Beware of the lying salesman Eddie who tells you he is going to clean out your car, get registration and inspection sticker for you! I had to jump through hoops! I not only had to wait several days after he told me the car would be ready BUT I also had to wash, detail AND get the inspection sticker myself! Someone on the lot even commented to the lying salesman, Youre gonna let her drive the car off the lot looking like that?! Never got the detail I was promised... VERY POOR customer service. Sad because I had about 3 other referrals that where looking for cars... Never again...

A lot of nice used cars for sale. And good auto repairs very happy with the service.

Beware the new owner not a mechanic, and I was blindsided as hes does body work. They fixed items that were not agreed upon and claimed to have done an oil change but no sticker. The receipt had major spelling errors and they are cash/check only.

WARNING BE--AWAREJULY 2015Bob (OWNER) AUTO ANNEX AUTOBODYI came in last Friday, July 10, to paint the bumper on my white 2012 750xili BMW.When I came to pick it up on the weekend, the bumper had drip marks from excess paint and paint swirl/ waves impressions.I had a friend with me that saw the bumper and the poor quality of the work and he expressed it to you Bob.At that time you decided to wet sand the bumper which caused increased damage to the painted bumper.The paint had been burned out and I have pictures to prove it. Because I had to ask another friend for a ride to pick up the car,I have another witness to verify the poor quality of work. You decided not to take further action to remedy this situation. I have made several attempts to contact your with no response You had already been paid in full, and never gave me a receipt. You instructed me to make the check out to you personally I was unhappy with paintjob. You told me you would repaint the bumper today Monday July 13th.I was told by Adam, owner of A Perfect Detail, that you had no further interest in remedying the situation.At this time I have pictures, witnesses, and have a bumper that still has damage to it.I have made other arrangements to repair the damaged bumper sustained from your actions.Again thank you for the help- however I expected my damaged bumper to look BETTER than when I first dropped it off.Michael
