My experience has been great so far. Always greeted with a smile and a good morning or hello from Mike. Im able to get my car in for service in a timely manner. Once I share the issues Im having. The mechanic looks at the situation, contacts me and is able to discuss the problem. Let me know how long it will take, the amount etc. Communicates with me by phone call if any thing changes with the original plan. I have recommended Olivers Auto to others.

I needed an oil change and I was in and out. I also had problems with my Ford Explorer trunk not opening and although they couldn’t fix it they gave me places that would be able to help me. Overall the staff was very professional and I would definitely recommend going here.I had Mike and my grandfather has been going to him for years and has always spoken so highly of him and I got to see for myself and now I understand why my grandfather has been going to him for so long. He’s really kind, and knows his job very well.

I trust Mike! That’s a big plus as I am someone who knows nothing about cars. Oliver’s is my go-to auto repair shop. Mike and his team know what they’re doing and get the job done right the first time. Mike always explains what repairs are needed and why before tackling the problem. He’s friendly, courteous and definitely knowledgeable. His prices are fair and the turn around time is always short. Give Oliver’s a try. You won’t be disappointed. Hard to find a mechanic you can trust and doesnt overcharge. In my experience these guys are honest and fair in just under 10 visits on different cars with different issues.

Had a Jasper Engine installed by them 3 years ago. Engine smoked from day 1. They claimed they couldnt work on it under warranty. I had to go to an authorized Jasper repair tech. That was a lie. Prior to this, I had been going to them for over 10 years.

The only place in SOMD that Ill take my cars to. Mike is the man, worked with me, and was honest about all repairs that needed to get done, and the ones I could put off for a few.

Bobby is rude and wouldnt listen. I went to get the rear air suspension replaced on my car, I even brought the new parts. He got the car up on the lift, pop the bottom of the airbag off the axle, everything was going fine until he brought an angled pry bar to pop the top of the bag off the frame! I tried to tell him it has a quick pull clip on top, and it will just fall right out, but he kept cutting me off and would not hear it. So he asked me Do you want to take this home and do it yourself?. I told him yes better than him breaking my stuff.I took it home, and took me 15 minutes to do. Car lift would have been better than having to be under with jack stands.

Honest shop. Been multiple times over the years. Never sold me parts or services I didnt need. Owner run shop which is nice.

When you get tired of getting ripped off take your vehicle to Oliver. Youll be glad that you did.

I’ve been going there for over 18 years, Mike and his team have always done great work and stands by it, if if there’s still an issue after a repair he will make sure it’s taken care of.

Everything was perfect

They were great. They replaced my mustangs spark plugs and wires in a timely manner. Their rates were also very fair. I plan on getting more work done there in the future.
