here for an oil change and an alignment on new wheels/rims, very courteous and professional. Was in and out in about 45 minutes. Impressed with their work.

Came in the other day randomly because my front tire was makin noise and I said my tire was popped the white manager with the shaved head came thru right away and checked it out

I tell them I want to stay in my car and watch and it’s never a problem. They showed me my air filter and I said I was a little tight on cash and just like that I was offered an $8.00 off coupon! Waldorf Jiffy Lube service was great! First time coming to this location and I was able to get everything done, oil change, brakes and other services in a timely manner. The staff kept me informed of the repair progress along the way. Waiting area is clean and modern, with a cell phone charging station. Will definitely be back when my car needs service again

I couldn’t find a shop that could change my oil without an hr or two wait. It was on a Saturday. I drove 25 min to my jiffy lube where I work and was in an out in 1/2 hr. Service was excellent from the work done to providing drinks and a comfortable place to wait. I’ll never go anywhere else again!!! 5 Stars for sure!

Courteous, friendly and the atmosphere was pleasing. My visit wasnt planned, but they accommodated me the added work threw me for a loop but it had to done. The team there are great at what they do.

Service is appreciated. I feel as though they should put more effort into their work. It’s two times I got my oil change and end up having to put coolant in my car because my engine starts to get hot.

I was going out of town for the weekend and had a low tire pressure light come on. When I pulled into Jiffy Lube, I didnt realize that they did tire pressure adjustments for free. The gentleman came right over to our car, quickly filled the tires and had us back on the road in under 5 min - with a smile! What awesome service. I will totally be back for anything else I need.

So Upon arrival I was greeted, Asked how long and They was able to work on my car right then and there. I mean literally EVERYONE I can in contact with Spoke to me and was very nice! VERY GOOD customer service! I was very pleased with this location and will be coming back. Was able to get my Oil Change on my break and make it back to work on time. I love this Jiffy Lube!! The service was fast, but not rushed! Everything was thoroughly explained! At this location they have a no hands policy, which is they open every door for you! They literally stop what they are doing to make sure you dont touch a door. Everyone working there was very friendly! I definitely recommend this location and I will absolutely be back!

It was my first time doing oil change outside the car dealer’s shop... in comparison - it was extremely fast, convenient, and friendly... However... during this speedy process I feel I was taken advantage off. It appears that the guys there know what they do or how to click appropriate boxes on the computer .. but the attention to detail is missed during this speedy process. I asked for oil change only. I specifically stated no vacuuming or topping off fluids as it had been done 2 days prior.. I walked out with a Deluxe Oil change - they were proud to complete all checks for the deluxe oil change - vacuuming and topping off fluids..???? in a record time... My car WAS clean to start with.. I did not ask for them to check my air filter.. but the report was presented to me... the recorded mileage off by 18 000 so I was presented with a factory recommended service needs for a totally different mileage.. good that I did not need it otherwise I would agree on that without realizing that the mileage is totally off.People please slow down! I walked out from Jiffy Lube and do not understand what had happened.....

Service was great. Got my car in and out quickly. The only problem I have with Jiffy lube is their prices increased $10 since my last oil change (and I change my oil when scheduled) $84 just for a routine oil change is ridiculous . The lady that cashed me out was gracious and gave me a $6 off coupon, so that helped. Service 5 star cost 2 star . Ill either find another spot or just do it myself for now on .

I actually love coming to this shop because the customer service is always exceptional. I was truly happy to find out that they can do so much more than just an oil change. Every single time that I come to this location, I am extremely pleased with their service and I would recommend them to anyone!

On February 19th I took both of my vehicles to get serviced at Jiffy Lube in Waldorf. Both times I was greeted by the employees with smiles and great manners. They really make you feel special when you come there. I love the great customer service and how they explain the services to you. It’s always a pleasure to visit this Jiffy Lube.

The service is great however, BE SURE TO CHECK WHAT WAS SERVICED. I went in for an oil change and of course as apart of the service they’ll top off your fluids if need be. I checked my oil just to discover that no oil had been put into my car and my antifreeze was mixed with water because it froze (it was winter). Antifreeze isn’t suppose to freeze. I know mistakes happen so I went in another time (many months later) just to discover that they did the same thing by not putting oil in my car but taking my money as if they did a oil change. I’m done with this location.

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and they are fair and honest with every service I have done. I understand that somethings are not needed and it’s an up-sell but I prefer the inspection they do to ensure nothing is leaking or damaged underneath. Depending on when you go will determine how long you wait and what you have done. Wednesday mid day seems to be the best time for me when I do go. Save yourself some money and change your air filters at home though.

Theyre quick and polite. Their vacuuming skill wasnt great. When I pulled up, I was told 43.00 for the service I wanted, by the time I left, the price went up to 56.00 and I didnt change anything.. questionable. I wont be going back.

Excellent, quick service. Not pushy or manipulative. I was concerned because I went alone - my fiance usually handles the car stuff - and I felt good about my visit. Though I was nervous, they didnt try to scare me into getting other services done, as I have experienced at other places. Love this place.

Went to have my oil changed. Everything went fine until I got home to find the oil pan protection cover was half off. I called Jiffy Lube in Waldorf on 301 and they ask me to bring it back. Traveling another 30 mins back to Jiffy Lube I pull up and tell them the cover for the oil pan under my truck was half off. They take my truck and pull it up on the tracks. I walked outside and looked in and I asked if the person working on my truck got all the leaves and debris out of the cover before putting it back on. One of the men ask the person and he pulled it back a little and grab a leaf and said here’s your leaf. They never offered an apology for they mistake. The way they acted is like it happens all the time. I will not be using Jiffy Lube again.

The Waldorf location is the best Jiffy Lube i ever ever been to a hundred times better then the location in Clinton Maryland if you would like to best service ever I would go to the Waldorf location by far the best as far as the Clinton location I went there and they didnt screw my oil filter all the way on I found there was a oil leak and did not know where it was coming from took it to a mechanic digging into my time the mechanic said the oil was coming from the oil filter because it was not screwed on all the way thanks Clinton location will not be visiting you no time soon thank you Waldorf location you do things the right way in a little bit more thanks a million

The guys at this Jiffy Lube are awesome! Everyone makes you feel very welcomed. They greet you with a smile and help you to the waiting area. I had had a very rough day and was feeling quite beat, they hurried along and had me out of there in no time! This is why i always use them!!

This is the greatest place of all places for an oil change. I told them exactly what I wanted and they did not pressure me into getting extra!!! I was in and out within a matter of minutes! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!!

I was very skeptical about using another Jiffy Lube for service after a pretty bad experience. Someone suggested I try the location in Waldorf and Im so glad I did. Ive gone back a few times now. The team is amazing and always provides the best customer service. The manager Tony is always very helpful and was the first to assure me that I could trust the team. I would definitely recommend this location.
