I had an emergency repair done to my exhaust and (Jay) the store manager was up front and honest about what needed to be done and the problems I could face if I didnt do it correctly. I was also able to hear him talk to other customers as he gave them the same treatment as I had received. I was very pleased with the service he and his team performed and how friendly, helpful, and the knowledge for what I needed. I would definitely recommend anyone to have repairs or just routine maintenance to the Waldorf Meineke shop. Triple plus in my book 👍🏿💯

I moved to Waldorf over a year ago and needed a really good mechanic I will honestly say that this Meineke has a great Team! The guys over there took care of me very quickly an and efficiently. I needed a brake flush, called, came in and they took care of it pretty quickly.

I lost my brakes while driving and had the tow truck deliver my vehicle to this shop around midnight. I went online and noticed I could scheduled an appointment for the next day as early as 7:30 AM. I wrote a brief message explaining how my car just appeared in the parking lot overnight and explained the service I am requesting. Around 10/11 AM my car is finished! Turns out a brake line was faulty/broke. I am amazed at how fast they got it done. I have no issues with the car now and have brakes. Great service and professionalism goes unnoticed these days and the shop deserve the recognition.

I called all shops in the area and most shops were booked or understaffed. When I called this location they were able to get me. Jay looked at my car as soon as I got there and was very helpful in explaining my car issues. I will be returning.

The service was quick and the price was better than other mechanics in the area. My technician even gave me kudos for my A/C compressor and condenser install.

After my grandmother was charged hundreds of dollars at Midas for AC repair and multiple trips there with no results, I dropped her vehicle off at meineke. It was about 3:30 when I dropped it off and they were busy so I knew it probably wouldn’t be fixed until next day. They called within an hour with an estimate for repair as they found the problem the other place was unable to find. Told them to go ahead with repair and call us when done. They closed at 6pm that day so we figured it would be next day. They called her about 6:40 that same day and told her repair was complete and she could pick vehicle up. She got there about 7pm and got her vehicle back and was very happy her AC was blowing strong and cold. This is what service should be like especially with elderly customers. Other places could learn from meineke about how to treat their customers. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The service at Meinicke is fantastic. Very professional and fixed my AC condenser for much less than the dealership wanted to charge. If I need anything else, I know where to return.

I brought my 30+ year old vehicle after a failed experience with another shop in the area. They diagnosed the issue in a few hours and provided me with an estimate. The estimate was priced typical to an auto shop as they will not allow you to purchase your parts from an external provider. Overall, the issue was fixed, and they returned the failed component.

I recently moved back to the Waldorf area and stop by this location for my regular oil change and tire rotation. It wasn’t until the final bill came that realized that I used this place before and stopped going because every time I went I felt taken advantage of for being a single woman. This time the maintenance persons came back with a flush needed to protect my catalytic converter, and supposedly my peer steering fluid had debris in it and need to be flushed, and the air filter needed to be changed. All of this maintenance total well over $500. I recently took my car to another repair shop and shared everything this location recommended. The new repair shop showed my me that no debris is power steering fluid, and the catalytic converter system is just fine and with the system being internal there is no way they could have seen a flush need with out taking the system a part.When I pulled away from that place on Feb. 26th, I knew I had been taken advantage of, I felt it in the pit of stomach, and my visit to another shop confirmed that feeling for me.Also, supposedly a tire rotation comes with the oil change. But because I responded I wanted a tire rotation and oil changed when asked what serviced I had scheduled, I was charged for the tire rotation.Single women be cautious: this shop is taking advantage of us and keeping their business afloat off of recommending unnecessary services and over charging us.

The one word that consistently comes to mind when referring to this Meineke location.Pricing...IMPRESSIVE (much lower than several places I tried)Staff professionalism....IMPRESSIVE(not a rude, impolite or disgruntled employee anywhere to be found)Dedication....IMPRESSIVE (my carwas completed at 8:30pm.....THE SHOP CLOSED AT 4:00pm!!! This may sound like a huge negative but it really isnt. Jeff promisesd me that even though I showed up without an appointment, he would have my car completed that day and he and his crew remained late into the night until it was. Thats not even the best part of it.....they were still working on other cars when I left.....one was for an out of town couple whose car had broke down with a dangerous brake failure problem and another was for a young lady who needed her Jeep repaired in order to make a cross country move to Nevada the following week. All of this was on a Saturday!!!)Repair Quality.....IMPRESSIVE ( I have no complaints with the service they provided for me.Friendliness....IMPRESSIVE (Every employee there had a light hearted easy going personality about them. They each seemed to give an extra effort toward making the customers visit as pleasant and stress free as possible.Oh and did I mention that IMPRESSIVE is the one word I think of when it comes to this Meineke location? The staff is incredible. Leave your worries behind.....these guys will take care of you.....they definitely did for me.

Do not trust this shop unless you enjoy needing repairs to your car every month! I’ve had to come to this shop multiple times within the last 6 months. Every time I bring my vehicle to get serviced I encountered a new problem that was not a problem before. The manager J is unprofessional and told me that things happen to cars every day and then stated something may happen to your vehicle tomorrow, which made me feel very uneasy because at that time my car was at his shop. This shop has no integrity or accountability! I took my vehicle to another shop and they immediately told me the repairs done to my vehicle were wrong and should be still covered under warranty. When I took my car back to fix the problem they told me it was another problem, it appears they did not want to fix the problem covered under the warranty because they would not receive a profit from it. When I picked up my car from the shop it was driving a lot differently than what it was before (not in a good way). I will be taking this matter to corporate because as a African American woman and single parent I feel that I was taken advantage of during a time when everyone is struggling financially. Please do not come to get your vehicle serviced if you are a women and know nothing about cars they will take all of your money!!! Please be careful!!!

