Can not say enough good things about this place! They completely exceeded my expectations! Not only were they able to repair a lot of body work in a short amount of time, they also made sure compete it in the best quality of work. They not only repaired all wrong with my car, but they also cleaned all of the inside at no cost, and made sure I was okay and happy with all repairs every step of the way! I would highly recommend them! The only place I will be going to for auto body repairs from now on!

Well I just had my rusted out 2006 Ford F-250 Super Duty redone, I was extremely happy with the service and work done it. My truck looks great, like new. 1st Class service and job done.

I have used their services many times and their work is fantastic. If you are paying for a repair out of pocket or through an insurance company, you are in great hands. The staff is friendly, waiting area is brand new and comfortable. A+ for 1st Class Auto Body!

The name of this business speaks for itself. 1st class in every way.I went to them to have some work done on my Subaru after a minor rear end accident. Erika, the office manager, was incredibly helpful, super organized, and knew all about how to handle my insurance company. I literally showed up, handed them the keys and that was it. They also have their own rental car service which was really convenient. Not only did they fix the damage to my car, they also detailed it before returning it to me. How awesome is that?! I can not say enough about the quality of work and customer service of this shop. Highly, highly recommend!

First time at 1st Class... at first there was a disagreement with the Insurance appraisal and what the shops evaluation was. Although they did a good job I felt that they were dishonest with overall cost and disposition with the Insurance company. More damage was created to my vehicle prior to to the Insurance company re-evaluation( this was done to justify their costs). They also fabricated that there was prior damage from a past accident that they had to fix. What do I mean by this? Well my vehicle was parked and got hit by a shopping cart at the Market Basket. The damage was so minimal ... a small gouge to the rear quarter panel - according to 1st Class they had to replace my BUMPER!!!! Yes they had to replace my bumper! Yet if I look at the bumper its still the original one with a fresh coat of paint. Oh and when they tell you that it will be 2-3 days tops... its actually 5 days. Besides the lack of integrity... they did fix the gouge.

These guys do the most amazing job! I live in Watertown and went to them in Wakefield because that’s how good they are. You will not be disappointed!

Superb work on my Kia Optima. I had significant damage and they responded very quickly. I also required additional work after further damage was found, they handled all of it.I unfortunately have to amend my original review based on the paint falling off my bumper a year later. My replacement bumper was apparently not prepared properly and as a result the paint on the entire front bumper is rapidly peeling away. The front of the car looks terrible.
