Gigliotti was fantastic - I would recommend them to anyone.I was rear-ended recently and had pretty significant damage to my vehicle - smashed light, scratches and gouges on the bumper and side panel, dents, cracks, the whole bit.I also went through the other drivers insurance, and was concerned about how much of a fight they would put up with fixing my car. The car is fairly new and looked great before - was the insurance company going to cheap out and mandate low-quality parts? And either way, what if I could not find a shop that does quality work and it doesnt end up looking right?It turns out there was nothing to fear, because the guys at Gigliotti nailed it. They handled the insurance company, did a fantastic job on the repair, and did it all as quickly as possible.You can tell these guys pay attention to their customers - they have a sort of old-school customer service-oriented approach, and were all gentlemen. I am just so pleasantly surprised that the process went as smoothly as it did, and that my car came out of the shop looking like the accident never happened.Definitely reach out to these gentlemen if you ever need body work, paint work, or anything like that done. Great company! I was involved in two minor accidents in a car I wasnt concerned about being cosmetically perfect. Both times the team told me the damage wouldnt result in rust, and that there was no work needed if I didnt mind the cosmetic damage. Then my car was damaged bad enough that indeed rust would be a problem. For a very reasonable price they did repairs that exceeded my expectations. Anybody who will turn you away when you dont need their services have earned my business when services are required.I would recommend them to anybody needing auto-body work.
