I called at 9 on a Friday, never having been a customer before, and they were booked but I was desperate (car was making fun new clanking noises and Im supposed to drive 100+ miles tomorrow). They saw me at 9:15 and by 9:30 the heat shield was fixed and i was rolling out the door. Rick was kind and efficient and wonderful. 10/10 would go again!

My go to place for everything tires. The service is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and Rick runs the place as well as any small business I have ever seen.

I was looking to buy a car in the area and needed a mechanic to take it to before deciding to buy - on a Saturday. This shop was the highest rated open on the weekend, and I couldnt have picked a better shop to take the car to! They were able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment, and the gentleman who spoke with me about the car was very personable and upfront. He ever offered to fix a minor issue with the trunk latch for free if I bought the car and brought it back. Amazing service and upstanding customer service.

Rick and his team have been absolutely fantastic taking care of my Jeep Wrangler the past two years. I’ve found a great mechanic that’s works quickly, reliably, and at reasonable prices!

My niece and daughter both had a small problem with their car . Rick was able to stop what he was doing and took care of it. It only took a few minutes. No charge . Took time to explain the problem. Was just nice .

This happened a few years back, but I just found this place to review them and I think it should be told. I had just purchased 4 new tires at a wholesale club and got a flat while driving down the street. I was frustrated driving on a rim, but a police officer pointed me to their nearby building. As I approached, one of their employees saw me coming up the street and directed me to pull right inside their building. The place was jumping. But I was taken after 2 customers. They changed out my tire and put my spare on, so I could go back to the wholesale club and get my blown tire replaced. But they did not charge me a penny for anything. I just thought about this because Im on my way over there today to buy a new set of tires. :-)

Huge shout out to Rick and the guys at Wakefield Tire!! Stopped in to have my donut replaced on my Jeep. Rick said chances are it wouldnt run properly with a brand new one because the three older tires. He said so wheres the tire. Popped the trunk and there it was. He said so are you sure its dead? Nope but it is leaking after every air fill and went flat. Let me check it first! $32.50 later my tire is fixed! He could have sold me one possibly four new tires but didnt!! Thanks Guys!!
