Gloria is the best asset this place has. The manager told me their was not another hair place in the direct area. However after I left I found a Fantastic Sams within a short walking distance. Also their posted price for seniors was $16. I was charged $25+$5 was a walk in. My haircut was great but I guess they dont wash your hair either as it wasnt offered. Gloria also said she is the only stylist that cuts females hair as it is most a mans hair salon. Think Ill find another less expensive place next time and only go back if Gloria can cut my hair.

Did a horrible job on my sons hair... right before homecoming. It looks absolutely ridiculous 😠He is not hard to please, bur he even hates it. Now I have to try to get him in somewhere where they can fix it. Unfortunately, his hair cannot be glued on, so I am hoping they can fix it to be a tiny bit better. Maybe a wig?

I took my Grandson (7) to get his hair cut. He knew exactly what he wanted done, when Lexie called his name walked up to her and was letting her know the style he wanted. lolHe had asked me to cut it the day prior, but I explained he really didnt want me to do that. lol Lexie was AWESOME, she cut his hair exactly the way he asked. She then shampooed his hair, gave him a warm town and a mini shoulder massage. She then styled his hair. I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED!!!He Loves his new look, and so do I!!!♡♡♡♡♡♡Recommend trying them out.

Ive brought my son here twice. The first time was horrible and I thought Id try a second time with someone else...his hair looks ridiculous. These women are obviously not trained accordingly. Ive been to other locations and theyre always great. Definitely do not recommend the old lady and the middle aged curly haired lady with tattoos.

I have not gone to get a haircut since March. I have been getting haircuts at home because of Covid 19, but after visiting Sports Clips on IH 35 near 3009, I will definitely visit this store again. Their precautions for Covid 19 are outstanding. They have limited customers in the waiting area. They have removed hair cutting chairs, thus having less customers at a time and have spaced their chairs more than 6 feet apart. They have hard plastic sheets hanging from the ceiling between the chairs.I have always have always had my hair cut excellently. I always make my appointment with the same stylist with whom I have followed from location to location as she moves around. Overall, I rate this location the highest I can.

I agreed let Lady Dalia cut the side of my beard and she cut off half my beard cleaning up isnt cutting more then whats asked i wont be using her again

Man, one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. Might just move back to Texas just for the haircuts at this place, Michele cut my hair, she was really busy but fit me in anyway on short notice. Awesome hair stylist even if she is a Redskins fan. I will definitely go back next time im in Houston.

Like most sport clips this location is also great. They go above and beyond asking questions to better give you the haircut you want. The wait is usually long (20 to 40 min) on the weekends but most other sport clips are the same.

Five stars for the staff because the staff were excellent and not at fault. I will not return to this site again as ownership did not not honor the Veterans Day deal. My son and I went for haircuts together followed by lunch. I let him go first, then was completely shocked that the advertisement was not honored. As least I spent quality time with my son after our haircuts.......

This place is definitely tailored to the working man. Offer massages to the thinking spots with a bit of flair. The hair stylists are well trained and create a great balance between work and play. They take there time which is important because the haircut I get is a typical fade. Most hair stylists cant do these types of haircuts right anymore. I gave it a 4 star because the prices of the hair cuts have you walking out paying $20 every time. And thats the cheap side. They need to drop the prices.

Kinda disappointed the last time we came here. Usually take my boys to get their haircuts done here. I told the stylist to take 2 inches off his hair and at the end it came out way more than 2 inches. :-( Completely something different than what we asked to be done.

I only go to select barbers and both of my barbers dont work there anymore. No other barber had there skills. So off I went to find another barber shop. I will miss the shampoos and head and facial massages.

I came in yesterday and told the lady the same thing I tell every other person. I realized after I got home it was not good. I came back in today to see a different person and Carey fixed it. She was very understanding. Very picky and made it look just how I wanted, even gave it another wash. Sport Clips needs more people like her. She was awesome!!

By happenstance I tried this location out since I was visiting from Dallas. Just got a regular haircut from Bobbi (sorry if I misspelled her name). Had a great conversation so the time flew by and she did an excellent job cutting my hair. What more can I ask for?!

Just got a touch up on a self done haircut from Prunella. Wait was quick, less than 5 minutes, there were 2 others in before me but Sports Clips had enough staff. Good timing for a Sunday afternoon.Usually I am not a talker since this is my time to relax but after a quick introduction Prunella was able to fix it. She asked politely if I needed a wash or gel. Thanks!

Please do yourself a favor and never trust the online check in. 26 minutes, is what it said. 3 people in front of me and 45 minutes later, I’m still second. Nothing against the hairstylists, but the check in system is broken, and is a ruse to get you in the door hoping you have nothing better to do.

First time here and Jasmine was such a nice lady. Really clean cut and Im looking forward to my next visit.

I got a good haircut, and had double attention paid to my beard. The ladies here were down to earth and fun, and I would definitely go back if my other barber is swamped again.

I have zero complaints about this place. Ive seen several stylists here and my hair has been cut well every time. They are also patient with my son when he comes in for a cut.The store is kept clean (as clean as a place that cuts hair can be) and the wait isnt terrible unless you walk in mid-day on a weekend.

I love the MVP, but I always wait at least 45 minutes every time I go. I dont understand why they make you wait so long. Theyre worse than a doctors office

Online check in is a waste. I was told to be there at 1245 and showed up a few minutes early and was told youre next. Then the stylist cleaned her station for a few minutes before taking someone who walked in after me.

I have been going to sport clips for 10 years. I have also tried this particular location multiple times over the past 3 years. I have never been impressed with this location, but I kept going bc i was a loyal customer and really wanted it to work out. First thing is they operate like a dancing girls. Each one will give you a sob story every time you go in about how they are in need of money and cant pay bills. They also constantly bash each other and talk about how much it sucks to work there.I finally found 1 girl who was half decent ( Emily) so I used her for the last year. Had to use another girl bc she was on a 3 month leave of absence. The girl I used the other day was mad bc for the past year I had been requesting Emily. She made several rude remarks about how long it had been since I used anyone else then proceeded to give me the worst haircut of my life. When she finished, before I could even ask that she correct how bad it was, she took the apron off and and walked up front waiting for me to come pay.I kid you not, they do a better job at Petsmart and are 10x nicer. If you still go there... you have been warned

Very slow. App lied about the wait time, it said 10minutes and when we got in, it was 20min for the next person which they had 2 people waiting. The stylists were both slow in cutting and transitioning.

Absolutely horrid experience. Waited an hour and 15 minutes to get a haircut. Girl “accidentally “ erased my name from the board. When i bring it up, she says . “Oh well”.Then refuses to give me the number to the home office.
