Pomps did a good job getting our truck back on the road fairly quickly while I waited.

I recently needed to replace the tires on my boat trailer. I called Pomps and they set me up with some Carlisle Sport Trail tires. I went in 1 hr before closing time expecting to just drop them off and pick them up another day. To my surprise, they asked if I would wait, and they could get them changed out right away. Sure enough, 15 minutes later I had all four tires changed and loaded in the truck. I was on my way in short order. This was my first time using Pomps and will definitely give them a call when I need tires for my car and truck. Customer service is what it is all about and my experience with Pomps was top notch. Many thanks to the team at Pomps in New Berlin, I appreciate it.

Stay away from this place! If you need after hours assistance call anyone but these people! I had a tire patched and they charged me 489.00! I was in a truck stop. So it wasnt even on the side of the road! They like to say that they are there to help but unfortunately they are only there to rob you!

They were friendly and had fast service reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. Not only did they fix my problems but they also looked for other problems I didnt know I had. I will definitely do business with them again

Awesome, cutting grass/ leaves found my LR tire kept going flat. I took both off, threw them in the car drove over to Pomps not knowing if the they could or would do lawn tractor tires or how much it would cost. I walked in door with dead tire & someone came from an office ready to help, sent me to the counter, while he walked my tire around to the service area. When he came back & assured me it would be taken care of then I asked if they could do other (as preventive) he said sure- he went & got other from my car, took it to the service area. He came back in told me 2 guys were working on my 2 tires theyd be done quick, then engaged me in small talk about mowers etc.. Everyone was very nice, very helpful, price was pretty decent too.

The driver of 3116 is an awesome driver! That guy needs a raise for being a good driver, safe, and courteous. He could have caused another accident on I-94/41 but he was paying attention and avoided it without cutting any other vehicles off and not holding traffic up anymore than it already was. That guy is 💯

Great staff they got me in and out

I had a tire that kept losing pressure so I took it to a local shop that said they couldnt do it because of the size of the rim. They recommended pomps tire service to me. I called them and they said it would be about an hour and a half before they could get to it but they got me in sooner and replaced my valve stem. It was extremely cheap and the chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic service!After an issue was discovered the day before Independence Day with my RV tires, Herschel juggled his inventory and got me in right away. I always get great service here. This time I came in for 4 new tires and they had me in and out in no time.

The tire crew in the shop was great...but the manager forgot about me or thought I left. If youre in a hurry go somewhere else. I got there at 8:30 a.m. and got out at 2:00 p.m.. I was having 3 tires on rims switched on the trailer is all. Id probably still be sitting there if I hadnt gone back up to the shop.

Put the outer dually on wrong so you cant get to the inner tire valve stem.

Professional shop with helpful staff. They carry a full range of commercial and auto tires. They were happy to install new tires on our 45-year-old motor home.

I needed a patch due to a nail in my tire. I called, they said it was first come first serve basis for service and it would be 1.5 hr wait. I showed up shortly after I called, they took my vehicle right away and I was out of there in 30 mins! The staff was very nice and friendly. This was my first time coming there and I would definitely use them again in the future.

This was a decent place to get my moms Tire repaired. But overall I would probably choose somewhere else. The service was fine and they said that we were going to need all four new tires replaced when we got one of them replaced a month ago at this location! I think they try to sell more tires than they actually need to and they push to sell people tires that they dont need. I dont like this type of business and they said they were going to take 30 to 45 minutes to replace my moms Tire once we decided that was what we needed to do, and in reality it took almost an hour and 10, this is a little bit ridiculous because there was almost no one there and there are tire shop, and it took them that long change a tire. A little embarrassing, I probably wont be back.

They are very bad about their time estimates for getting the work done. I was told 3 hours for new tires with an alignment. I had an appointment. It took almost 8 hours to complete. They also left my truck unlocked with the keys in the ignition in their parking lot. This is a company vehicle with alot of valuable items. I will never go to this location again.

Wife picked up a nail in her tire. Stopped at REIS (in hales corners). They told her that not only could they NOT fix the tire but they needed to replace all 4 tires $450.She was really upset when she called me so I told her to go somewhere else after work.She took it to @PompsTire in New Berlin. Not only did they STAY LATE TO WAIT FOR HER but they patched the tire for $34. Thank you guys so much for the fine work and the honesty.