The service provided to 2014 GMC Serra was exceptional. My vehicle was running bad and a complete tune up was done. Now my truck is running like a new vehicle. Thanks to Jay Wilkes & his Waldorf, MD staff they performed great work and provide excellent customer service.

Jay stayed until 1130pm working on my car so that I would have a vehicle to take to work the next day. This is far above what is required on him. Hat is off to you man for great care and seeing the job through until the end.

Love going to this place it is very clean, the employees are very polite and helpful. Every time I go in to get any service done to my car they greet me with a pleasant smile and ask me “how was your day”. They do not take forever with your car, they try to have you in and out. Jay is awesome! He went above and beyond. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest and friendly. I was sitting waiting to have my vehicle repaired and I saw and heard Jay speaking to another customer. He said “sir, I need 10 more mins with your vehicle because the steering wheel is off just a bit and I have to fix it. I don’t send my work out until it’s 100”. He explained that he took the car for a test drive and that is when he realized the steering was off a bit. I loved hearing that especially because my vehicle was NEXT! As he is under my vehicle he sees something else. He showed my son and I what was going on and simply started to fix it. He had already gave me a quote that I was perfectly happy with. The price he gave me was without the additional repairs though. I had no problem with that. It needed fixing so I was fine with paying for it. He was so knowledgeable about his work and shared with us how things worked and what damage would eventually take place if he didn’t make the repair. He was friendly and fun to talk to which made us comfortable. It’s now time to pay! I’m thinking it’s going to be at least $75-$100 more than that quote. Not a problem...it needed fixing. It wasnt more though! It was the exact opposite. He said “in the end it’s actually less for the repair you came in for so this is your new total. The new total was actually $109 less than his quote and he said the additional repair was on him. I am not giving this great review because he did work for free or even because he charged me less than his quote. I am giving him this great review because Jay was honest with me, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and friendly. He deserves a 5 star review and he earned his 5 star review. Thanks so much Jay! You are awesome!!!

I have found a service home for my car! I received EXCELLENT care/service on my vehicle yesterday. Jay went the extra mile to repair my Exhaust system even stayed past closing to do so! I rarely write reviews, but I couldn’t resist writing this one. I took two vehicles to Meineke to be serviced today for various reasons as I was uncertain of the causal factors. When I arrived I met Jeff at the front desk explaining the troubles with both my daughter’s vehicle and mine. He was extremely attentive listening to my concerns, he assured me that the vehicles would be diagnosed so that the vehicle problems could be fixed. Jeff called me a little later after I left to let me know what the issues were as well as being fair with the pricing, for the work that needed to be done I was happy with the price so I decided to move forward with letting them work on both vehicles. When the vehicles were ready for pick up, I was greeted by the Manager Jay, he was so very nice and professional. My experience with Meineke was by far better than other auto shops that I’ve taken my vehicles to. Additionally both cars ride like new, I can definitely tell the difference!! I’m happy to say that I’ve found myself and my daughter a new auto care shop and one that we can trust!! Thank you Jay and team!!

Don’t go here for ac . Came here for diagnostic told me it was a hose . Got it replaced. Ac not working again . Came back for another diagnostic was told it was the ac compressor. Took it else where to ac specialist . Where they ran a dye test it actually leaking through the new hose, seal ( o ring )

It was a tune up and my o2 censors messing up!!

Went in for a oil change and came out 2056.00 lighter in my pocket geez.

Brought my truck in after being told by another shop that my truck needed $1,000 worth of parts alone. The manager, Jay, whos a master tech himself, personally looked at my truck as soon as I brought it in late in the day. He was very competent, accommodating and very honest about the work and exactly what I needed. He was not only able to fix the issue to get me out the same day, which was tremendously hard on a ford diesel, but retire my whole truck at a great price. He was extremely fair with the pricing and most importantly refreshingly honest, what you do not expect from most mechanics or shops in general. I strongly recommend anyone for their excellent service and will be returning with my business in the foreseeable future.

Be aware before going here and letting them do whatever they say Is wrong to ur car. get a second opinion! Never coming back here. They charged me 345$ for a heater hose the hose costs 60-100$ and it’s on top they didn’t have to remove nothing to get to it ! Then they told me my fan isnt working and 500 for another one I get there the fan works perfectly and when I brought it to another shop they confirmed what I said. Nothing is wrong with the fan! I would’ve been a loyal customer too smh being money hungry is a disgusting thing

They are quick and tell you everything that is going on and what will happen if don’t fix if you need to even need it fixed. Also they help find the best price looking for promos and discounts. They provided a free inspection for my AC unit. They discovered my AC unit needed to be recharge.Wait time was reasonable and Jay made sure he explained what was going on with my ac unit, illustrations and all, to assure that I wouldn’t get taken advantage of in the future. When Car Shield told them that my exhaust system wasn’t covered I Would have paid by check card but was informed by the young lady’s the desk that I could put in for a card through Meineke with no interest if paid off within 12 months. I had a great experience on Thursday 9-19-2019 after 4 pm. I was surprised that all 3 of my vehicle repairs were done in the same day. The guy stayed late to finish my vehicle including welding the exhaust system for Md Veip repairs before going in for emissions test on Friday

Had to get the same repair done that I had previously had done 15 months ago at the same shop. Doesn’t seem fair that the customer should have to pay when the workmanship or parts fail in such a short period of time. Original tie rod work was over 1500 dollars. Lost my faith in this shop. I would not recommend going here.
